Final chapter, I know it's going to leave some lingering questions but they'll be explained later on. Please no flames about the title of this chapter, it's not based on that so-called 'vampire' series of books.
I do not own anything, Ninja Theory and Capcom does.
Chapter 13: Twilight
After Kat finally let go of them she faced Vergil first. Normally things like fear and being nervous didn't come to the youngest Nephilim but looking into her gray-green eyes they sure as hell filled every corner of his mind.
'What the hell could you possible say to make everything you put her through better? I'm sorry?' he thought frantically trying to figure out what to say. In the end Kat answered for him.
She punched him in the face.
Dante would have snickered if he hadn't known what the punch was for. Martin just looked slightly confused.
Vergil bowed his head low waiting for the rest of the punishment he knew was coming and deserved. What he didn't expect was for Kat to hug him again with her tears staining his already dirty clothes.
"Don't…don't ever go off and do something stupid like that again okay?" she said pulling back to look him in the eye.
"Okay…" he honestly couldn't help but smile, happy he hadn't lost her as a friend.
While the two caught up Dante faced Martin with a look that made the teenager shiver in slight fear.
"So you're Martin?" he asked no hint of aggression in his voice.
"Y-Yes." He answered unsure of how to continue. As far as he knew Kat hadn't said anything about being in a relationship with the oldest son of Sparda but it could have slipped her mind. 'Please don't let him kill me.' "I uh, I've um seen the news about you." He started.
"I know." He held Martin's gaze a moment longer before patting him on the shoulder. "Thanks for looking after Kat." He said smiling.
After getting over the shock Martin smiled back in earnest. "Sie erwahnen es nicht."
Getting up Vergil gave a passive thanks to Martin. "So what's it like in the city."
"Guys…Limbo City's…it's bad, the entire city's probably nothing but a pile of rubble by this point." Kat said creating a magically orb showing the hometown of the three surviving Order members.
The city looked like hell had decided take a stroll then got into a fight with heaven. In other words; it was royally fucked up.
"So far all we can tell is the demons have been losing, badly. Most of the humans have either evacuated, stayed to fight, or died." She said showing various trucks and aircraft leaving the city.
"And the military?" the white haired twin asked dreading the answer.
"Believe it or not the fight's going pretty well. They've teamed up with the angels and are actually winning."
"Chalk one up for good old America and her insane military." Martin mused watching a line of tanks blast the living tar out of a towering demon then a fighter plane deliver the finishing blow.
RUMBLE!
"Damn, it must be one hell of a fight if we can feel it from here." Dante said watching a tower of smoke erupt from the city through the window. "I don't know about you guys but I say we get out of town while we can."
"Where are we going to go Dante? San Francisco's gone, San Diego's gone dark, and Los Angeles is a war-zone." Kat said.
"Who said anything about going down south?" he grinned. "I know one place that's probably held up during the apocalypse. All we have to do is-duck!"
Without question all the other youths hit the floor just as fireballs and spears blasted through the walls into the room. A second later harpies and other flying demons were busting through the walls taking aim at everything in sight. Everyone spun into action; Dante firing Ebony and Ivory, Vergil using Summoned Swords, Kat magically conjuring up fireballs and thunderbolts, and Martin throwing spatial disks.
Slowly they all began to drift apart with Dante and Kat moving down stairs and Vergil and Martin holding their position up stairs.
After frying four harpies in at once with a bolts of lightning Kat felt her body begin to ach. In that one second she sensed a Hell Knight come up behind her with its blade aimed at her head.
SWOOSH!
The Hell Knight's head left its shoulders with one swing from Rebellion, the rest were dismembered with one swing from the Osiris.
"Told you I'd stick with you guys 'til the end." Dante grinned helping her up.
"Yeah, you do." A light blush took hold of Kat's cheeks even as she continued summoning magic to cast fireballs and lightning bolts as Dante used his arsenal of weaponry to keep her safe.
"I take it this is your first time seeing real battle?" Vergil called splitting a Butcher in half.
"Yes," was Martin's reply while he drove his fist into a Stygian's face then stomping on its head. "I know I need practice." He summoned two Halbierende to sue as chakrams.
"No I'm actually impressed you made it this far." Vergil kicked three Stygians away watching a spectral sword bury itself in each of their chests.
THUMP!
