Sasuke stirred from his sleep to the sound of clanking pans and sizzling from the kitchen, accompanied by the tantalizing aroma of food. As he sat up, he opened his eyes, unsure of his surroundings until Hinata poked her head out of the kitchen.
"Good morning, Sasuke!" She greeted him with a warm smile. "Breakfast will be ready soon."
Sasuke nodded in acknowledgement before making his way to the bathroom. As he scratched under his shirt, he caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror. He had held himself back last night, despite his strong desire for her. He respected her boundaries, and that made him feel good about himself.
While washing his face, Sasuke couldn't help but reminisce about the past. He thought about all the sleepovers they had when they were growing up together. As he looked up at his black eyes in the mirror, he slid his hand through his hair and let out a sigh. Despite the complexity of their situation, he couldn't deny that being with Hinata felt right.
As he walked out of the bathroom, he was greeted by a feast laid out on the table. His eyes immediately caught sight of the plump, red tomatoes, glistening under the kitchen lights. They seemed to be calling out to him, their sweet aroma filling the air. Sasuke couldn't resist their allure, and his mouth watered at the thought of biting into their juicy flesh.
"Eat me, Sasuke-kun," they seemed to whisper, tempting him.
He licked his lips in anticipation, telling the ripe tomatoes that they wouldn't have to wait long before being devoured.
He picked up one of the tomatoes, admiring its perfect red color and feeling its smooth skin. Taking a bite, he was hit with the burst of sweet and tangy flavors. It was as if the tomato had been plucked from the vine at the peak of ripeness.
Sasuke closed his eyes and savored the taste, feeling a sense of nostalgia wash over him. He remembered how Hinata used to grow these tomatoes in her family's garden and how they would spend lazy afternoons plucking them off the vine and eating them straight away.
The memory brought a small smile to his face as he continued to eat the tomatoes, enjoying every bite. It was moments like these that reminded him of the simple joys of life and the importance of cherishing the people and moments that mattered most.
As Tora observed Susanoo speaking with the manager about potential new songs and duets, she couldn't help but feel a sense of admiration for his confident demeanor. She bit her lip, scolding herself for her thoughts. "That's a fantastic idea, Susanoo. Do you have a specific song in mind to release as a teaser?" she asked, attempting to refocus on the task at hand. Susanoo hummed thoughtfully, glancing down at Tora before turning back to the manager. "Actually, I wrote a song a while ago," he replied. The manager grinned. "Let's hear it."
Tora watched as Susanoo led the way to the recording room, her heart pounding with excitement. She had always been in awe of his talent and his ability to effortlessly captivate anyone with his music. As they entered the room, Susanoo picked up his guitar and started to play. Tora closed her eyes, letting the music wash over her. The melody was hauntingly beautiful, and the lyrics spoke to her on a deep level.
(Good Thing by: Suriel Hess)
Scared to admit it
You got me wrapped up in your touch
Wish I could quit this
Before we both take way too much
And overdose, too much of you and you never know
Got my lips blue, eyes closed
Hmm
Every time you get too close I cover it up
Wanna get to know you but I'm no good at love
One hit at a time so it isn't too much, all too much
Every time you get too close I cover it up
Wanna get to know you but I'm no good at love
One hit at a time so it isn't too much, all too much
Too much of a good thing, it might kill ya
To know how much I've been feeling
For ya, it might feel like all too much
Too much of a good thing, it might kill ya
To know how much I've been feeling
For ya, it might feel like all too much
Too much of a good thing
What if I like, like being wasted on you?
I'm scared it might be all too much (too much of a good thing)
What if I like, like being wasted on you?
I'm scared it might be all too much
Too much of a good thing, it might kill ya
To know how much I've been feeling
For ya, it might feel like all too much
Too much of a good thing, it might kill ya
To know how much I've been feeling
For ya, it might feel like all too much
Too much of a good thing
When the song ended, the manager clapped, clearly impressed. "That was amazing, Susanoo," he said. "I think we have a hit on our hands."
Tora couldn't agree more. She looked at Susanoo with admiration, feeling grateful to be able to work alongside him. He caught her gaze and smiled, and she felt her heart skip a beat. She quickly looked away, hoping he hadn't noticed her staring.
Tora and Susanoo were enjoying a lovely meal at a restaurant when they suddenly heard a familiar voice. "Tora! You gotta help me," Naruto exclaimed, appearing out of nowhere. Tora's eyes widened in surprise and a hint of nervousness. "Naruto, right? What's wrong?" she asked, not expecting the answer that followed.
"It's Hinata. She's been ignoring me, and I need to talk to her," Naruto said, grabbing Tora's hand in desperation. Susanoo immediately stood up, removing Naruto's hand from Tora's. "Don't touch her," he warned. Naruto looked up at him, apologizing, "Ah, sorry. I just really need to talk to Hinata. I miss her."
Susanoo's expression turned into a glare, "Didn't you cheat on her?" Naruto fidgeted, rubbing the back of his neck, "I mean, yeah, but it was a huge mistake. A one-time thing. Okay, maybe six times." Susanoo shook his head in disapproval, "Just leave her alone, man. You're sounding like a stalker."
Naruto locked eyes with Susanoo, his blue eyes full of anger. "Who the hell do you think you are, calling me a stalker?" he growled, taking a step closer. "I just want to talk to my girl. Is that too much to ask?" Tora stood up, placing her hand on Naruto's chest in an attempt to push him back. "Let's not make a scene, please," she pleaded. She then turned to Susanoo, her grip tight on his hand. "Please calm down, Susanoo." Susanoo glanced down at her, his expression softening slightly. "Tora, I just want to talk to her," Naruto said, his voice low. Tora shook her head. "I'm sorry, Naruto, but I can't help you. You hurt Hinata deeply, and from what I've heard, you're still friends with the girl you cheated on her with." Naruto's eyes filled with sadness. "I can end things with her, I swear. I just want Hinata back," he said, his voice cracking. Tora gave him a sad smile. "I don't think she wants to go back to you, Naruto. She's finally starting to move on, and I think she's interested in someone else," she said, squeezing Susanoo's hand reassuringly.
Naruto's eyes widened in shock. "W-who?" he asked, almost afraid to hear the answer. Tora hesitated for a moment before answering. "It's not my place to say," she said, glancing over at Susanoo who was still glaring at Naruto. "But I can tell you that it's not you." Naruto's shoulders slumped in defeat. "I messed up big time," he said, looking down at the ground. "I don't know what to do." Tora placed a hand on his shoulder. "All you can do is apologize and try to make things right," she said. "But you need to give her space and respect her decision." Naruto nodded, knowing deep down that Tora was right. He turned and walked out of the restaurant, feeling defeated but determined to make things right. Susanoo and Tora sat back down at their table, both feeling relieved that the confrontation was over.
Susanoo placed the money on the table and swiftly led Tora out of the restaurant and to a nearby hotel. Tora was perplexed, her brows furrowed in confusion. "Susanoo, what's going on?" she asked. Once they reached their room, she repeated the question. "What's wrong, Sasuke?" He turned to face her, his blue eyes locking onto hers. "Who is this person that you like?" he inquired, running his fingers through his hair. Hinata giggled, surprising Sasuke. "I'm surprised you haven't figured it out," she teased. Sasuke let out a groan, exasperated. "Come on, Hina, just tell me," he pleaded. Hinata approached him, her red eyes meeting his blue ones. "Who do you think?" she murmured before leaning in to kiss him.
A/N: No they didn't do anything that night other than kiss.
