I was lying in bed the next morning. I rolled over and was about to go back to sleep when I heard a high-pitched scream. Grabbing my gun I jumped out the bed and ran out of my room. Leah not far behind. Seth was lying on the sofa and Jimmy was standing at his bedroom door. I aimed my gun at the two boys

"Who the hell screamed?" I asked putting the safety back on my gun. Seth pointed at Jimmy who looked sheepish.

"Sorry Bells. Go back to bed." Jimmy said, stepping backwards.

"No I'm up now." I said putting my gun on the coffee table. I sat down on the arm of the sofa. Leah took a different approach and sat on Seth's legs. The two then had a small shoving fight.

Our flat had a silver/grey, cream and brown theme. Jim's bedroom was grey. My room and the kitchen was Brown and Cream and the living room was Silver and Cream.

I could hear Jimmy moving around the kitchen so I went and joined him.

"Hey, Bells. Toast?" he held up the mentioned food. I smiled at him jumped up on to the counter and took the food.

"So... I'm going out tonight." I started not looking away from Jimmy. He looked up and grinned

"A date?" he teased, nudging me. I rolled my eyes.

"Seth and Leah are staying with us." Jimmy just looked at me confused. I sighed. "Will you be all right home alone with them?" I asked bluntly. He looked at me then at the two werewolves.

"Sure. Wait... they don't bite do they?" he teased. I just laughed and jumped down and went into my room. Leah followed me in.

"A date huh?" she asked moving her eyebrows, "Wouldn't be with the cutie from last night would it?" I playfully pushed her away and went to my wardrobe. I went to pull out a pair of jeans and a t-shirt but Leah stopped me. I noticed she wasn't wearing her usual shorts and vest top but skinny jeans and a blouse. I looked at her more than confused.

"We're going shopping and then eating out. Dress nice." she said. I sighed. I hated having to dress up for work and now my sister has me dressing up on my day off. I pulled out the jeans Paul had got me for a joke on my birthday. They were pink skinny jeans. I also wore my Marines top that came down to my belly button.

"Acceptable?" I asked Leah once dressed. She smiled and nodded before leaving the room. Most likely to judge Seth on what he is going to wear. I sat down at my dresser and picked up matching pink earrings. I decided that the 'B' necklace that Sam and Emily got me for my last birthday would go perfectly with the outfit. I went over to my wardrobe and pulled out a pair of pink trainer wedges. I was walking out the room when I noticed the bracelet Abby had gotten me on the bedside table. It was like her black spike bracelets but the strap was pink. Smiling to myself I picked it up. I remember when she got it for me. It was just after the case with the little boy. Zach. She said she would try my style if I tried hers. I didn't like the look but she got me the bracelet so we almost seemed like 'the light and dark version of the same girl'. I put it on. A day out with one sister, wearing a present from another.

I walked out my room.

"Ready?" I asked walking out my room and picking my pink bag off the hooks. I don't know who thought I liked pink. But I was grateful they had bought it now. I put my gun, badge and phone in my bag.

It was now lunch time and we where sat at a table in a café. Within the first hour of shopping I had tied my hair up into a pony tail. I had bought a dress for tonight. Leah had bought a few new vest tops. And Seth ... Seth was buying lunch. We were half way through our meal when my phone started ringing. Leah groaned.

"Don't answer it." she complained. Rolling my eyes I pulled it out my purse.

"Swan." I answered.

"You're needed in the office." was Tony's reply.

"It's my day off." I complied.

"It will be 30 mins max." Tony countered.

"We'll be 20 minutes." I said looking at the other two.

"We?" he asked.

"Yea. Me, My brother and my sister." I told him as Seth picked up mine and Leah's bags and Leah put the rubbish in the bin.

"Okay see you then." Tony hung up.

We walked back to my car. I had gotten ridden of 'The Thing' and I now had a red version of Jimmy's car.

We arrived at the Navy Yard and after doing all the necessary signing in and got them visitors badges, we took the elevator to the bullpen. When I stepped into the bullpen the first words out of Tony's mouth was.

"Did you wake up this morning and say 'I want to be the human Barbie'?" I glared at him as I walked to my desk. I pointed at Seth then at my chair.

