"That's a closing gate... you have to go threw it to get to the platform." Allen stated blandly at Lavi's words.
"But its not letting us threw?" Lenalee added tilting her head in confusion.
"That's due to us need to buy tickets first once we bought them then the ticket can be put in the gates slot and they will open for us …. Really this is your first times actually using normal way?" Allen stated watching his three friends nod as Allen lead them over to the ticket booth buying quickly before sending them threw doing himself last.
"Where's the train moyashi?"
"It's not here yet."
"When then?" Lenalee asked Allen sighing before pointing up at the tv styled screen listing off names and carriages.
"See that.' Allen paused letting them nod. 'That is going to tell us what trains will be on this platform see that small number with the letter Min? That means minutes we need to get off at Sussex station which is the third stop."
"But how do you know its the third one Allen?"
"See how that list of place names repeats the names are listed in order of the train stopping Sussex is the third stop for us from here every time the train stops at the locations mentioned the name will disappear from the list."
"Only two where is the rest of the people going to sit." Lavi muttered Allen resisting the urge to face palm.
"Lavi we're travelling normal style that means where going to be sitting with other people all packed in together heck if were unlucky we may have to stand and let other people sit. Kanda no using mugen at all, Lavi please try to tone it down just a little..." Allen tried Lenalee nodding with a bright smile understanding before looking at some more people looking at them weird.
"Hěn bàoqiàn, wǒmen dōu shì xīn de." Lenalee spoke suddenly giving them a small bow apologising for the trouble they where causing.

"Sorry sir My uncle is fostering some exchange students and I got asked to take them into town they've never used a train before sorry for the inconvenience." Allen spoke seeing Lenalee's quick gesture.
"How fascinating, what countries your clothing looks really interesting do you mind if I take a photo my wife and I are on holiday."

His two friends nodded both smiling at Allen's use of the two languages repeating what the elderly couple had asked.
"what Languages where those they sounded absolutely adorable." the elderly woman of the other group asked as her husband started to photo them.
"Lavi the red head is from Russia and Lenalee is from China, sorry about Kanda he doesn't talk a lot and I'm still learning how to translate his language. He's from Japan."
"Oh honey I think we've just heard our next few vacation destination." the man spoke his wife smiling warmly.
" I hope they have a wonderful trip into town to be honest where travailing to the airport to Hawaii for our anniversary."
"Then I wish you a safe and happy trip." Allen smiled brightly as the pair moved away chattering loudly.
"that was close..." Lavi muttered. "nice save Lena we nearly looked like morons." Lavi continued under his breath.
"sorry its my fault for making us use the normal way." Allen whispered.
"che, there wasn't anywhere to jump on and Koumi's to busy to rent out a cabin like normal this was the smarter method. You mentioned chime times?"
"yes they are time zones that last for an hour then dissipate that happen in the late hours three times a day the hours allocated happen differently depending on the place. In Irish myth says those born during a chime time have the Sight."

Humans without the Sight can still catch glimpses of Faeries in dawn and dusk, in the "between times" when it's not day nor night.
Young people have easier for this, as they themselves are in "between time" of childhood and the adult life. To stand in "between places" is another way, for example by standing with one foot in water and another on dry land. Another myth is if someone touches a Human with the Sight (or a Faerie) that person will also gain the Sight for as long as the physical contact remains. "so many potential akuma's... oh dear god. Maybe the innocence is trying to protect the place by showing those who are akuma in an attempt to save the remaining towns people..." Lenalee whispered softly Lavi hugging her closer as Kanda focused on the stations.
"probably a good thing Miranda and Krory aren't on this one then... Even more so with this little one."

"I'm not sure how stable I'll be so keep me far way from the edge … I really don't trust myself." Allen admitted softly leaning towards his lover as the train pulled into the station the four of them struggling to get off making sure to stay together letting the smaller lead them out looking at the location.
"wow look at all the birds... they look like Australian magpies."
"Those are just guillemot's Lavi they can be like seagulls." Allen smiled watching the eldest in their group continue trying to play with the birds as if he was a small child giving a soft hiss instinctively too shoo the birds away having to mentally restrain himself from going after the birds.
"he is such an idiot..." Lenalee muttered moving to grab her boyfriend as Kanda leaned in.
"why did you hiss..."

