The most famous criminal in Gotham, Joe Chill, is about to be executed. He wants to talk to tia and Turner and offers information about the Court.Stephanie goes to her father for help but only receives cryptic words. Harvey organizes a meeting with the help of Stephanie and tia and Turner reluctantly agrees when they are gonna talk to chill tia tells harvey that she already told turner about them and he understands and they went to chill. Meanwhile, Stephanie, Harper, Cullen and Duela work together to crack the code of the ledger. Following her fathers clue, they use a book cypher.tia and Turner learns from Joe Chill that he too was framed for the murder of Bruce's parents. Chill wants to give more information, but the governor intervened and the execution begins. Chill starts to quote a part of the nursing rhyme "It watches all the time" as they leave turner and harvey hug each other goodbye and tia and harvey kiss each other goodbye and she told him she would see him later and harvery agrees to that and they kiss again . The Knights find the location of opioid dealers and take them out. Harvey tries to warn Lincoln March but the Talon stabs him. Turner comforts Stephanie for being the one person who always believed in him. She then leaves for the hospital where Brody and Carrie are volunteering. Mrs. Kelley says to Brody that his father is out of danger. Harvey shatters a mirror out of anger and stares into his broken image and tia shows up and saw what harvey did she call him and he truns away tia tia ask if he is okay cause she hard about what happend to lincoln march in here and she went to him harvey and he took her face in her hands rub her cheeks with his fingers and said yeah he just got a lot on his mind she told him if she can get rid of his stress with a night of love making and he smiles and lean in for a kiss of yes and he took her hand they got to his car went to his place as they got there harvey close and lock his door and then start kissing tia she kiss him back for awhile until he move to her neck for awhile he push her to the wall by the door then harvey pick her up she giggles a bit then wrapped her legs around him then carry her to his bed room and lay her down on the bed they are still kissing each other and taking each other clothse off and made love during night.