A Dreamrunner came at him from the side but Vergil used the butt of his sword to crack its face-mask. More jumped out of the shadows bringing their blades down at once. All their blades stopped once they hit the force field Vergil had thrown up just before he spun with Yamato drawn, severing all of them in half at the hip. Martin cut through demon after demon not stopping until he was nearly crushed by Tyrant's fist. When it threw a punch at him he ducked out of the way, cut its arm off at the elbow then jammed his spatial chakram directly in its face. It staggered back before collapsing onto the floor.
CRACK!
"Sorry about the housing damages." Martin called watching the demon fall helpless through the floor.
"Don't worry about it, this place was going to come down at some point anyway." The white haired Nephilim called killing a Frost Knight.
More demons continued pouring into the mission forcing the youths to regroup in one of the living rooms.
SCREECH!
"Vergil!" Dante called sensing the sound waves beginning to assault his ear drums.
Focusing his mind Vergil absorbed all the sound waves from the Hertz and converted it into pure energy which he channeled into his foot. With one stomp he sent a shock wave out that blew back all the demons.
Out of the corner of his eyes Dante saw a Hell Knight preparing to light the whole floor on fire. In one swift dash he performed a Stinger impaling the demon on the wall. Once the demon stopped flailing he noticed something at his foot; the wooded plat with his family emblem on it.
'No way we're leaving this here.' He thought picking up making sure it wasn't seriously damaged. Holding it protectively in one hand he drew the Revenant and began firing. "Hey guys I think it's time to leave."
"We've got a car out front! Just follow me!" Martin said knocking the head off a demon blocking the center doorway.
Outside they could see more demons were literally rushing the mansion from the forests and sidewalks. Vergil slammed his palm into the ground sending a tremor through the entire area knocking them off their feet while Dante called forth pillars of fire to burn them where they stood. Parked just a little ways away was the Bugatti Veyron still in drivable condition.
"That's gonna be a tight fit." Vergil dryly remarked now seeing what Kat and Martin had driven in.
"Don't worry I got the-" Martin was never able to finish his sentence.
RUMBLE!
Like a mole straight out of hell a gigantic demon bursts from the ground roaring at the top of its lungs. In one swift motion it brought one of its massive paws down crushing the sports car right there then threw the wreckage at least two miles away.
…
"Ah fuck." Dante said.
"Martin?" Kat asked concerned about the German-American that had gone silent.
…
The demon roared again in the setting sunlight giving the four a good look at it. Around eleven meters tall with jagged spikes running along the spine, dark brown armored hide, claws that measured at least two meters long, and one long serrated blade on its forehead like some kind of horn. It bellowed again turning its black eyes towards the four. Ten seconds later the beast was roaring in pain due to Martin ramming his fist into its left eyeball.
"DRECKSACK!" he bellowed hitting the demon's face over and over again with his fists. He jumped down its back banging both his fists down on its hide. "That was my car you giftzwerg!"
Dante, Kat, and Vergil just watched awe-struck as the half-demon continued hammering away at the demonic beast, screaming in German the whole time.
"He really loved that car didn't he?" Vergil asked Kat not taking his eyes off the battle.
"He…said it was his favorite sports car." She answered still shocked at seeing this violet side of her normally calm and quite friend.
"…Poor guy." Dante said holding a Greater Stygian in a headlock with Ebony pointed at is skull.
The beast threw Martin off its back causing him to skid back in front of the trio. He was bleeding from various cuts but the look in his golden eyes and the growing intensity of his demonic aura told them he was still ready for more.
"Um Martin I think you should let me handle this. You've got spatiokinesis right?" Vergil asked putting his hand out to stop him from attacking.
"Yes why?"
"I need you to teleport us someplace away from here, I don't care where it is just make it beyond a mile radius." He had Yamato sheathed and summoned the Beowulf.
Martin looked at the demon one last hateful time before running off to join Dante and Kat.
"Let's see what you can do." Vergil said looking down at the glowing Devil Arms.
The demon threw its right paw at Vergil but he turned into a ball of dark light and zig-zagged right where he assumed the demon's elbow was. Reforming he delivered a powerful punch followed by another then a high kick. Roaring in pain the beast fell back breathing a stream of fire that was countered by a blast of dark light from Vergil. Transforming again he gave the beast a series of swift kicks to its left side underbelly, lifting it to the air and lastly ending it all with a spinning axe kick. Demonic energy coded its left claws as it took another swipe at the youngest Nephilim.
