Katara exited the bathroom after her shower to see the three girls have invaded her room. It wasn't an unwelcome sight because Azula did ask if they could get ready with her beforehand. She just didn't expect how quickly they would take over. There was make up products scattered across every flat surface in the room. Ty Lee was carefully applying lipstick in the mirror as Azula put her hair up in her signature bun behind her. Mai was already done getting ready and leaning against the door watching the other two. All three of them looked stunning. Azula was in a deep red two piece set of a red halter top and a dangerously short skirt that held close to her body. Ty Lee had a pink halter top dress with a flowery skirt. Also dangerously short. Mai had been the only one who chose something more on the conservative side. She work a simple black body con dress that came half way down her thighs.
"Katara, I picked your outfit out," Azula said still looking at herself in the vanity trying to perfect her bun. Katara frowned at the idea that she couldn't pick what she wore out of the many outfits that Azula had already picked out for her. She looked on the bed to see a light blue silk dress laid out for her. She didn't remember seeing that in her luggage earlier today.
"Azula bought it earlier today," Ty Lee said finishing her makeup and moving over to Katara who was still wrapped in her towel, "She said she had the perfect person in mind when she saw it and now I get why she bought it!"
Ty Lee continued to ramble on about how blue was never really Azula's color because it didn't match her aura. Katara only half listened to what Ty Lee was saying as she pondered on Azula's thoughtfulness. It was a beautiful dress, and it definitely matched the dress code that the other three were setting.
"Hurry! Let's get it on you so I can do your makeup!" Ty Lee said excitedly thrusting the dress into Katara's hands. Katara turned away from the other three girls and quickly slipped on the dress after removing her towel. She thanked the spirits that she at least decided to put on underwear before leaving the bathroom. After the dress was fully pulled up she felt Ty Lee's hands on her back zipping up the zipper. It was a perfect fit. Katara turned around and before she could say 'thank you' she was pulled to the nearest chair and sat down. Ty lee immediately got to work on her face. Applying foundation, contouring, highlighting, the whole 9-miles. Katara was surprised at how quickly Ty Lee worked. She was done in almost 20 minutes and encouraged Katara to look in the mirror. Katara was surprised to say the least. She didn't look like herself and she definitely didn't look like how she normally did when she did her own make up. That's not to say that she hates it, its just different.
"I was going to do your hair up but I think it looks perfect down," Ty Lee said, "Mai, what do you think?"
Katara had no interactions with Mai since she met her. Ty Lee's question spiked her anxiety knowing that Mai didn't seem to like her all that much. The raven haired girl looked up at her from her phone with piercing eyes that made Katara squirm a little bit. She wondered what she'd done to warrant such scrutiny.
"Down is fine," Mai said flatly. This was the first time Katara ever heard her speak.
"Great! We're all ready!" Ty Lee said and all four girls were now piling out of the room. They made their way down stairs to the kitchen where Zuko was already there sipping whisky from a rocks glass.
Katara couldn't help but feel like she had stepped into some sort of photo shoot. Zuko was leaning one arm against the island of the kitchen and holding his glass. He was wearing a silk maroon button up that was just unbuttoned enough to have his chest peak out and reveal a thin gold chain around his neck. His black slacks were just a little flooded revealing his ankles and black loafers. He was picturesque in the way he was holding himself. Katara stared at him from the door way to the kitchen and wondered how one man could look so good. Their eyes met and he flashed her a smile. Katara had never seen him in anything other than casual clothes and was entranced by the way he cleaned up.
"Let's take a shot before we all go!" Ty Lee said excitedly pulling shot glasses out of the cupboards. Katara walked slowly to join them at the island, eyes never leaving Zuko. She took the space next to him while the other three were deciding which liquor would be the least offensive to shoot.
"You look… good," Katara said looking him up and down before making eye contact. Zuko smirked then took a sip from his glass. He leaned down to be at eye level with her. His face was dangerously close to hers. Any closer and Katara felt like it would be an invitation to kiss him senseless and tear his clothes off.