"yes...' Allen whispered before flinching 'akuma heading our way and by the smell I think a damn yokai is with them..."
Lavi walked back over calmly seeing Kanda's hand reaching for his blade instantly heading out of plain sight and way from the town his eyes flicking to a small group of people on of which with a guide dog garbing Lenalee's hand following the group Lenalee nodding at the near telepathy between the older boys watch as Allen shifted hiding himself in their small amount of luggage before he could be spotted coming to a stand still waiting.
"Welcome to our town isn't it a pleasant day... Exorcists" the man with the 'dog' smiled darkly Allen lightly tapping on from inside of the suitcase he was hiding in, Kanda listening carefully to the Morse code.

Kanda smiled unsheathing mugen gently and quickly writing Allen's message for Lavi seeing the red head nod pretending to be playing with the birds while Lenalee's continued to give off an overly fake laughter before the people lunged (akuma) still in human form. Kanda yelling out as if the other two exorcist where bystanders telling them to run for it, the akuma popping into the forms coming close to Lenalee. The girl keeping her fake persona started screaming in terror waiting until they where too close to flee before activating her innocence and spin kicking them into destruction.
The three of the level fours heads being sent rolling across the grounds before their body's moving a few steps forward disjointedly before disconnecting as Lavi's innocence took down the yokai his fire seal turning it into a crisp before flying around to get some of the weaker akuma whistling letting Allen activated half dancing between akuma the clown from forming a circus like net hiding them from sight given so they could go all out as Allen used several different innocence.
Wing's seeming to sprout from his back joining Lenalee in the sky as lotuses form on the ground coiling around akuma dragging them into the ground pinning them in place for the other two a third innocence causing near star dust like effects that not only blinded and stung several akuma but also helped heal his friends while clawing and biting the akuma remaining in sand cat form as mugen slice and diced as many as possible Lavi burning the remains. Lenalee smiling as she landed the wings retreating as Allen blinked relaxing into the girls arms.
"fuck we made a crop circle... Dammit USAGI cant you learn not to show off?" Kanda hissed lowly as Allen shifted redressing before hugging the older so the Japanese man couldn't hurt Lavi.
"damn moyashi chan that was really cool!"
"it would be even cooler if I knew which innocence activated, each one just activates on its own and I still cant tell which is which... its like a lucky dip the only one I have full control on is the clown crown." Allen muttered watching as the lotuses shimmered dispelling and regrowing the ground back to its original state hiding all akuma remains.
"ready to remove the tent?"
"Innocence deactivate." Allen called watching the clown crown vanish Lavi clapping at the display.
"well if that was the towns welcoming community then I cant wait to see the rest of the residents." Kanda half growled smiling at the small dry joke Allen laughing at the small show of his beloveds humour.
Kanda did have a sense of humour not that he really showed it but most of the time it was insanely dry that it flew right past most people or was really twisted and thus people where left wondering it he needed counselling, Allen loved to hear the few odd jokes that where only made and heard by those closest to him the fact Kanda normally growl or snarled them helped mask their purpose you could only ever really tell if the older smirked when you laughed at the lines. Lenalee shook her head lightly Leroy Gibb's wacking Kanda not really finding it funny compared to the odd lines she had heard as a child while Lavi's stood their jaw hung wide his green eye wide at the display.
"Are you a kaeru or a usagi dumb ass keeping your mouth open that long and something may accidentally fly in and I highly doubt that your a Roba however with a mouth like yours I'm sure your could finish the story. "what the?" Lavi spoke snapping out of his daze as Kanda smirked a second time Allen lightly making Kanda's arm trying not to giggle a second time.
"He started by asking if you where a frog or a rabbit then saying it you continued to have you mouth open something would fly in that he didn't think you where an old lady but with a big mouth like yours he was sure you could finish the story..."
"what story?" Lavi asked his girlfriend.
"there was an old lady who swallowed a fly we don't know why she swallowed a fly pre phase she'll die." Allen and Lenalee chorused.

