Tony sat sprawled out over the couch and watched the news. Right then, the only thing anyone wanted to talk about was what had happened the night before at the Stark Expo. Tony already knew what happened, he just wanted to know what everyone else thought had happened. "Here we see Hammer's arrest last night", the pretty female reporter observed. The image on the TV zoomed in to focus on hammer's hands. "We are unsure as to why his hands are this peculiar shade. Could it some kind of political statement? Is this the beginning of a new trend?" The sound of the reporter talking fell into the background as Tony considered what he had just learned...
"Tony, Tony? Hurry up, we're going to be late for the press conference." Pepper stood impatiently in the foyer. If he makes us late one more time, so help me- Her thoughts were cut off as Tony walked in. Her eyes wide, she stared at his hands. "Tony, what did you do?"
"Do you like it?" He grinned excitedly. 'It's the newest trend. I was thinking about going with something a little different like red or gold, but orange should be fi-"
"You will wash that off this instant! I will not be seen with anyone who has orange hands!"
"But-'
"No 'buts'!"
Tony walked back to the bathroom, his shoulders sagging and a pout on his lips. "But-"
"No, Tony!"
Darn it.