"Same to you," he said smirk still on his face. She could smell the whisky on his breath. She leaned in slightly hoping he would meet her halfway. He pulled away from her to receive the shot that Ty Lee had poured for him. Katara turned and had a shot handed to her also. The other three girls ready with drinks in hand.
"Cheers!" Ty Lee exclaimed before everyone touched their glass to the table and took the shot.

The club was a very short ride to the beach house. The line to get in was long and daunting. No surprise to Katara, they walked straight to the front door and the bouncer let their whole group in without a word. A host met them at the front and ushered them to the VIP section full of booths. The three girls piled in and took seats in the middle of the circular seating with Azula in the middle and Mai and Ty Lee to her left and right. Katara slid in next to Ty Lee who was leaning over Azula to tell Mai something over the loud music. Zuko took as seat next to Katara, resting his arm on the back of the seat behind her. The server came to their table and asked for their orders.
"Dry martini."
"A cosmo, please!"
"Whisky neat," both Mai and Zuko said at the same time. Katara couldn't help but notice their synchronization. She looked to Zuko, his face was unfazed as he scrolled through his phone. She then snuck a glance at Mai who was definitely looking at Zuko with her usual flat expression.
"And for you?" The server turned to Katara who was still deep in thought.
"Surprise me?" Katara said, mind to occupied on what just happened to think of something to drink. The server smiled at her and wrote in his order pad. Katara noticed that Zuko had put his phone away and was now leaning over her to say something to Ty Lee. His sculpted chest and chain dangling right in her face. She could smell his cologne. It had been the same one he wore when she got back from shopping with Azula. Katara's mind began to haze as she stared at his chest and took in his scent. I took everything in her to not to take a bite of his collarbone. After he said what he needed to say her leaned back and noticed Katara's eyes still glued to him.
"Like what you see?" He whispered in her ear, mocking their interaction on the plane. Katara's self control would have broken if it wasn't for their server returning with their drinks along with mystery shots. The server passed the drinks out to their respective owners. Katara looked at her mystery drink and noticed a piece of paper tucked underneath it. She slid the drink off the paper and turned it over to see a number and the words "call me" written on it. Zuko who had craned his neck in curiosity, saw the note, and snatched it from Katara's hand.
"Hey!" She said in shock as Zuko crumpled up the piece of paper and threw it behind him, "That's littering."
"And that was unnecessary," Zuko said pointing in the direction of the discarded paper and trying not to be irritated. He was sitting right next to her for Agni's sake, his arm was around her. The server obviously couldn't take the hint. Katara rolled her eyes at him with a smile. It has been a long time since someone who wasn't her brother was overprotective of her. She had to admit that she liked it. Zuko looked at Katara who was taking a cautious sip of her mystery drink. He saw how the silk dress she was wearing hugged every curve of her body perfectly and assumed this was not the last time something like this was gunna happen. Zuko made a mental note to be on guard for the rest of the night.
The group had sat at their booth talking amongst each other, downing shots, and drinking literally anything that came their way. Finally after everyone had reached their third drink and fourth shot, Ty Lee suggested that they hit the dance floor. Azula agreed immediately and the two girls dragged a reluctant Mai away from the table. Katara, who was drunk enough to feel like dancing with the three would be a lot of fun, stood from her seat. She noticed Zuko was still sitting sipping on his fourth glass of whiskey.
"You coming?" Katara leaned down and asked so she could be heard over the music. She was face to face with Zuko who wore a confused look on his face.
"Me? No, I don't dance," He answered plainly.
"Whaaaat?! Come on it'll be fun!" Katara sat back down next to him. Zuko could tell that she was already drunk. She pressed her body into his and looked up at him with puppybear eyes. Zuko looked away from her trying to ignore her begging face and soft body pressing up against him. It was a losing battle. Katara stared at him unrelenting. She even pressed her body closer to his feeling her breasts push up against the side of his chest as he continued to deny her. Zuko finally let out a groan of surrender.