Allen spoke as Kanda gave his low chuckle Allen continuing to smack his lover.
"What's Vorarephila?" Lenalee asked.
"Its a paraphilia characterised by the erotic desire to be consumed by, or sometimes to personally consume, another person or creature." Kanda stated as if bored turning lifting Allen princess style carrying the struggling teen off.
"Do we even want to know how you two know that?" Lenalee muttered.
"It was in a book Tiedol confiscated off Cross, the moyashi and I we to dispose it and it fell open... Marie had to hold our hair back as we lost out lunches in the bathrooms. Then we set fire the the rest that is After making sure that their was nothing else we'd accidentally see and Tiedol nearly killed the bastard for tainting us and scaring our minds..."
"thank gods Tim was being looked over by Koumi and Link at the time, Kanda and I started fighting and in the struggle several books fell two fell open and the others when we picked them up they opened... foul things..." Allen shivered.
"that Mr unlucky for you." Lavi teased getting a pair of sharp death glares off the yullen couple Lenalee smacking Lavi yet again rubbing her hand in pain of how hard her boyfriends skull was.
Allen finally broke out of Kanda's arms moving over pulling a bandage out from timcampy quickly wrapping her hand.
"I heard a crack its probably only sprained but I suggest you don't continue hitting brick walls... I mean Lavi's head sorry there so alike sometimes I mix up the names." Came the slightly snarky but caring tone Kanda snickering pausing only when Lenalee glared as Allen was half pushed aside so Lavi could check her hand over apologising and trying to make her feel better.
"Did you hear that?" Lenalee spoke up suddenly timcampy letting out a happy chirp.
"ICECREAM STAND!~~~" the golom squeaked.
"Maybe later Tim we have to book in to the bed and breakfast first." Allen stated his friends starring at him.
"Your turning down" Lena started.
"Food?" …..."Ice cream?" Kanda and Lavi finished.
"It's still breakfast hours, despite popular belief I do actual care what I put in my mouth just cause the innocence sucks the majority I generally eat healthy meals and deserts are only after lunch. The more nutritious the meal the better it is for my innocence the first and last time I didn't care I ended up collapsing due to pushing the innocence too far Cross nearly killed me for it. I'm Not a Hobbit." Allen stated pouting at the end.
"you can put on weight..." Lena whispered in shock.
"Innocence is no more a diet tool then combat is Lena, yes I eat a lot but all of it is needed any less and I would be unable to even activate. I never eat as much as my innocence fully needs only the absolute daily minimum, which is why I snack threw out the day and seem hungry all the time. However that's a diet for me, I can eat nearly seven to ten times more then what I normal eat doing so would make things easier in regards to powering my innocence but at the same time I run higher risk of putting on weight and slowing down my speed. Ice cream's primary ingredient is sugar and thus is a sweet even before it activated and I had an extra incentive to eat as a desert it was last on the menu and only as a snack after lunch or when teas finished." Allen half ranted Kanda hugging him silencing the smaller.
"ok we get it ok Tenshi."
"Tch." Allen muttered tilting his head away defiantly before taking a calming breath and apologising for ranting and acting rudely.
"Sorry Allen its just on the odd side for us... I'm sorry if our shock came off rude." Lenalee apologised giving a small bow Allen flushing apologising again.
Kanda rolled his eyes watching the pair trying to apologise for their friends apology clicking his tongue sharply, violet and sliver eyes turning in his direction before the man pointed at the light house bed and breakfast as Lavi started listing out his historical facts about the inn, Lenalee got their keys heading up stair before deciding to tell them all.
"gege only booked one room... one room that has a king sized bed no other and no sofa were gonna have to share."
"Hear that rabbit no funny stuff." Kanda sneered playfully as Allen shrugged.
"Why are you saying me come on Yuu chan I've seen the looks you give Allen YOU Have to be a bigger horn dog then I am!" Lavi whined.

