BWAHAHAHA I AM BACK. Yeah I know, I was gone a REALLY long time. But I swear to god I have a better reason for not writing than personal drama! I was writing when my dog jumped on my lap and snapped the screen off of my laptop! It still works but the lid won't stay open and I needed to get everything off the hard drive and get my computer back from my exes and set it up! But I have it up, I've been writing like crazy last night and I have a crap tonne of chapters written in advance! Anyone who is still following me, thank you so much for your dedication, I feel absolutely horrible for the way I left it off!

Anyways, on with the show! The song for this chapter is I Hate Everything About You by Three Days Grace.

Agaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaain I do not own these characters!

Chapter 8: I Hate Everything About You

No one would speak to me after that. Uhura had stormed out while Bones handed me the shirt and as I threw it on he, too, left without saying a word. Spock had met my eyes then looked away, standing up and leaving with me close behind.

Now we had arrived back at his house, the silence making me want to scream in frustration. I followed him up the steps and through the door, taking off my shoes and putting them next to his before following him in to his room.

"Ni'droi'ik nar-tor." I whispered.

"I was not aware of the fact that you could speak Vulcan." He said quietly. I sighed, walking up behind him.

"Look at me."

"I see no logical reason why I must look at you." He said, his fists tightening in to balls. "This must have been how Nyota felt when she thought I didn't care about what my death would do to her."

"Spock, don't do this!" I said, grabbing his arm and trying to force him to look at me.

"Captain, please remove your hand from my arm before I remove it for you."

How does it feel to know that the one you love is shutting you out because you protected him? Khan's voice in my head startled me and I froze long enough that Spock had grabbed my wrist and twisted it behind my back until I grunted in pain.

"I do not wish to harm you James, so please do not speak to me." He said calmly before letting me go with a small shove. I took off the damn pink shirt and threw it at him, his reflexes kicking in as he caught and lifted an eyebrow.

"Go get me my clothes." I ordered, looking away from him.

"Why would you need them before they are washed?"

"Because I'm leaving, Spock! How dense do you have to be before I can get it through your damn skull! Do I have to say it in Vulcan?" I yelled.

"You are not allowed. You have to stay under my direct supervision for another 6.3 days." He said. God I hated how he kept his cool.

"Shut up." I growled. "I'll leave without them." I turned, walking out of the bedroom and grabbing my shoes. As I tied them and stood, he came out of the room.

"To reiterate your ultimatum, if you leave this house I don't ever want to see you again." Spock said, twisting my words on me. I froze for a second and then walked in to the living room, grabbing the picture frame from the table.

"What are you doing, Captain?" He said, the floor board creaking as he came in behind me. I made up my mind then and there as he once again called me Captain.

"Well, I can't stay and be with a stuck up Vulcan who has twice now stabbed me in the back after I saved him." I turned around, picking up the picture. "So I guess you won't need this." I threw the picture down in front of him and my heart pulled as he fell to his knees to catch it. He was a moment too late and the glass smashed to pieces. His eyes went wide as he stared at the pieces. His eyes didn't lift as I walked past him and out the front door.

I chugged back the whiskey, not even feeling the burn after my… jeez, I don't know, I lost track of how many I'd had. A small blonde sat down on the bar stool beside me and I lifted my fingers to indicate another round.

"I'll have what he's having." The girl beside me said. I looked over at her and sighed, rubbing the bridge of my nose.

"Ms. Marcus." I greeted, slurring slightly.

"Captain." She said curtly, taking her drink and sipping at it. I sat there, playing with my glass for a few minutes before talking.

"Is this a happy coincidence, or shall I assume that Spock called Bones and he knew better than to come and sent you?" I asked, looking over at her. The way she averted her eyes answered my question and I chugged back my drink, standing and slamming the money down on to the bar.

"Nice seeing you." I said, turning to walk away.

"Wait, Captain, Leonard is very worried about you." She said, grabbing on to my arm. I groaned in protest but sat back down on the stool, my head was spinning.

