The rookie turned towards the NCIS van that had just pulled up with a black SUV behind it; indicating to the man now walking towards them. He had his head down and a cap on.
"Detective, this is the Special Agent in charge of the investigation." The man looked up, and Tony's heart stopped for a second.
"Detective DiNozzo, meet Special Agent Gibbs."