"Kanda has a look but don't touch sort of deal." Allen stated entering the room as Kanda huffed lightly.
"look but..." Lenalee echoed putting her bag down as the Lavi divided the bed up sightly so they could share it Kanda moving to the windowsill in order to polish mugen as Allen tried to locate the innocence and the akuma's.
"Moyashi made a bet back when we started, at first it was due to us not really wanting others too know we liked each other, He made me put the fucking thing in writing along with me betting him back neither of us have lost yet." Kanda stated timcampy spitting the document out on her lap Lenalee reading it before bursting into laughter.
"Reallly your not allowed to make sexual passes in front of other people nor randomly with out a method solid reason that can be seen or else you have to... omg..." Lenalee lost it dropping the paper Lavi looking over seeing the paper hit the floor the opposite side in a different coloured pen and in Allen's neat hand writing.
"...My oh My Allen I never thought you would be so blunt Lena listen to this piece our sweet innocence little Allen agreed to as Kanda's double dare bet ' I agree that five minutes before ANY mission be it with Kanda or not that I take refuge in his room so he may insure his control over the pleasure he permits me threw the means of the use of the following items. "che. Chikushō... Wait up Moyashi." Kanda hissed re sheathing mugen taking off after his lover leaving the pair chocking in the room.
"Lena I think we went to far this time..."
"Me too... I'll shout a lunch to make up for it and we can take the late late night patrol for today so they have the room to themselves okay?" Lenalee stated firmly mad at herself for taking it too far despite knowing that both of them where very very private people who had been threw hell nearly as many times as Sam and Dean Winchester, Nearly.
"I'll buy dinner and apologise properly, and no telling Koumi were leaving this out of the report ill pay what your brother owe ok sweetie." Lavi stated moving to wrap a bandage around his throat due to the thin paper cut like marking left by mugen on his neck, the katana hadn't physically touched him no the innocence had attacked him in place of its distracted owner for his actions against its wielder and kokoro's host.
"Moyashi." Kanda stated out of breath finally catching up to the albino boy panting.
The smaller still humming lightly eyes shut timcampy wound around his head the music playing loudly, Kanda taken a second to pause taking in the sight of the animals that had seemingly surround his bean-sprout only to realise that he wasn't disturbing them countless birds rested both on the ground and in the trees chirping warmly as did several dozen squirrels the surprising parts where the fact that Allen had a pair of fox kits in his lap as the mother/father half heartedly fought with some cats one large one seeming to be far to wild to be a normal cat while the other cats seemed to just dose in the sun curled near Allen a few (defiantly male ones) kept their eyes on the humming adult but the rest seemed extremely content.
Kanda took a few steps back leaning against a tree just out of sight accidental shocking a few hedgehogs where took off over towards the rest of the creatures seeking comfort in HIS Allen the Japanese man taking a while to figurer out why before it clicked. The animals didn't see or smell Allen as a human the only recognised the sand cat, he was just another animal to them another cat and seeing how well the other wild creatures seemed with the local feline population it was no wonder they didn't pitch a fit over the boys presence. The small alcove like area was warm and the harshening spring light was turned even more gentle sprinkling threw the leaves softly matching with the song Allen had worked up the courage to softly sing the birds keenly joining in the soft song a few groups taking a short flight every time their breeds where named.

Watching the wildlife settle down further as the tune drifted in the warm breeze until the animals flinched suddenly each scurrying away, the fox grabbing its young fleeing. Allen's eyes narrowed his innocence activating shrinking to cat size taking off, Kanda hurrying behind the boy watching the sand cat pounce sharp fangs hitting a akuma still in its human form (for all of three seconds the thing shifting due to agony) making quick work of the level three as the cape of the clown crown acted on its own clawing its way threw several other akuma letting Allen focus on one target at a time as Kanda joined in slicing its way over helping the clown crown against those who got to close to Allen the akuma freezing in the air literally turning to ice statues shattering under the sunlight broken and purified.
"Damn bastards interrupting your singing." Kanda stated as Allen shifted back timcampy this time returning Allen's clothing having swallowed them as they fell off the sand cat the clown crown hiding the pale body as his redressed.
"you heard me?" Allen paled.
"I said I'd follow you anywhere moyashi and I fucking meant it, how the other animals didn't freak out watching over me watching all of them surrounding you is beyond me. Heck I scared a prickly thing that ran over an hide Behind you. I'm guessing the foxes and cats where due to the sand cat stuff?"
"cats yes, the fox no... the fox there was one I looked after when it was a kit I think it recognised me and wanted to show off its young."
"Looked after?"
"Before Mana, the circus came threw briefly very briefly it was here that Mana joined in fact... while here one of the days I broke out of my cage I came to that closing. The vixens leg was caught in a nearby trap I freed here and managed to hide her several days in order to bandage her leg and feed her. When she was well enough to move on her own she took off but would bring me what human foods she had nicked from near by vendors. A lady followed her to me and took me back to the ringleader. The lady didn't know, she was kind and said that she'd look after my friend but little boys should stay in the eyes of their legal guardian's."
"what did that fucker do." Kanda spoke indicating the ringleader with the same hash words he had always called the man who had bought his lover as a child.

Kanda's eyes widened at the information realising the danger, innocence and children never mixed well the younger the child the more dangerous of a result the fact that the kits had mentioned more then one child was worse the fact the kids where dressed in black meant they had a family member die they where in mourning and where becoming accidentally serial killers was beyond dangerous considering that the area had a place of common suicide mixed with the ever growing akuma population left the tall man only able to speak a very short sentence "Oh fuck me dead..."
"yeah my thoughts... but I did get some info off the birds how reliable that is is beyond me birds are more scatterbrained then Lavi some days even more so in groups like that the kids involved take part in one of the local tourist activities daily they take part in the last canoeing trip at sunset every day and change out of the dark clothing but keep the innocence on them when then go. "animals that where born when the first humans found it died protecting their homes and remain the one here's like a kitsune but is a nice one humans normally wouldn't see her but she lives to help those who need it."