Bringing his left arm up he parried the attack giving him enough time to move in a perform Beehive combo directly on the demon's throat. Channeling energy into its horn it made a few swiping motions hoping to cleave Vergil in two, with his agility boosted by the Beowulf it never came close to touching him. Rushing forward like a rhino it thrust its horn blade forward. Vergil parried the attack but was pushed into the air where the demon spun around to get another crack at him. Dark light formed around Vergil's right gauntlet which he led flat like he was about to perform a karate-chop.
SWOOSH!
The broken blade landed somewhere behind the gate while the demon roared in agony at its broken horn-blade. Hitting the dirt Vergil spun around bringing his right leg up releasing a blast slash-shaped beam of black light that cut clean through the demon. Its split body fell to the ground turning into black dust leaving only bloodstains and broken pieces of metal behind.
"Well I guess this things do pack a punch after all." He chuckled moving to slay an oncoming wave of demons.
"Martin can you get us out of here?" Dante called slamming Arbiter down into a Dreamrunner's back. He was nowhere near the point of being exhausted but he was starting to get tired, all the fighting had started taking its toll and he could see it was too for the others.
"I've never tried teleporting more than two people before! I don't if I can!" he answered back knocking a demon off its feet then crushing its face.
"Then try! What's the worst that could happen?"
Forming protective circle around Martin Dante, Vergil, and Kat fought while he focused all his power on teleporting them someplace that simply wasn't the mansion.
'Just like dad said, think of someplace nice, think of someplace nice.' He couldn't get a solid picture in his mind so he focused on something else; the sinister smiling mask Vergil always wore when he came on TV as the leader of the Order. Darkness began to wail up at their feet before consuming the four youths completely. The demons attacking saw them and quickly rushed forward but they were too late; when the darkness faded the four youths were gone.
The four youths fell face-first onto a dirty floor with broken floor tiles and blood stains. At first they were too shaken to focus but eventually they all got to their feet and examined their surroundings. Immediately they knew they were in a warehouse but they didn't know which one. They was police tap all over the place along with all the other things you'd expect to find at a crime scene leading Dante, Kat, and Vergil to one conclusion; they were at their old hideout.
"Martin…how did you know to take us here?" Vergil asked looking around the darkened room. Through broken glass windows and holes in the building they could see it was sunset.
"I sort of focused on your mask, the one you always wore when you came on TV, after that I think my powers just lead us back here, where the mask is." He answered himself baffled.
"Wonderful," Dante grumbled walking around. "At least it's not crawling with demons but we've got to get out of the city. It's a goner."
"Especially if they decide to nuke it like they did Paris." Kat muttered unhappy about being back at the place where she'd watched so many of her friends die, get shot, and taken captive.
"I'll be right back." Vergil said taking steps forward not waiting for anyone to say anything.
Vergil himself was having flashbacks of the day LCPD stormed the compound and starting killing everyone. They'd killed almost everyone they'd come across, all the people Vergil had recruited, his people, his friends, all dead.
'Hopeful they all got a decent burial.' He hoped moving past the police tap and moving aside all the equipment the police had put up. Vergil knew they hadn't found anything of value or use, he'd taken steps to insure that even at the cost of Kat getting caught and put through more torture. 'At the rate this is going it's going to be weeks before I can get any decent sleep.' He thought. Ever since he'd absorbed his Hollow all the bottled up emotions inside him had come out bit by bit, one of the biggest ones was guilt. 'Still…that just means I'm still human deep.' He'd rather have that then be a heartless bastard like Mundus.
Behind a series of police tap was the open door to his office. Everything was still being examined but Vergil didn't worry about it, they hadn't found anything important. Moving to his desk he entered a code into his lab top after booting it up. A bookcase pulled back to reveal a small shelf containing four books and his prized mask, all in perfect condition. Grabbing a bag from the side he began putting all the books inside but stared at the mask for a moment before putting it inside the bag.
"Job's going to get a whole lot tougher now." He whispered making his way back down to join the others.
As they waited for Vergil Dante, Kat, and Martin decided to explore the warehouse and see what the cops hadn't carted away. They didn't expect to find two sleeping Rage spawns nestled quietly underneath a couch.
"Shit." Dante whispered drawing Ebony and Ivory. He hated rage spawns above most other demons, mostly because they were so damn annoying.
