The rain came hard on Death City. It was hard, but lulled the city to its own version of slumber. The people ran through the streets, but still through the chaos, it was peaceful. The large clock tower in the square struck 12 o'clock and was a sign for most businesses to close down. One such was the Chupa Cabra's bar was one such of these businesses. The night came where the 13-year employee Blair would close, as she agreed for she never really had anyone waiting at home. She regretted in some ways never starting a family, some say (Mostly men) any man who got with her was a LUCKY man. But she brushed it off.

As normal, she would make sure everything was straightened to open the next day and that everything was turned off. Tonight was an excellent night to be inside later, so she would take her time. She was going to enjoy an empty bar, on a rainy night alone. Outside however, her worst nightmare stood from acrossed the street, licking its lips and three red shining eyes staring in the one window that showed the young waitress, it's first meal in a while.

"So, we were in florida this one show and I swear if I had a dollar for… god I forgot the freaking joke." Soul cackled with Maka. They were in the hotel room Soul had just gotten, with it rainging and it only being 8 o'clock, Maka decided to wait it out before returning home. Since the moment in the rain, it had mostly been friendly play and talk. They had eaten half a pizza Soul had picked up and were simply enjoying the others company.

"So Mr. Rock Star, get any albums?" Maka taunts sticking her pizza crumbed tongue out at Soul.

"One, but it didn't do great. Wasn't a big deal. Heard they split sometime after I left anyway." Soul chuckles. He placed his plate and took a swig from a soda he got at the market when he had picked up the pizza. Maka just drank a water, her 'Favorite' drink. "What about you? Finally write that novel?" He asks back, with his toothy grin.

"No. Just lost interest after a while, and it wasn't ever going to be picked up by a publisher." She mutters and mocks herself at that.

"Awh come on. Who wouldn't want to read a story about… what was it about again?" Soul asks blushing he had actually forgotten.

"Ugh… I swear… it was a romance adventure about a knight, who was a evil mage turned good, and a beautiful princess." She lulls, as Soul chuckles. "What?" She moans to his chuckling.

"Sounds like something a 3 year old would write!" He mocks playfully.

"Oh yeah?" Maka grunts as she jumps from her chair and tackles him on the bed, where he sat at its edge. The two wrestled like in their childhood, one got the edge for a moment, then the other. Eventually Soul got her pinned, him sitting on her stomach.

"HAHA! Last 13 years made you weak Albarn!" He mocks making a silly face that makes Maka laugh hysterically. They laugh with Soul on top of Maka, they smile at each other for a moment and Maka leans up to kiss his cheek. His eye widen and he leans down and kisses her, then kisses her cheek, and moves down to her neck…

Blair wiped down the last table, to her relief. She looked at the clock. 12:30.

"Well, looks like I'm done. Rain should be eased by now." She mutters to herself. She heads to the back to retrieve her stuff. Locker 6, her locker for the last 14 years since she started working here.

She opened the locker as she had many times. Nothing different then usual, her purse on the hook and her apartment keys on the small shelf. She took out her purse and grabbed her keys when smething caught her eye. A picture on her door. She remembered putting it there the first day she worked here, but never really noticed it. The piture was from 14 years ago, her leaned over holding the camera, a smiling yonger Maka throwing up the piece sign, and a younger Soul with his arm around her, with a small nosebleed compliments to being behind Blair as she snapped the photo.

"God… time does fly…" She mutters to herself in facination. She always considered Soul and Maka family. They took her in, not on their own will, but they were decent and friendly to her. It was the first time she felt she belonged, really belonged. She grins at the picture and touched it softly. "I'll miss you two." She says to the photo of the young versions of Soul and Maka. She closed the locker and placed the lock.

"Well, off to home." She muttered walking into the bar. She looked up at the doorway, where a tall man in a sweatshirt stood. "Sorry sir, way past closing. You may come in tomorr…ow…" She says, seeing in the shadow of the hoodie 3 shining red eyes, and a cold, almost lifless grin.

"Hungry… Blair…" The figure moans, then lunges.

Soul kept kissing Maka on her neck, her softly gasping each time. She liked it, and she looked down at Soul as he pecked at her delicately. Her eyes widen and she pushes him off.

"Woah." She says quickly, blushing. Soul realizes and jumps off blushing himself.

"Oh god… I… ugh… sorry… I mean I wasn't trying to… you know… ummm… crap…" He rambles to Maka's amusement.

"It's ok, it was just. Wow." She sighs with a grin. "Your girlfriends must've been lucky chicks." She chuckles. Soul sighs and blushes.

"I've never really been in a 'relationship' the last 13 years." He mutters, making Maka freeze and blush.

"Oh… well, you were a rock star, not one groupee or-?" She questions, blushing still.

"No. The others did that stuff. I wasn't really keen on it. It just wasn't cool, fooling with a different girl every city." Soul mutters. "And they were freaking ugly." He comments making both Maka and himself laugh.