"Sit." I ordered. Seth seeing I wasn't in the best move did as I asked. I walked to the small cubical on the other side of Tims wall and grabbed a chair from there. I carried back to my desk and put it next to Seth. I nodded at it and Leah sat down. I may be younger then her but I can be very scary when I want to be.

Tony and Ziva stood up.

"We're needed in MTAC." Ziva said moving to the stairs.

"Stay here and please don't touch anything." I directed the last part at Seth.

We had just been told that we were giving up our evening to be body guards for the CNO. As soon as we had been briefed the connection was cut and the director and Gibbs left. Tony was complaining that he now had to cancel a hot date for this. Ziva rolled her eyes and left. Tony following her. That left me and Tim standing in MTAC.

"Sorry about tonight." I whispered not looking at him. He smiled a small sad smile.

"It's fine maybe we can do tomorrow." he replied taking my hand in his and pulling me round to face him.

"Yea. Okay." I said. We stood awkwardly for a few moments. Tim stated leaning down and I pushed up onto tiptoes. Our lips were almost touching when my phone started ringing. We jumped apart from each other. I quickly pulled my phone out my pocket.

"Swan." I answered.

"Can you love birds hurry up? Leah is about to punch your friend in the face."

"Yea. I'm on my way. Tell Leah that if she punches him I'll tell the cliff-diving story." I said before hanging up. "Sorry that was my brother." I said holding my phone as we started to leave MTAC. We were walking down the stairs and I saw Leah jump out her seat. I ran down the remaining stairs and round to the bullpen.

"Leah. Leave him. He's not worth it." Seth said pulling on his sister's arm. I quickly walked in front of Leah.

"Calm down." I said looking her in the eyes. She sat down and crossed her arms and legs. "I can't take you two any where." I complained quickly login in to my computer.

"What are you doing?" Leah asked

"I'm working tonight." I said not looking at them. "So unless you want to drive for 40 hours, I'm booking you a flight to Seattle."

It was 4:30 I was back from, a non-shameful, tearful goodbye at the airport. I had just sat down on the sofa when a knock on the door echoed through the flat. Grabbing my gun I took it to the door with me. And placed it on the silver rock table. Looking through the peep-hole I saw it was only Tim. I turned to the mirror above the table, it was rectangle shape but at the top there was a circle, I made sure I was 'presentable'. Opening the door I noticed he had brown bags in his arm.

"Since we couldn't go out for dinner. I brought dinner to us." he said as I made room for him to enter. I giggled at the cheesiness of the situation. I lead the way to the kitchen. I pulled out two plates he quickly sorted them out while I poured us two glasses of juice and we went and sat on the sofa.

"Movie?" I asked gesturing to Mine and Jimmy's small collection.

"Sure you pick." he said, picking up his glass of juice. I raised my eyebrows at that.

"So a Rom-Com then?" I asked moving on to the floor.

"Honestly, I don't mind." he said moving back in his seat. I looked over our DVDs and tried to decide to watch. We only had 10 DVDs.

"We have all 4 Harry Potters, 'Love Actually', 'Batman', 'About a Boy', 'Along Came Polly', 'Imagine Me & You' and 'Catwoman'." I read out. I saw his eyes light up at the third and last titles. "Catwoman it is." I said putting in the DVD. I joined him on the sofa just as the Movie started. Once we were finished the food I went and put the plates in the sink, before joining Tim back on the sofa.

Half way through the Movie Tim put his arm on the back of the sofa, thinking I wouldn't notice. But unfortunately for him, since being told a maniac vampire was going to be trying to kill me all my life, I've started noticing everything. -Ish. But I'm not complaining. I am not-ashamed to admit that I even moved closer. By the end of the Movie I was curled into Tim's side and he had his arm around me.

"I love that Movie." I declared as I got off the sofa and stretched. I quickly checked my watch and noticed that it was 6:15 1 hour and 15 minutes till the meet at HQ.

"I need to start getting ready." I said sitting on the edge of the sofa.

"I'll wait if you want. Give you a lift to HQ." he said moving forward on the sofa.

"Don't you need to get ready?" I said looking down at the brown corduroy suit he was wearing.

"I only live down a floor." he told me. My mouth fell open. Seriously?

"How come our paths never crossed?" I asked.

"Dunno. Different patterns I guess." he shrugged. I stood up.

