Chapter 5

A new life.

Just then a beam of light came through the window. Stan went over to the window and looked out. He can see the moon peeking out through some of the clouds.

"Hey Eda isn't Luna on our list of names?" asked Stan

"Yes it is." replied Eda

"Well I can see the moon. Which I think is a sign of what to name our little girl." informed Stan

Stan went back over to the nest of blankets. He got in and sat next to Eda. After Lilith cleaned off and dried off the baby. Then she wrapped the baby in a purple blanket. Lilith then gave the baby to Eda. She then made sure Eda was doing ok. All looks good so she sat on the other side of Eda. The baby's hair is red not orange red. Eda looked at her baby girl. She smiled and asked "How about Luna Marie Pines?"

"I love it babe." beamed Stan

It's late and they're tired. So Stan took Luna from Eda and. Took her to the nursery. The nursery is across from Stan and Eda's room. Stan put Luna in the crib. Then he went to his and Eda's room. Lilith went to Stanford's room. In the morning after breakfast. Stan and Eda got into the Stanmobile. He is taking Eda and Luna to the hospital. To make sure that Eda and Luna are ok. While they were gone Lilith cleaned up the nest of blankets. She folded up the clean ones. Then she took the dirty ones to the laundry room. Two hours later Stan and Eda returned with Luna.

"So what sis the doctor say?" asked Lilith

"Both Eda and Luna are doing great. The doctor said that Luna is very healthy." replied Stan

Lilith smiled and said "That's wonderful. And if you don't mind Eda I'd like to go home."

"Are you sure Lilly? You can stay as long as you like." asked Eda

"Yes I'm sure I've been away long enough. Plus I have to get back to my location spell." replied Lilith

Eda got her portal door and opened it. The sisters hugged each other. Then Lilith kissed Luna on the forehead. Lilith smiled and said "I can sense that she's 50% witch 50% human." She grabbed her bags and went through the portal. Once through the portal Lilith went home. While she unpacked Lilith. Wrote a note and sent Dusk off to take to Darius. Lilith finished unpacking then she heard Dusk fly in through the window. Ten minutes later she heard knocking on the door. Lilith opened the door and saw Darius. She smiled and said "Oh Darius it's good to see you. Please come on in."

Darius walked in and asked "What do you need my friend?" Lilith walked over to him and replied "I'm just checking in. How is the rebellion going?"

" Well we've gained some more witches. But we could use your sister." replied Darius

No that's out of the question. One her curse is still a factor. And two she just became a mother." declared Lilith

Darius's eyes went wide "Your sister is a mother." Lilith nodded and said "I delivered my niece myself." Darius smiled and said "Congratulations to Eda and her family."

"Thank you my friend but Eda is out of the question." stated Lilith

"No problem Lilith we will. Just keep gathering witches." assured Darius

After talking to Lilith Darius left. Lilith grabbed another strand of Stanford's hair. And started another location spell. Like always it goes into the multiverse. And keeps going and going. Eight months have passed and Luna is eight months old. Eda has it set up at Greasy's diner. So she can work part time during the fall, winter, and spring. And be at home during the summer to take care of Luna. While Stan runs the Mystery Shack. Luckily Lazy Susan is ok with it. Right now Eda is in the living room folding laundry. Luna is on the floor playing. Ten minutes later while Eda is folding her laundry.

She saw Luna on her stomach. Then she watched as Luna got on her hands and knees. Eda watched as Luna slowly and carefully crawl across the floor.

"Stan come here quick!" yelled Eda

Stan ran into the living room and asked "What's wrong babe?" Eda smiled and replied "Nothing is wrong Luna is crawling." Stan looked and watched his little girl crawl. The next day Eda is in the market place in Bonesborough. She has noticed something is different Bonesborough. Eda has been seeing witches using all kinds of magic. And she doesn't see any posters to join the Emperor's coven. Eda went to Morton's stand and asked "Hey Morton can I get a bag full of elixir please?"

"Coming right up Eda." stated Morton

"Hey Morton have I missed something? Witches are using all kinds of magic. And I don't see posters for the Emperor's coven." asked Eda

"Well that's because a month ago. A large rebellion lead by Lilith and Darius. Went against Belos. It was quite the battle. But the rebellion got through Belos's defenses. And took on and and took out Belos." explained Morton

Morton gave Eda a bag full of elixir. Then he said "By the way Lilith isn't at her house. She is at the healing clinic." Eda took the bag and said "Thank you Morton." The woman left the market place and headed to the healing clinic. Once at the clinic Eda went up to the front desk.

"Hello I would like to visit Lilith Clawthorne." stated Eda

"She is in room 2." informed the receptionist

Eda walked down the hall and found room 2. She went into the room and saw. Lilith laying on a bed. She is covered with a blanket. Eda can see that Lilith's eyes are closed. As she approached the bed. She put a hand on Lilith's head. Eda sighed and asked " Oh Lilly why didn't you tell me about the rebellion?" The woman heard a moan. She looked and saw that Lilith has opened her eyes. Lilith smiled and replied "I didn't you because. One your curse and two you are a mom." Eda shook her head and said "You're always thinking of me." It was then and there that Lilith. Decided to come clean about something. But she is afraid of what will happen.