"Really?" She mocks. "Better looking then me I bet." She chuckles, before finishing in a sigh. Soul knew Maka had usually been self conscious, especially with her looks.

"No. You beat all of them in every category. These chicks were those skinny to the bone models who looked like they were like, 50 when they were supposed to be 18(Though I still doubtd it)." Soul comments. "And besides, I see looks as kinda've 'extra' to the main thing. Personality and attitude are the things I look for." He continues. Maka knew Soul was mature when it came to some thngs, but all those times he got nosebleeds around Blair or other girls, it was hard to believe he thought that way.

"So, if a hot… and I mean HOT girl asked you out. And you had to choose between her, and this really unatracitve girl who youenjoyed being around, who would you choose?" Maka asks crossing her arms with a sly grin. Soul scratches his chin and thinks for a moment.

"May I buy a vowel?" He asks sticking his tongue out.

"And that's why the girls never wanted you." Maka mocks.

"Ok, that's it!" He teasingly yells as he jumps at her and misses, hitting into a wall. "Oww… OWWW…" He moans rubbing his head.

"Awww. Baby hurt his head?" Maka teases, bending down to him.

"Yeah, yeah. Very funny." Soul complains, a little embaressed.

"Let Maka kiss itand make it better." She teases kissing his head. As she pulls back he pushes forward kissing her on the lips, standing and wraping his arms around her. She pulls back to taunt the silver haired scythe again. "Quick healer huh?"

"I suppose." He grins falling with her on the bed to kiss her again.

"MUST FEED!" The crazed man yells as Blair barely dodges the mans attack. She could barely see his face, but could tell he was young. "Blair's soul will taste good. SO GOOD!" The man again yells, pulling out a blade and slashing at Blair. Blair ducks and backtrips the man, tripping him through a table. She rubs her hands together and a pumpkin forms in her hands.

"Pum-Pum-PUMKIN CANNON!" She yells tossing the flaming pumpkin at the man. The man rolls out of the way and charges with his blade. "Damn…" Blair groans. She grabs a wine bottle and hits the man as he gets close, crashing the bottle on his cheek and disorienting him. Blair reached over the counter and grabbed the emergency fire ax and raised it over the man. "TAKE THIS FREAK!" She yells.

CLANNNGG!

The sound makes as she sees him hold up his own defence. A scythe, of his own hand.

"MUST FEED!" The man yells throwing Blair into the glass bottles. She stands with some cuts and feels the glass I her skin.

"Owwie." She groans. The main pops his neck and steps forward.

"SCREAM! I WANT YOU TO SCREAM WHEN YOU DIE!" The man with the scythe hand yells as he slashes at her.

Blair barely dodges as she's cut by the blade. She holds her hand over the wound, groaning in pain.

"Need… something… to kill this freak…" She mutters to herself.

"SOUL…. GONNA KIL…. BLAIR!" The man roars shaking his head, foaming at the mouth and the three eyes shining brightly.

"What the hell does that… oh no… Soul…" She mutters as the crazed man lunges with his scythe arm again.

Soul and Maka kissed on the bed. A full on make-out session wasn't ending soon between the two. Every few seconds one of them had to break away to breath, usually saying something to the other.

"Your as good at…. Kissing… as 13 years ago…."

"Better than…. Even…. Rein…."

Where just two of many things the two lovers would mention mid kiss and during air breaks.

"Now… lets do it now." This stopped the near half an hour makeout session.

"Wh-what?"

"You heard me. You, me, now." Maka says, blushing lightly as Soul shot up from sitting wide eyed and red as a ruby. "What?"

"Its just… you know well… I ugh… never have…. Kinda… you KNOW.. done… THAT." He mutters. Maka slowly tries to hold back laughing before grabbing her stomach and bending over laughing.

"WHAT?" Soul asks in annoyment. Maka stops and finally catches her breath.

"The great and 'COOL' Soul is 26, and a virgin?" She asks teasingly. Soul bluses stubborn faced and looks away.

"Like I said, them groupies were UGLY." Soul moans still red. Maka giggles.

"But seriously, not one single-?" She taunts when Soul looks her in the eye.

"I never really… felt about someone like that… not since… god this is uncool on so many levels…" Soul moans. Maka slides up and walks to him and hugs him.

"Its ok. We don't have to-"

"No. I-I want to." He insists, stuttering uncotrolably and shaking.

"Relax." Maka says as she kisses Soul slowly. "We'll take it slow." She whispers as she pulls him towards the bed.

"JUST FREAKING DIE!" The crazed man yells as he continues to slash at Blair. Blair finally is corned into a wall, to her complete shock. "SCREAM FOR ME BLAIR!" He yells again swinging his large scythe arm. Blair ducks, causing the scythe to go into the wall of the bar and become stuck, and slides between the mans legs. She runs behind him to the back room to create distance, making the crazed man cackle in anger. "COME BACK LITTLE KITTY CAT!" He yells trying to pull his arm out of the wall.

Maka pulled Soul so he was on top of her. He was wide eyed, and fear was in his expression.