"Well if you want to stay here you can. Either way I'll be like 45 minutes." I said walking into my bed-room. It was only a small room. It never use to be a bedroom but the people before us had a wall put in. It was just wide enough for a double bed and a walk way on each side. I had a small gap and then a dressing table and wardrobe on the wall right to the wall that was put in. Once I was in my room I plugged in my hair curlers. Out of my wardrobe I pulled out a black skirt suit. I don't know what it was about blazers but they make me feel safe. Kind of like too big cardigans. I also pulled out a white button up shirt. I was looking through my shoes when a light bulb went off. I walked into the living room where Tim was watching the new on the T.V. By the side of the sofa sat my shopping bags. In one of my bags I had a new pair of heels. They had small heels and were like the ankle lace ups, you wore to school. Once back in my room, with the door shut, I took of my Marine shirt. Once my hair was done I didn't want to be lifting things over my head. Aware there was someone in the next room I worked quickly to curl my hair then I carefully pinned it to my head. It looked like a large bun but all you could see were curls, everywhere. Once done I put on my shirt. I put my skirt on but I would leave the blazer off till we left the building. I put a black bangle on my left wrist where my watch sat. I choose black stud earrings and a black square ring on my index finger on my right hand. I hate make-up but First impressions are everything in this business. So I put on a small amount of make-up. Mascara, eye-liner and natural lip gloss. I put my heels on then walked out my room.

"What do you think?" I asked spinning in a little circle. Tim's jaw was on the floor.

"Are you the NCO's bodyguard or are you his date?" he asked standing up. I laughed as he came closer. He started leaning down as I went up on my tiptoes. When our lips touched it was like one of those cheesy cartoons. When the characters kiss, fireworks go off. It was like that. All to soon he pulled away. He looked at his watch.

"We better head down to my apartment." he said stepping back from me. I grabbed my blazer from the sofa and on our way out I grabbed my gun and badge from the table. As we arrived at the elevator who should step out but Jimmy.

"Good luck and have fun." he said nodding at us.

Once at Tim's apartment he lead me to the kitchen area, which was in the same place as mine, and got me glass of water. I sat on a stool waiting for him to get dressed after I clipped my gun and badge to the waist of my skirt. We did all this in silence and we stayed in silence till we got in his car.

"So. First date. Good or bad?" I asked looking at him.

"Good." he flashed me a smile, "Defiantly good."

We rode in silence most of the way there. Until Tim asked me a question.

"Um I was wondering?" he started, he usually used this or 'I was thinking' when he has over thought or is really nervous about something and judging from his position he had placed him self I would say both. "I know technically we've only been on one date but we have known each other for a few months and I was wondering if maybe you'd like … er … to ..ah... be my girlfriend?" the way he said it was adorable. I've seen him start stuttering at the slightest things since my short time as a Probie on the team but that has to be the most times I've seen him when Gibbs isn't around. Then it dawned on me that I haven't said anything yet.

"Yea. I would love to be your girlfriend." 'Who wouldn't?' I mentally added. When we got the the HQ turned to me and leaned over. I meet him in the middle. It was risky, I mean anyone could have seen. But I wasn't complaining. Once we pulled back I started laughing.

"You got a tissue?" I asked in between laughs. He shook his head in confusion.

"Cause you got something all over your lips." I pointed out before getting out the car. I put my blazer on and walked ahead of Tim. Once in the elevator Tim finally joined me.

"That wasn't funny." he said pouting.

"I would kiss the pout away but we don't want a repeat." I said just before the doors opened. We walked into the bullpen I noticed everyone else but Tony was there.

"McGee. Swan." the Director nodded at us.

"Director." we said taking our seats at our desk. I looked at my watch and noticed that it was 10 minutes till expected time. I looked over at Tim who looked back noticing our dilemma. Not only were we early but were early together. It would rise suspicion. 5 minutes later Tony arrived and the Director jumped in to action.

"Gibbs you'll be in the meeting. DiNozzo, David, you'll stand guard outside the room. When the meeting's over you'll come in and help escort him out. Swan, McGee after walking him in to the building where you'll pass him over to DiNozzo and David you'll return to the garage and make sure no-one tampers with the car and/or comes in to assassinate him. Go." she ordered so we left.
