Lola Loud recently entered a pageant and is determined to win. She has been preparing for weeks, practicing her walk, perfecting her makeup and hair, and rehearsing her talent routine. Lola is confident in her abilities and is eager to showcase her skills on stage. She has put in countless hours of hard work and dedication, and is ready to give it her all. Lola is determined to come out on top and take home the coveted title of Little Miss Royal Woods.
Meanwhile, Lori was doing chores when Bobby came to her, looking disappointed.
"Lori, how could you do that to Lane?" Bobby asked.
"I'm sorry! I'm really sorry!" Lori says.
"Lori, I can't be with you anymore. It's over between us." Bobby says.
"I understand." Lori says and looks down.
Lola finished her pageant as she smiled and heads home to show off her victory but Leif accidentally bumped into Lola.
"My dress!" Lola screamed and attacked him.
"Okay, enough!" Luna says, separating them before hearing some crashes.
"I lost my boyfriend because of you!" Lori screamed as the Lynns held her back. Lane looked terrified as he couldn't defend himself.
"Lori, please stop." Lars says.
"No!" Lori screamed with tears in her eyes as she grabbed a couch and tossed it. Lisa saved Lane just in time
"Stop it!" Luna says.
On April Fools' Day, Luan had been trying to control her itch. You see, every April Fools' Day, she'd do something like a bunch of pranks but she spent most of the day feeding and taking care of Lane. However, at 11 o'clock she needed a target, but wasn't sure who would be up at this time. Then it hit her. Lucy or Lars would be the perfect candidate.
She rigged the remote and goes to hide.
Lucy took hold of the remote. She gets shocked and electrocuted as Luan laughed a bit. Lucy holds her burnt hand as Lars gets her some ice.
"It hurts…" Lucy groaned.
A few days later, Lincoln was reading comics with a smile, when he saw Lane trying to eat and rushed over to help him.
The female and male twins was in a fight cloud once again.
"Guys, please…" Linka says as she only had one more day left in the cast.
Rita broke up the fight and asked what the fight was even about.
"Lana and Leif brought a cow to school." Lola says
"They were going to kill it." Leif says.
"Please don't tell me that I'm getting a call about that…." Rita says as there was a call from the elementary school.
"Hello?" Rita says.
"Hello, we called to ask if your children are all right. The CPS is coming over to your house." The principal says.
"Wait, what?!" Lisa asked.
Sally Anderson came in to inspect the house an hour later.
"Good afternoon." Rita says.
"Good afternoon, we've heard several complaints about you and your kids. Like a bad luck incident, a sibling fight protocol incident, and much more" Sally says as she goes upstairs and sees Lincoln and Linka's room a bit messed up, but fixed.
She then checks the twins room and screams seeing a snake. She grabbed it and tied it into a knot before it bit her.
She then checks Lane's room. She sees the boy and takes pity on him.
"What happened?" She asked as Lane flashes back to that night.
"He is only trying to help! Get back!" Girl Lynn says as Boy Lynn had been knocked out by a shot to the ding dongs. Girl Lynn starts punching Lori who grabbed the sports girl and slammed her head against the wall. Lane tries to calm her down, but Lori took the picture of his car that he just so happened to have and slammed it against his face as he fell through the stairs.
"My God…" Sally says.
She checked Lucy and Lars' room and saw fake blood and other goth stuff, but decided the goths weren't mentally ill and left them be.
Soon, she ends her inspection.
"I want some of the kids removed from this house. This isn't a safe environment for 22 kids." She says.
"No, please!" Rita says.
"You let this happen. You could be arrested for child negligence." Sally says. "I will be back in a week. If things don't change between now and next week, some child removal will be in order."
"Sure thing." Rita says.
Later, there was a family meeting. Luan pushed Lane's chair into the family room. The painkillers had put him to sleep, so he had a yellow plaid blanket tucked around his body as he was sleeping soundly.
"Maybe we should let him sleep in his room. We may wake him up." Loni says
"I agree" Leni says as everyone else nods.