"Dante wait!" Kat's hand shot to both his arms lowering them. "Please don't hurt them."
"Kat you know as soon as those things wake up they're going to kill you." Dante growled not lowering his guns much.
The little demons opened their eyes and unexpectedly jumped into Kat's arms like dogs happily greeting their owner. Martin and Dante went bug-eyed.
"You see a while back…I found these two in the gutter, feed them and they've kind of stuck to me ever since." She said a little sheepishly.
"So they're your…pets?" Martin asked.
"Sort of, I haven't named them or anything but they've always been nice to me."
One look from Kat's eyes and Dante lowered his guns but never took his eyes off the little demons. "First time they growl at me I'm squashing them alright?"
Kat smiled in return.
RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE! RUMBLE!
"I'm back!" Vergil called jumping down. Thankfully he didn't ask about the Rage Spawns in Kat's arms. "We've got to go now."
"We need a car for that." Dante responded.
"Follow me." Kat said moving towards the hall. The rage Spawns jumped out of her arms and followed her closely not minding the boys.
The garage was half-caved in but those vehicles left were still in fine condition.
"Shouldn't the cops have taken all this tings to the impound lounge or something?" Dante questioned.
"No unless I had a few moles in the force." Vergil grinned removing a stone block to reveal a box full of car keys.
"You really are prepared aren't you?" Martin whistled impressed.
At the end of the garage was a 2014 Dodge Durango that was completely undamaged. Kat walked up to it holding out her hand. A magic seal appeared over the car then vanished. Dante moved to the driver's seat but was stopped by Vergil.
"No way." he said moving into the driver's seat. His brother didn't say much expect grumble and jumped into the passenger's seat. Kat, Martin, and the rage Spawns took the backseats. "Dante would you please?"
The black haired Nephilim fired a telekinetic blast creating a huge hole big enough for the SUV to drive through. "Hit it bro."
Vergil practically slammed the gas launching them out onto the rocky and ruined streets. He pressed a button on the dash board and the tires changed into the exact kind needed for rough traveling. The moment they started gaining speed they had demons on their tail.
"Keep driving, I got this." Dante grinned holding the Revenant in one hand and the Kablooey in the other.
"I'll help too." Kat's hands glowed brought blue just as a force field formed around the SUV deflecting most of the attacks that would have torn it apart.
Dante laughed as he fired his two guns at anything that made a move against the vehicle while Kat both keep the force-field up and fired bolts of blue energy from time to time.
"Is there a way out?" Martin called opening reflecting holes at oncoming attacks.
"Normally I would say yes but with the city like this I can't even tell what road we're on." Vergil growled turning another corner to avoid a drop off. "God Damn it!"
Kat tried to use magic to figure out where they were but as soon as she did she felt exhaustion take hold of her. 'I'm reaching my limit for the day.' She stopped trying to help defend the Durango and focused solely on keeping the barrier up.
Dante started laughing as he blew demons out of the air and off the streets. His laughter stopped when he saw a bat-like demon dive bomb them. He fired a dart into its head but that didn't stop it from charging them. "You guys might want to hold on." He said before detonating the dart just as the bat-demon was about to slam into the SUV.
BOOM!
The entire vehicle and everyone in it launched to the side from the impact of the explosion. Dante got dirty looks from everyone in the car but he chuckled weakly. The crowd of demons following them was getting bigger and Vergil knew something had to be down.
"Dante, take the wheel and DO NOT CRASH this car." He said to Dante before teleporting to the car rooftop. His twin kept it steady though he did seem to turn corners a little harder than Vergil or Kat did.
With the rays of the setting sun hitting his face Vergil relaxed his body and let his breath come out in tempo with the wind. Calling on both sides of his supernatural heritage he drew Yamato; the blade was covered with a swirling mix of bright orange light that mirrored the sun and darkness.
SWOOSH!
The Judgment Slash didn't just destroy the demons it took chunks out of the ground and buildings hit by the attack. With an aura of light and darkness surrounding him Vergil flew towards the horde of demons, either slashing them, burning them, or breaking their bones then using them as a spring board. They curled around Vergil attempting to devour him but with Yamato infused with both light and darkness and Vergil's swordsmanship all they met was a swift end. Breaking out of the horde he jumped to the side of a building blasting more demons apart with blasts of twilight. One gigantic snake like demon lunged at Vergil, he jumped out of the way just as it crushed the building with its weight.
