"Well," Hook started as he made his way towards his desk in the centre of the room, before sitting on it and facing Tink, removing his hat and holding it in his hand as he spoke. "Smee says you have been banished by Pan and now you wish to join us here, is this the truth Miss Bell, or a ploy to lure Pan here?" Tink was shocked, he'd always welcomed her before with a roguish grin and a friendly nature, and to think he now doubted her made her furious! Here she was with nowhere to go, kicked from all she had ever known and he thought it was all merely a ploy?! Her anger must have shown, not as vividly as it would have in her fairy form but he could still tell she was fuming.

Hook raised his remaining hand, though a small smirk made its way to his lips. "Alright, alright, calm down. You know very well you're welcome here and you've proven that Pan does not know of your travels here. I apologise for the fury but I needed to be sure that you wouldn't put me, my crew, or even yourself at risk."

Tink immediately deflated, her heart fluttering as fast as her wings at his words, he cared for her! Yes, it was probably in a friendly, "Take care of me and I'll take care of you" way but she was still ecstatic! She beamed, "Thank you, Captain!" she said saluting which Hook returned with a cheeky grin before moving towards the door of his cabin, turning back to her as he placed his hand on the knob. "I don't know of the state of your room but if my crew are as fond of you as they seem to be then I'm sure it's exactly as you left it, though maybe a bit dusty, it seems all I do is have this lot clean!" he said with a grin before turning and opening the door fully, yelling for Smee as he did so.

Tink was shown down to the room she had been offered a few years…decades…weeks ago? It was hard to tell the time in Neverland, all the days seemed to blend, especially when you were constantly moving like Tink, whether on an adventure with Pan, spending time on the Jolly Roger or even just in her day-to-day life.

She had been trying to fly back to the hideout after a day of exploring, Peter had gone ahead after insisting that they race, unaffected by the rain they had begun to fall a few moments before which had prompted their trip home. Tink had ended up not even making it back to the hideout, landing on the deck of the Jolly Roger with sodden wings and shivers racking through her. She had immediately been taken down into the hull of the ship, wrapped in a blanket and given warm food and drink before being laid to rest on a lounge that the crew had purloined on some trip or another.

When she was warm and well again in the morning, she was thankful but embarrassed at the fact she had been resting in such a populated area, so Hook had looked around his ship and had found a few empty rooms amongst his crew's quarters. He had offered Tink the room and over her many visits she had begun to fill it with comforts. Most of the items of furniture or clothes or even weapons were for when she was human-sized as she didn't often stay over in her fairy form, so they had often come from trips to the mainland or borrowed from crew members or even Hook himself. He had supplied the blanket she had been wrapped in that day and she now treasured it more than anything else in her life, except maybe her wings. That blanket now resided on her bed and was the thing that lay closest to her and her heart every night,