"when a child wanders off lost she leads them home, if a man is murdered she steals something off their killer for the police to find and personally when I was being whipped and burnt she made them suffer and helped take the pain away. "Allen I am so so sorry I didn't mean to go that far please forgive me." Lenalee stated from the entrance.
"its ok Lena I just needed time alone and Kanda and I think we've realised what's going on but we need to be out at night."
"at night? Kanda sit down Lenalee already got lunches for everyone, eat." Lavi sated tilting his head.
"che." the older sitting down with a small glare despite obeying the light order as Allen paused taken the first few hundred bites of food before continuing.
"I chatted too some animals I met last time I was here as a child. First off we have a lot of innocence and its in the hands of children who have suffer a loss recently the innocence is making those who upset the child kill themselves at night and the local land spirit is trying to stop them. She's an animal the guards the land. she may be causing the akuma soul sighting in an attempt to protect the town."
"why?" Lenalee asked.
"according to the moyashi, it protects anything born here and when murders occur it leads the cops to the killer in the cause of akuma that's kinda hard but they kill others according to him its got a bell." Kanda answered letting Allen continue eating Lavi picking up where they left off.
"according to the research I got done while you guys where out sorry for my attitude in that btw, chime times happen when the physical world and the spirit world are closest each day, so your saying the land guardian is using it in hope of saving lives? Why not take care of it itself?"
"she's not fully corporeal some see her but its normally at distances or out of the corner of ones eyes, due to the whole fact she's an overgrown ancient version of an animal ghost most animals shy from her but there are exceptions very rare times she can physically interact. She did in my case as a child I could touch her. I asked the local animals that if they see our local goddess to ask her to look for us if she's wanting the akuma gone we can help and if she wants the innocence stopped she can take us directly from it." Allen spoke after swallowing before going back to his meal as Lavi nodded in understanding.
"is their anything we can try to do until nightfall?"
"yeah according to the local animals the kids who have the innocence take part in a sunset canoeing event daily and take the innocence with them at the time, were looking for small 'odd looking balls of bright colours.' sorry that's its not much help."

"a vixen like as in female fox it let you near its kits?" Lavi half gaped at the pair Allen giving a soft smile nodding before verbally answering.
"yeah two of its kits had died of sickness and it was worried of losing another it recalled me helping it after it got its leg in a trap when I was little and so it asked me if I could help. The little girl had seen the ball roll away from one of the children and swallowed it while attempting to practice hunting the innocence makes things freeze and was hurting her in the process. Luckily it was caught in her throat not swallowed I got it out of her just before a horde started coming in our direction." Allen smiled fingering the crown rosary the pale blue crystal nearly fully synced to the rest of his innocence but it wasnt't awake it was dormant and killing.
Nothing was worse then a something that could kill in it sleep, the fact it was in the hands of children scared the hell out of him in fear of them being accommodator's. They had to get the innocence before any of the kids lost their lives to their innocence or the akuma.
"Well then we have to get lunch and go shopping." Lenalee stated warmly the three boys turning to her blinking.
"Why?" Allen finally asked after a few seconds of silence.
"Canoeing involves water meaning we could end up needing to swim, We didn't come with suitable swimming outfits, thus we need to buy some. Allen how are you with water?"
"Its not a big issue... Sand cats can swim however water is rare and thus freak out when doused unexpectedly if I know its coming I'll be fine. However I'm not a strong swimmer I do swim better then bakanda but neither of us can swim long distance nor for too long." Allen stated softly Kanda bowing his head from not wanting Lavi to know he couldn't swim.
"Lena sweet why do we need swim suits?" Lavi asked decided that he had teased the pair too much today and knew death was certain if he dared continue.
"I want to buy swim suits End of story bun bun." Lenalee stated darkly.
"she wants to buy one that baka wont approve of, right Imouto." Kanda sighed resigning himself to her shopping spree need.
"Shut up and let me shop were going shopping end of story." Lenalee hissed the boys gulping and obeying letting the Chinese woman lead them to the nearest shopping centre.
"Lena do we have to stay with you while you shop or can we part ways briefly?" Allen asked softly.
"why?" Lenalee spoke puppy eyeing her friend.
"We're gay Imouto we don't get the whole thing of watching you strip and put on outfits that baka complexing brother of yours would keel over at. Moyashi and I can be in and out of that store within minutes once we have our outfits can we go shop on our own, considering the location it would be easier to take Cross's routine. We're on a double date and are having a picnic under the stars tonight we can meet up for lunch do the canoeing we have a romantic view and are sharing the room taking turns that very very big bed." Kanda spoke carefully watching as the others took in the information Lavi's eye lighting up eagerly while Allen's cheeks started to glow his lips parting in the shock before gulping at the low warm ton he was using to trying and get the others to agree.
Lenalee's reaction was definitely fun to watch as she nearly broke blushing before pinching her thigh keeping her eyes on Lavi rather then him slowly chewing her lip in debate waiting until he had finished speaking before daring herself to answer causing the Japanese man to smirk hey considering their job was to find and face the impossible. It was a skill to render people speechless even more so when one was trying to deal with the damn rabbit king over never shutting up and Allen who lived life behind a happy facades and politeness that serving to help keep people at bay, Lenalee was another hard one as she grew up literally with nut jobs to see her trying so hard not to accidentally squirm as she thought over debating the option he had give was a nice change of pace.
"Ok you and Allen can leave so long as my bun bun stays..." Lenalee spoke rapidly her throat dry still trying to calm her heart from hearing the nearly baritone voice from his friend.
"Dear... gods..." Lavi muttered taking glance at Allen who gave a strained smile shacking his head.
"what you have a problem usagi?" Kanda smirked stalking over to Allen who was struggling with himself giving a tiny whimper when pulled into the warm arms lightly smacking Kanda.
"you know Yuu-chan if you wanted my Lena to leave ya alone you really should have used you bed room voice." Lavi counted quickly trying to pretend his own issue away thus making Lena bury her face in his shoulder trying to get over her embarrassment.
"Lavi that was his 'do what I say no' carrot version not his bedroom..." Allen flushed muffled slightly copying Lena trying to bury his face under the long silken curtain that was Kanda's hair.
"carrot?" Lavi tilted his head.