SWOOSH!
Five more slashes and half of the horde was dead. Double jumping further into the sky Vergil could see the devastation that had been wrought by the battle but he saw something more important; angels and demons were still fighting each other.
"Heh, some rivalries just never die."
Spinning around he drove Yamato into a warrior demon's chest then enlarged the blade to finish off an oncoming squadron of similar demons. Coming down to a rooftop Vergil's breath was becoming more rigid and the twilight surrounding his sword grew little dimmer. In the corner of his eyes he could see the Dodge Durango still going along with…a raven? Shaking it off Vergil restarted his attack blasting demons with beams of twilight or twilight-infused Summoned Swords. A bull-vulture hybrid demon flew at him hefting a massive axe and leading a new horde of demons. Cursing Vergil parried the attack, summoned the Beowulf, used the demon's chest as a jumping pad then blasted two waves of dark light at the horde in the form of two kicks.
He landed on some dead demon's corpse to rest then jumped back in the air to resume the attack using more twilight energy, drawn from the setting sun and the shadows that were quickly enveloping the city. As he fought he noticed the same raven from before flying through the demons, everywhere the bird flew left a purple after image and dismembered demons. One last demon flew towards Vergil with a sword gleaming in each of its four hands.
DING!
The demon fell to the ground dead with an angel hovering right before Vergil, blood dripping from his sword. "Go, you have done all that is needed for this city and its people. Leave the rest to us." He said then flew off to rejoin his brethren.
Sheathing Yamato and dismissing his twilight aura Vergil followed the raven back to the SUV. Once he saw him Dante moved back to the passenger seat so Vergil could take back the wheel.
"You okay?" has asked noticing his brother's tired expression.
"Yeah is this the road out of the city?"
"Yeah, the raven guided us and protected us." Kat said watching the bird fly away.
"Good because we're not stopping until we're at least seven miles away from the city.' Vergil stated.
The rest of the drive was easy expect for a few demons or crazed humans trying to stop them. Once they were outside all four youths could see the collection of battle-torn skyscrapers that once specialized Limbo City.
"So where to now?" Martin asked noticing the sun had almost completely set. Once the sunset went down completely he knew things were going to get a lot worse.
"I know a place, it's maybe a day's drive from here." Dante said kicking up his feet.
"Where to?" Vergil asked pulling up a digital map, thankful his tech was still working.
"Well…we survived hell…how do you feel about Purgatory?" he said grinning.
Realizing the destination his brother had in mind Vergil turned the SUV to the right smiling. "Earlier on you said you had a name for this devil hunting business. What do you want to call it?"
All three youths (and the Rage Spawns) leaned in close eager to hear the name.
"…How do you feel about Devil May Cry?" Dante asked as they sped down the dusty road.
Phineas can you hear me? Cecily mentally called having stopped at new mountain pass overlooking a F.O.B.
Yes Cecily, I've figured out a good place for you to hide. Once you get there you'll meet some people like yourself I think you'll get along with.
"What's the place?" she asked out loud sitting cross-legged under the moon's light.
Limbo City's sister city; Neo Purgatorio.
Okay then, I'll set out for it first thing tomorrow morning. Will you be there?
No child, I still have things to do in Limbo City. Keep safe, sadly the world we once knew is gone.
Upon entering the prison Malphas transformed from his raven form into his human form; a handsome male with dark hair, violet eyes, and dressed in a business suit and black overcoat. To any other being seeing in the supernatural darkness would have been both painful and impossible but to Malphas it was like refreshing sunshine. He paid no mind to the raging prisoners in the cells around him, even when some of them attempting to grab him. All he did was let the dark magic around the cells sever their limbs or brush them off.
'This place is starting to get more packed.' He thought noticing a few new cells springing up where there weren't any.
Pass the endlessly series of hallways he came to a door guarded by two shadowy figures whose features couldn't be made out. They nodded to Malphas allowing him to step through the double barred doors.
If not for the hellfire that burned all over the room Malphas was sure even he would have had trouble seeing straight. In the center of the chamber was a spherical cell with chains anchored to both the floor and the ceiling. Inside the cell was a man bound in chains; around his neck, his arms, his legs, and all over his body. His head came up allowing Malphas to see his stormy blue eyes. Even with his body in chains and locked in a prison with no possible hope of escape those eyes still held all the same fire they did on the battlefield.