"I'm really not good, trust me I-" He rambles as Maka silences him with a finger placed on his lips.

"Just relax." She says kissing him slowly.

'Not good… this is NOT good.' Soul tells himself. 'God why, why, why… don't get me wrong this is AWESOME. BUT FREAKING WHY?' Soul tells himself.

Blair stumbled into the back room, holdng her bleeding wounds. She stumbled and fell, coughing blood.

"Damnit… no…" She moans. She almost knew it was over. She was hurt and losing more and more blood. She just wanted to do one last thing.

"KITTY KITTY!" The voice growled from out in the bar. She held up a middle finger to where the voice was coming from. She dragged herself to her locker, and using all her strength to climb to her feet, opened her locker.

"My…." She muttered, looking at her open locker door. "Thank you…" She mutters. "My… friends…" She finihes with a smile. She looked behind to see the crazed man running down the hall. "Guess this is it…" She moans, holding her shoulder.

"DIE KITTY CAT!"

Soul layed, his hands holding himself above Maka's shoulders. He was biting his lip and she was just staring at him. She was waiting for it. Wanting it.

"So… what first?" The silver haired scythe asked clueless to the process.

"Well, we can't start until you take your clothes off stupid." She mocked.

"Oh… ok…" Soul sighed. Though he saw the Black Blood markings dissapear from his hand, were they really gone? He removed his sweatshirt first, as he tries for his shirt, he knew he wanted to have fun. He, as slowly he could, removed his shirt to Maka's annoyment.

"OH, COME ON!" She teasingly yelled.

"Just teasing you." Soul mocks sticking his tongue out. He finally removed his shirt, to Maka's wide eyes.

"Damn boy…" She muttered. He not only was built, but toned as hell. 'Better then Rein' she thought to herself.

She looked over his peks, six, hell, maybe eight, in total. She looked up until she almost gasped as she saw it, his scar. She stared at it, almost wishing if she did long enough it would go away. Soul saw her eyes, and looked to where her eyes were staring at. He sighed and reached for her hand, and placed it on the scar, just where his heart was.

"Don't be afraid Maka… its ok." He whispers leaning and kissing her forehead tenderly.

"Why… I've hurt you so much… why do you, still love me?" She asks, not with tears, but if they weren't in this situation, she'd probably be choking on them.

"You're asking a guy who left the girl he loved for 13 years… I'm not the one who should be answering that." He sighs. "Why do you still after I did that to you?" He asks, glassy eyed.

"Because… I just loved you, period." She answers. Soul grins and touches her cheek.

"Theres your answer." He says, with a warm, and to Maka's happiness, toothy grin. "Now, my shirts off. Now you." He chuckles, Maka not wasting time.

"SCREAM KITTY!" The crazed man yells, charging at Blair. Blair stands, not moving a muscle.

"Come at me…. You piece of Sh-" She mutters, before she went numb in her abdomine.

She coughed blood, straight into the crazed mans face. She looked down and saw the scythe in her chest, blood pooring. She staggered to see the man's face. He was licking the blood she coughed into his face off, to her disgust.

"Scream kitty… SCREAM!" The man roars in his crazed state. Blair chuckled to The Man's annoyance. "STOP! I WANT SCREAMING!" He roars as Blair pulls her hand out of he locker and holding up a pumpkin to the mans face.

"Pum… Pumkin..."

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

"So…" Soul mutters, his eyes trying to avoid hers as best as they could.

"My god… you're hopeless…" Maka sighs as she wrapped her legs around his waist.

Soul looked into her eyes, his right hand leaving her cheek and cupping it.

"Are you sure…?" He asks as she looked into his sincere, loving red orbs.

"Yes." She answered back with a nod, wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling him in for a kiss as he thrusted his hips forward.

Blair opened her eyes, the pain from the now large gash in her abdomen making her moan as she rolled to her front and stumbled to her feet. Chupa Cabras was gone. Her standing in the rumble surrounded by the small fires here and there as a wall that hadn't fallen, fell over which made her slightly jump.

"Well… good use of the second to last life… haha…" She muttered.

"OH REALLY?" A voice cackled from behind. She was struck, sending her back on her chest, hitting her wound on some glass, making er scream in pain. "SEE… ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS SCREEEAAAAMMMM." The man growled as he walked from behind her to her front, looking down at her.

"Please… I have friends who… who I need to…" She begged, looking up, and wishing she hadn't. The sweatshirt that covered the mans body was gone. His 3 eyes glowed in the dark and the fire, but she also saw what almost made her want to burst into tears. "No… it can't really be…" She said through some tears. She saw the man's silver hair, crimson eyris, and shark like teeth. "Soul… please…"

"GOOD BYE…. KITTY CAT!" The man roared, bringing his scythe arm down.

Not far, a small photo that had survived the explosion flew in the wind and settled into a small flame. As it burned the face of the witch quickly before beginning on the silver haired boy and blonde girl, a pair of sharp teeth gleamed in a grin