"If that's not his bedroom voice I'd pay to hear it..." Lenalee admitted softly.
"if you let the moyashi and I spilt while you try on half the store and use it as a cat walk then you may hear it later just don't interrupt." Kanda spoke using the same smoky tone the Chinese woman nodding rapidly as the entered the store Kanda lightly tugging Allen over to the wet suits knowing Allen wouldn't go near the water unless he was fully covered nor would he let anyone out side of their minuscule family see a mere millimetre of Allen's skin.
"no touching." Allen whispered pulling away.
"fine moyashi was that a little much for you hmm~ don't you want me help." Kanda whispered sultry watching Allen jolt slightly his shoulders slowly being forced to relax the smaller giving a thin hiss 'no'.
"what is with you and changing rooms bakanda, I don't want to do anything in Public and I wouldn't need help if you hush until I am done. I thought you wanted for us to be done Before Lenalee?!" Allen hissed weakly.
Before grabbing the first item his size and darting into the change rooms and trying it on holding back a whimper as the door shut cursing himself for looking into the mirror seeing Kanda's smouldering blue eyes. Trying to force himself to calm down mentally berating himself for the situation, it was hard to continue fighting when Kanda was acting like this even more so with his cat forms heat cycle so close even more so when he realised just what he had randomly grabbed, a neoprene steamer wetsuit struggling to get the thing to fit.
"Having trouble in there moyashi are you sure you don't need help?" Kanda called Allen twitching practically able to hear the smirk in his boyfriends voice.
"No, have you gotten what you need?" Allen hissed twisting the desire into irrational pulling off the outfit knowing it would fit that it when he wasn't struggling hard not to accidentally pop a boner due to Kanda being overly sensual before the date click, their anniversary was tomorrow, today was the day they met yet they didn't start the relationship nor celebrated it till the day after.