"Malphas…Dante and Vergil…are they…" his voice was a little horse at first but slowly regained its strength.
"Your brats are fine Sparda, they're pretty damn tough I'll give you that." The raven demon said sitting down on a recently materialized chair. "They killed Mundus."
"Yeah I felt it all the way down here." His laugh echoed through the whole chamber. "How'd he die?"
Malphas smirked before answering. "Screaming like a little bitch. Your youngest has took steps to make sure his bloodline ended with him so that's one loose end tied up."
'Vergil…' Sparda thought filling pride for his youngest take hold. "Malphas how's the situation up above? Is Heaven finally getting off its ass and doing something?"
"Actually yeah, as soon Limbo merged with Earth they came down and started killing every demon they could find. It's been chaos." Malphas got a far-off look in his eyes. "Bal and Modeus have dropped off the radar."
'I figured that. They'll keep their heads low until something forces them out into the open. What about everyone else? My-"
"They're all safe knucklehead so calm down. Phineas managed to escape too, thanks to Dante." Malphas knew what his old commander was going to ask of him next.
"Dante…" guilt racked Sparda's voice as the memories of his oldest son started playing in his head. "How is he?"
…
"He's doing better Sparda. He's taken up the role of a guardian of humanity, he's found a purpose, he's patched things up with Vergil, he's unlocking his powers, and…I think the little spawn is finding love."
Sparda's laughter clashed with the dark and hopeless atmosphere of the chamber. His laughter died down when he asked by his next child. "What about Vergil?"
"…The boy had to take a few kicks to the ass and harsh words but…he's remained on the path. He's taken up the oath of protection along with Dante. They've mended most of the bad blood between each other. Oh and he's unlocked twilight manipulation too." Malphas watched a sigh of relief leave the Dark Knight's lips. 'Always putting those around you first, so damn annoying.'
A cloud of as and steam exploded from the ceiling followed by the turning of gears. Both demons knew that meant some poor bastard was about to have his soul melted down.
"They managed to escape the city with a few of their friends and are heading someplace safe. Demon kind's on the defensive and humanity is doing just as good as you'd thought. That's all I have to report." He got up and turned to leave but Sparda's voice stopped him dead in his tracks.
"Malphas…" he started causing the demon to face him. "I know I've asked much of you in the past decade but please, look after Dante and Vergil."
"Why the hell should I?" he growled. "I've long paid my debt to you so the way I see it I don't have to do a damn thing for you."
One look from Sparda's eyes and Malphas already knew he'd be watching over the twin Nephilim, whether they knew it or not. He always hated that look Sparda could fix him with, both when they were fighting and weren't fighting. Regardless maybe that was what had always drawn him towards Sparda; he wasn't just a great demon, he was a decent person. He'd help turn Malphas into a decent person, more so than he'd ever admit to anyone.
Burying his hands in his pockets Malphas shook his head bitterly. "I don't know why you try so hard Sparda, nothing helps. This world is rotten and will always be rotten."
"Then it's up to those of us in this 'rotten world' to change it. Even if things don't go our way we have to try." He stated looking him dead in the eye.
"You sound just like Vergil."
"Yeah, now you know where he gets the optimism from." Sparda joked back.
A jet of flames shot out allowing Malphas to see Sparda's face; dirty, scarred, his brown hair unruly, his dark blue eyes even darker. Yet he still had the face of a man whose hadn't lost a shred of hope.
"Fine." Malphas said shaking his head. "I'll keep an eye on the little bastards but don't expect me to play the dutiful foster uncle."
"I never expected you to. Just watch over them, who knows you might learn a thing or two from them." Sparda smiled even though he was being looked at with a glare that could literally metal a glacier. "Thank you Malphas."
'Yeah, yeah whatever. I'll be back after they've settled in." with that he turned to walk away not looking back. 'Never losing hope or giving up the fight, same old Sparda.' He thought fondly walking down the hallway towards the door. Just as he got to the door he turned to face the cell one last time. "I promise…one day I'll get you out of here so you can hug your spawns again." His voice was so low it was lost in the choir of turning gears, roars, and crackling fire.
Fin…for now.

Limbo City's location-It's just my assumption but to me Limbo City seemed to be more like a west-coast city so I put it in California with San Francisco and San Diego being south and Los Angeles being to the north of it. Again its location is just my opinion.
If you have any questions or thoughts feel free to leave them in any reviews.