"Why this time?" I grumbled, rolling my eyes and giving her and unamused smile that said I was only staying to humor her.

"What happened?" She asked quietly, reaching in to her pocket and pulling out a pile of shredded pictures, setting them gently down in front of me. I scowled at them and pushed them away. "He went to find you after Spock called but the front desk said you switched buildings and didn't know where you went."

"I needed a change of scenery, what's it to yah?" I said, laughing when she just stared.

"Hey doll, how about you join me and my buddy here for a fun time?" A drunken loser said, his buddy snickering beside him.

"No thank you, gentlemen, I'm taken." She replied, smiling curtly and swinging her purse on to her arm.

"Well, you can tell your boyfriend that if we think he's pretty he can join." The loser persisted, his hand reaching to grab her ass. Without a second thought, I had his wrist in my hand and had twisted him down to his knees, standing above him.

"I believe you owe my friend an apology." I heard myself say. My voice was deeper, darker than I had ever heard it. It was like I was watching things play out and not actually doing them.

"Khan." Carol whispered, her eyes wide with fear.

"I said, apologize." I whispered, twisting his wrist and hearing a snap. He cried out, his friend already running out, along with other people. The bartender simply shook his head, obviously used to a few fights in his line of work.

"I'm sorry!" The guy whined, looking up pathetically. "Please! I think you broke it!"

Khan, enough.

You're welcome, by the way. He snarled back, releasing the man and watching as he scampered away like the coward he was. The drunken haziness had dissipated from my mind as I watched through my own eyes as he met Carol's fearful gaze.

"Oh, don't tell me you're holding a grudge for your leg?" He said, his voice overly sweet as he walked forward until she was pinned against the bar.

"Please." She said, her voice wavering. My hand lifted, tucking a strand of her pale blonde locks behind her ear.

"Run along to your doctor." He whispered. She was gone in a moment and he had picked up the remnants of my pictures of Spock, smirking before putting them in his pocket.

Shall we have fun, Captain?

Depends on your idea of fun, Khan.

I snapped up in bed, unaccustomed to the way the light was shining in my new windows. I looked around my new room at the top floor of the Starfleet apartment complex downtown. If I had stayed at the other apartment, Bones or Uhura would have made Spock come to me. I wanted him to come of his own accord so I could stab him in the back like he did me.

Wait… Since when did I think like that? And… What happened after I left the bar? I shook my head slightly, trying to remember, but it was like I had blacked out and magically appeared in bed. I went to lift the blanket off and get out when I froze.

There was blood all over my hands. I looked down and saw that it covered my clothing and my bed as well. What the hell had I done last night? I got up quickly, grabbing all the bedding and bundling it up before throwing it in a trash bag. Going in to the bathroom, I swore as I looked in the mirror. My face had blood splatter on it, as though it had been sprayed on and it caked my hair. I stripped quickly, inspecting myself and finding no wounds on my body. What had Khan done?

I jumped in the shower, not caring if the water was cold, just needing to get all the blood off. The water ran a sick brown color of dried blood and I barely managed to bend over the tub and puke in to the toilet. I finished quickly after that, grabbing my clothing and throwing it in the garbage bag as well before inspecting the apartment. I was pleased to find no more blood splatter and went back in to the bathroom to get rid of the after taste in my mouth.

What the hell happened to our deal, Khan? I snarled in my mind as I brushed my teeth. I couldn't let anyone find out about this, I just couldn't. They would take the Enterprise away from me and put me in jail.

I never hurt or killed anyone, Captain. Technically, you did. I froze, pulling my tooth brush from my mouth slowly as I stared in to my mirror.

Khan had made me a murderer.

Ta-da! I will have a lot more chapters posted soon! And I promise you a Christmas special... Hmmm... Spock with nothing but a bow -giggles- By the way, that one line "Run along to your Doctor." totally made me imagine bones as The Doctor and now I'm laughing really freaking hard xD