"Okay, I'm not drunk enough to dance," He said finally looking at her. She smiled up at him and moved her body away from his.
"I can fix that!" She said victoriously. She noticed the their server heading in their direction.
"Wha-"
"Waiter!"

Zuko was on the dance floor bouncing in time to the music with Katara's arms wrapped loosely around his neck. Katara had been drunk while begging Zuko to dance with her, but she was now really drunk after going shot for shot with him. She screamed the lyrics to every song as they bounced, swayed, and rubbed against each other. Zuko didn't know if it was the alcohol that made him feel this drunk or the very intoxicated water bender grinding her self against places they should not be grinding in a crowd full of people. The song ended and was followed up with another. The song setting a really seductive tone in the club.
"I love this song!" Katara yelled at him as they continued to dance to the beat. After a few seconds of bouncing around Katara gave him a mischievous look. Zuko was conflicted on wether that look was a good or bad thing for him. Katara unwrapped his arms from his neck and turned around leaning her whole backside to his front. Zuko's hands moved to her hips trying to push her away a bit to maintain his already diminished sanity. Katara was having none of that and drove herself against him harder causing him groan. Katara turned her head to be face to face with him as she snaked an arm up to tangle her hand in his hair. Their hips swayed together as the lyrics sang something about a dangerous woman. Dangerous, she was. Katara whispered the lyrics to the song as her half lidded eyes met Zuko's. She held eye contact for a second before looking down at his lips then back up to his eyes. Zuko was at a breaking point. He tried very hard to maintain himself but the alcohol and Katara were not helping. The song ended and they had stopped moving for just a moment before Zuko's lips came crashing into hers.
Their kisses before had been heated, not like this. This kiss was searing with pure carnal desire. Their tongues tangled as the next song came on. Katara, still fully pressed against Zuko, arched her back just enough to feel his erect member press harder into her. Zuko had groaned into her mouth before breaking their kiss.
"We have to go," Zuko said eyes molten with lust.
"Okay, let me go to the bathroom first."

Zuko waited for Katara outside of the club looking around for a taxi. He noticed Mai leaning against the wall of the club smoking a cigarette. He walked up to her and took the cigarette right out of her hand, dropped it on the floor, and stepped on it.
"Those aren't good for you," He said to her. Mai sighed before pulling another one out and lighting it.
"Why do you care," She said flatly taking a drag of her new cigarette.
"Because you're still my friend," Zuko said trying to grab the cigarette again. Mai quickly moved it away from him and blew the smoke in his face causing him to recoil a few steps away from her.
"Last time I checked, friends don't ghost each other," the look in Mai's eyes was searing. She was upset. Of course she was. They had broken up three months ago and been hooking up from time to time. But had gotten tired of their relationship being just physical and decided to just no ignore her late night messages.
"Mai, your were hitting me up for late night booty calls," Zuko said irritatedly, "Don't act like 'Come over, we need to talk' didn't mean 'Let me take out my stress and have sex with you'."
"I just wanted to talk," Mai retorted forcefully.
"That's always how it started, Mai. Never how it ended," Zuko said, "I needed to get over our relationship. After that last fight, it was done. There's no recovering from the things that were said. I couldn't get over you if I was still sleeping with you."
"So, that's why your here with your little waterbender rebound?" Mai half yelled at him. Zuko's frustration had grown far beyond the point of holding back.
"I came here with her because I'm over it!" Zuko suppressed his yell, "I'm over us. I'm over being used as your stress relief."
"Well I'm not over it, Zuko!" Mai was at a full yell at this point. Zuko was taken aback by what she said.
"I'm not over us," Mai said softly to him before stepping into his space and pressing her lips to his. Zuko grabbed her by the shoulders and pushed her away. He saw someone from the corner of his eye and turned to look.
Katara was standing there eyes wide with shock. Zuko's heart dropped as he watched her turn her head and run away.