Kanda rolled his eyes ruffling Allen's hair using the English words for their secondary nicknames watching as Allen lit up like a Christmas tree in joy letting the boy hug him before heading to the cheek outs looking over waving to Lenalee trying to not stare as the girl dressed in next to nothing grabbed more skimpy outfits Lavi trying to both support and scold the girl for the dress choices.
"So where are we going?" Allen smiled asking warmly.
"first off supplies for after the war if you don't mind us working on fixing Mana's home up that entails cleaning changing the bed spreads candles and incenses more books, art supplies." Kanda stated watching Allen smile happily.
"Is that you saying your moving in with me?"
"Yes moyashi, Though I'm not sure what we will do when the wars over what where you planing to do?" Kanda asked as they where going threw trying to work out where a linen store was.
"I never really thought about it. Maybe write music and sell it and some of the painting and artworks." the small man spoke truthfully picking up and checking the items mainly focusing on their prices.
"Moyashi I have cash let me spend it."
"if we brought anything over 10 dollars cross will sell it I know he will."
"If he tries I'll gut him." Kanda hissed lightly enjoying Allen's bright laughter.
Slowly collecting a large amount of items paying for the lot before letting timcampy swallow them enjoying the light banter and chatting while they continued buying more household related things stopping when they heard a little kid crying Allen quickly turning going over to the small thing kneeling down and wiping the little ones eyes.
"what's wrong little one? Shh no need to cry My names Allen." the albino spoke gentle trying to calm the little girl who was still sniffling.
"I got lost..." the little one sniffled Kanda standing to the side not wanting to spook the kid.
"shh here lets see if I can help you find your Mum ok?" Allen smiled gently the little one nodding taking his hand lightly.
"can you tell me what She looks like." the little girl shock her head "hmm... shh no need to cry I know what colour is your mums eyes?"
"Green like mine..." the girl spoke taking the handkerchief off Allen.
"and what colour shirt was she wearing this morning?"
"Mummy's was wearing... Red and had black pants that hand little sparkly butterflies."
"what does your granny call your mum?"
"Joanna... why mister?"
"well know I know what your mummy looks like so we can find her and her name." Allen said the girl gasping breaking into a smile, as Allen started to call out for her mother after carefully getting the girl lifting the girl to stand on the nearby statue that way she could be seen over the crowd a woman in the key outfit scream out running over.
"Martha Louise I've been looking every where how many times! Who are you?" the woman rounded on Allen ignoring her child's defence.
"she was crying by the fountain, my names Allen." the young man spoke the woman ranting about him trying to kidnap her child a security guard coming over.
"ma'am that's not the case I was heading over when got to your child he calmed her and started looking for you. Now that she's found her mother I suggest you be off." the man said sharply Allen nodding turning to walk over to Kanda the girl scream for him to wait.
"you forgot the hanky..." the little girl spoke as her mother re-grabbed her child.
"keep it." Allen said without stopping flinching nearly in tears when the woman scolded the child for talking to a freak and hearing her cry when the mother threw away the hanky not wanting her child to have something that belonged to a freak.

"I'm fine Kanda. You said we where going to a book store now or was it the incense store?" Allen smiled evenly a lone tear breaking threw the mask kanda holding him tightly moving the to one of the empty walk ways near an elevator.
"baka its ok to cry, that bitch was obviously stupid and I'm guessing she's a drop out considering her and the kids ages. You did nothing wrong my kerei tenshi..." Kanda soothed letting Allen cry at the mistreatment.
He wasn't crying over the insult more over the woman throwing stuff away due to him touching it just like they used to when he was a child, before he had the gloves to hide his arm. He recalled a street market vendor burning there goods after a kid punched him causing him to fall into a rack of jumpers. The owner burnt the lot not wanting the freak to taint his goods chased him away as others threw rock snarling shooing him away. The line 'stick and stone will break my bones but words will never hurt me' made him laugh in scorn it had to have been created by someone who was either a bully or a shut in who was never bullied it was a sure fire death wish to even think of tell any oppressor as it made try to prove it using it against you. Words hurt the cut deep and fast the wounds never fully hurting and once said they couldn't be taken back, try sticking to that when your having hard heavy sharp items thrown at you while crowds swear damn curse your existence and cheer for every cut bruise fall that blemishes you.
Children are cruel but children raised on hate stereotypes and cruelty where worse even more so other victims true they banned together but only if you shared the same pain and fit in with them the rest... it was one of the reasons Allen prayed for akuma's souls god have mercy because nobody else ever will. Until joining the order Allen never held hope for humanity at large out of thousands he had meant only Anita and Majola truly cared to keep watch for him them and animals along with the odd town or so which cared but that was it a warm smile food and a bed the odd how was your day was all he could pray for and he was downright lucky when that happened.
Only the order welcomed him home asked probed tried to make him laugh and stood by his side letting him cry when he needed to, Kanda Lenalee and Lavi were the first to claim him as kin god Koumi broke out in tears the first time Lena called him Xiǎodì. The older man agreeing clinging to him offering to adopted him before realising that if he did he would be Lenalee's cousin and in some places she could marry him. Lavi right off the bat asked to be called big brother the had barely even knew the other who actually was his uncle thank mercy the red head had yet to pull that rank on him but considering that the rabbit really had a death wish it was bound to happen sooner or later.
"sorry... iiiii..." Allen spoke trying to regain his mask.
"don't fucking apologise for the bitches words hurting you moron it makes me want to rip her a new one if it wouldn't scare the brat for life..." Kanda snarled looking at the woman in the distance in an argument with the security guard while heading towards the bathrooms needing to cleanse her child's hands and trying to coax her daughter out of an 'icky pink out fit the ugly man touch and into a pretty blue one mummy just bought her' much to the daughters clueless and annoyance over liking her current outfit.
"the guards heading over isn't he..."
"che." Kanda answered as Allen forced the tears away.
"sir I'm so sorry for that as I told her I saw what happened, your really good with kids. Shit are you ok?"

