Chapter 17: Darkness will rise

The Chapter begins
At the forest, Randy was training with Sub-Zero and Scorpion. While they were training, someone came into the scene; it was Mona Vanderwaal.
"Who are you?" asked Randy
"I'm Mona Vanderwaal." said Mona
"Do you work for Roman Reigns?" asked Scorpion
"Yes." said Mona
"Brace yourselves then, anyone who works for Roman Reigns and Shao Kahn must go down." said Sub-Zero
"Wait! hear me out first." said Mona
"What is it?" asked Scorpion
"I'm working undercover, you're members of The Ultimate Warriors right?" asked Mona
"How do you know about us?" asked Randy
"Triple H and Raiden…. I work for them." said Mona
"So do we, he's our leader...until he got captured." said Sub-Zero
"I know, again I'm undercover, I had to get Roman Reigns to think that I'm working for him but I'm not, I'm just getting Intel on his plan to take you down." said Mona
"And what about Paige, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, have they shown any sign of weakness?" asked Scorpion
"Nope, they were serious about joining Roman Reigns." said Mona
"I can't believe this, when I see him again, I'll just have to beat some sense into those two." said Randy
"Anything else we need to know?" asked Sub-Zero
"Yes, Shao Kahn has joined forces with Roman Reigns' team." said Mona
"Not surprised." said Randy
"They also captured Chris Jericho right?" asked Scorpion
"Yes, Shao Kahn also recruited members for his team." said Mona
"So, Shao Kahn formed a group as well, anything we need to do in order to save Chris Jericho, Triple H, and Raiden?" asked Randy
"Yes, you'll have to force your way into the summit and get them out, but be careful, Roman Reigns already redecorated the summit, they created a dungeon for those three so it will be tough to find them." said Mona
"Then we'll have to take it down if possible." said Sub-Zero
"Doesn't sound like a bad idea." said Scorpion
"So what are your plans?" asked Randy
"I'll continue to work undercover and see if we can give you more Intel on what Roman Reigns is planning." said Mona
"You better get out of here before someone notices." said Sub-Zero
Then the Deadly Alliance appeared.
"I'm afraid you're not going anywhere." said Shang Tsung
"The Deadly Alliance?" asked Randy
"Mona, traitor to the end." said Shang Tsung
"Take your punishment." said Quan Chi
"What are you going to do, beat me up?" asked Mona
"No this." said Shang Tsung as he shot a fireball at Mona, knocking her out.
"Mona." said Sub-Zero
"You're not taking us in without a fight." said Randy
"Come at us then." said Shang Tsung
The battle started
Mona was a spy for The Ultimate Warriors but then she paid the price by the Dark Guardians, Shao Kahn doesn't take traitors lightly, nor do his allies. Well traitors do suffer the consequences, like Paige, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, they chose to swear their allegiance to The Bloodline after they said that they weren't satisfied. Paige, Mandy, and Sonya D joined The Bloodline in their path of conquest. Randy had a strange feeling about the battle right now; he, Sub-Zero, and Scorpion, were fighting well against the Deadly Alliance, but he couldn't help but wonder if they were holding back.
"What's the matter Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, can't keep up?" asked Scorpion
"Something's wrong, this is too easy." said Randy
The Deadly Alliance pulled back.
"Hey where are you going?" asked Sub-Zero
"Running away?" asked Scorpion
"No, to be continued is more like it." said Quan Chi
"Before you go, tell Roman Reigns this, have him meet me at the wasteland tomorrow, just him and me, no one else, not my allies, not his allies, not even Paige, Mandy and Sonya D." said Randy
"For what?" asked Shang Tsung
"Where will our ultimate showdown be at." said Randy
"You got it." said Shang Tsung
"Just me and Roman tomorrow afternoon, face to face at the wasteland." said Randy
"You have our word." said Shang Tsung as he and Quan Chi disappeared and they took Mona.
"They're gone." said Sub-Zero
"But they took Mona." said Scorpion
"There was nothing we could've done anyway, the only thing we have to do is inform the team and hopefully save her, Triple H, Raiden, and Chris Jericho." said Randy
Meanwhile at the summit, The Deadly Alliance made it back,
"So how it go?" asked Roman
"We only fought three of the members, we couldn't find the rest, but there was something we found out." said Quan Chi
"What is it?" asked Roman
"Mona defected from the group." said Shang Tsung
"What, how?" asked Roman
"We saw her giving our enemies info on your plan." said Quan Chi
"But we captured her and we imprisoned her along with Triple H, Raiden, and Chris Jericho." said Shang Tsung
"Leave them there, she will suffer for that." said Shao Kahn
"Also, Randy Orton wants to see you at the wastelands tomorrow afternoon, alone." said Quan Chi
"Why should I?" asked Roman
"To talk about where will our final showdown be held." said Shang Tsung
"I'll be there, alone." said Roman
"But master, remember this, some of the other members of the warriors will try and infiltrate the summit to save Triple H, Raiden, and Chris Jericho." said Quan Chi
"Don't worry I got it covered." said Roman
"I hope you know what you're doing." said Shang Tsung
"I know exactly what I'm doing." said Roman
