Mercedes didn't gasp like Kurt thought she would. Her face didn't turn into a grimace or a look of hatred; it remained the same, until her lips formed an approving smile. "I know."
"Really?" Kurt also smiled. "Well, yeah… that's all there is." He stood quickly and went to Mercedes, giving her a big hug. "Thank you, Mercedes." His voice was light and airy, like a weight had been lifted from him. "Thank you."