Luan takes Lane to bed as the meeting begins.
"Okay, I'll get straight to the point. Things need to change. Lana and Leif, no more strays. Most of your pets have to go." Lynn sr says
"Luan, no more crazy pranks. Luna and Lukas, no more loud music after 10:30 p.m. and you all need to be kind to one another. No more pointless fights." Rita says.
"Your report cards just came in, too." Rita says. "Lane's report card was the first one we saw and he got all A's this semester. A-plus-pluses. We couldn't be more proud of him. But as for the rest of you…"
"We actually never checked." Lynn Sr. says. "Not yet, anyway."
"Really? You made it look like we all failed…." Luna says.
"Lori, you really dropped low…Cs and D's. Loki, good job on your A's. Keep it up, son. Leni and Loni, you both are trying your best." Lynn Sr. says.
"Lukas and Luna, all C's. You two can do better. Luan, all B's, that's good. Both Lynns need to pay attention in class. Lincoln and Linka, you're okay with As and B's. Lucy, you seem to have issues with science and gym, but other than that you're really good with English. Lars, you need help with your math. Both sets of twins need to study more. Lisa and Levi, we don't really need to say it." Rita says.
A week later, Sally returns. At the time, Luan was helping Lane with his homework.
"I have returned." Sally says and goes to inspect the house once more. It looked better.
"It looks good. You kids did good. However…" she says as the police came in.
"Lynn Sr and Rita Loud, you're under arrest for child abuse and neglect." The officer says as the Louds gasped.
They cuffed them and drove off.
"I'll take charge." Loki says.
"I suggest we call an actual adult." Lisa says.
"Like Pop-Pop." Leni says as they cried.
Lucy and Lars walked off as they thought about What just happened and saw a moving truck, but paid no attention to it. Lucy took a look back and decided in the future she would.
They return to see the officers in Lane's room. "Leave my brother alone!" Lars says.
"He isn't safe here." He says. A blonde woman enters the room with her son, who is also a blonde. The kind hearted boy takes pity on Lane.
Lucy was blushing while looking at the boy as she had a nosebleed.
Sally sighed. "This was a disaster."
"What's going on?" Lincoln asked.
"We're being separated." Lisa says.
"Not all of you. Just Lane." Sally says.
"My name is Charity Huntington and I'd like to adopt this young boy." The blonde woman says.
"A fine idea." Sally says. "He will be much safer with you."
"What about us?" Luan asked
"The point is we can't have all of you under one roof. Maria agreed to take Lincoln and Linka in. The house can be occupied by everyone else, but under adult supervision. Loki will be second-in-command here." Sally says, then looks at Lucy and Lars. "I actually want to adopt these two." She confessed.
"No!" Lola hissed. "You took my mommy and daddy away from me!"
"ENOUGH!" Loki shouted at Lola, who shrunk back and looked down.
Sally takes Lucy and Lars with her.
At Huntington Manor, Luke wheeled Lane into the house. Lane smiles at everything he sees. His car was now in the manor's garage.
"I prefer this family over my old one. Completely." Lane says, wanting to leave his old family in the past.
"This is your home now." Charity says to Lane.
A young girl named Lucia was heard practicing her music.
"Oh, Lucia, sweetheart, come down, please!" Charity says. "There's someone I want you to see."
She comes down. She then sees Lane and his wheelchair.
"Oh, poor boy…" she says.
Meanwhile, Lucy and Lars look around at their surroundings. They weren't big.
"I'm sorry it's not much." Sally says "But I may have read your poems and they're sweet, but you need help. You two really do need help." Sally says.
Lucy blushed, thinking of Luke.
She shows them their room as Lucy holds Lars' hand and looks nervous.
Meanwhile, Lane looks at his room. He was in awe of all the yellow.
"Amazing!" Lane says. He even saw a stage and a small kitchen in his room.
"Like what you see?" Lucia asked.
He nods. "I just love it!" He says.