"I wasn't commenting on that I meant no harm but your friend looks sick as in about to collapse and I need of a doctor sick." the man stated " theirs a chemist that dose health checks directly on the floor above to the left of the food court."
"thank you I'll take him there now." Kanda stated catching a look at Allen's face, he was paler the normal and he wasn't resisting a doctor trip something was wrong true he probably only needed to rest but still there was no chances he was making with his life not his Allen there was no way he'd let anything come close to taking the other from him.
"Your friends fine just sleep deprived has he been sleeping and eat well lately?" the doctor on hand stated Kanda nodding letting the doctor show them out Allen still following like a lost duckling clinging lightly to Kanda's shirt sleeve.
"come one let go find the rabbit for lunch." Kanda spoke gently Allen giving a tiny nod shivering lightly trying to talk his voice really soft being lost over the crowds.

"What took you two so long?" Lenalee asked Lavi standing up to get the remaining food for the other two.
"a fuck ton just like how much you bought." Kanda answered Allen twitching his grip tightening slightly mumbling softly the words lost in the crowd however it was probably along the lines of be nice.
"Allen are you ok?" Lena tried the tiny figure giving a small nod.
"the innocence he got this morning needs time to get used to him the whole proxy shit... that and he's had a emotional issue earlier." Kanda stated Lenalee instantly mothering over her friend.
"what happened?" Lavi asked returning seeing his girlfriend has Allen resting using her lap as a pillow.
"ah crap.." Kanda hissed seeing the little girl coming over waving while her mother paid for their meal Allen forcing himself to sit up as Lena and Lavi tilted their heads Kanda mouthing 'not the kid its mum.'
"thank you for helping me find mummy earlier." the little one spoke happily Lenalee smiling at the little one dressed in a baby blue shirt and denim skirt her mother calling out before seeing her child coming over grabbing her daughters hand roughly dragging the girl over to a table.
"Martha I told you to stay away from freaks!" the mother hissed the Lavi's eyes flashing darkly Kanda glaring into the food piles as Lenalee griped Allen's hand.
"but mummy he helped me when I was lost he's nice."
"Martha that things a freak of nature not a person its parents should have put it out of its misery." the bottle blonde woman snarled at her daughter.
"why?" came the innocent question before the child burst into tears over her mother slapping her.
"Do not disobey me child swear you'll never go near any ugly little freak shows ever again." the woman hissed taking a large drink out of a brown paper bag the little girl crying softly muffling her whimpers.

Allen flinching from the sight instantly blaming himself, the poor thing would have been better off if the security guard or even Kanda had helped Lenalee's eyes flashed standing up only to have Allen grab her wrist shaking his head not wanting any trouble even more so for the little girl a man arriving taking the girl away the small thing giving a high pitched squeal calling to her father. Allen giving a thin smile before hiding himself in his food his friends reluctantly dropping the issue that was until the woman came past slamming the nearly empty alcohol over Allen's head sneering at the freak several guards rushing over tackling the dunked woman.
"shit moyashi don't go to sleep... fucking hell..." Kanda snarled as they left Lavi trying to check the injuries in the sun light.
"I'm fine it was just a Malibu bottle no biggie." Allen spoke lightly trying to brush the glass out of his hair slicing open a finger in the process his boy freeing licking the wound clean as Lena got the band-aids out.

"who trained me?" Allen returned answering Lavi's half question.

Kanda growled at Lavi the red head wincing mentally shutting up seeing their friend retreating into his memories Lenalee clapping her hands loudly jolting all of them.

" surprising its not that hard due to the animal DNA its like different languages with countless dialects each animal has its own language so they can talk to other felines without too much effort each breed has its own dialect so it they want to they cant refuse to talk to cats outside of their breed most animals due this. Dogs I can talk to but they get distracted and dangerous really fast however some actually can hold conversation but their few and far between and only within certain strains foxes wolfs husky s and German shepherds and the odd collie can do this but I haven't really tried to talk to any... bird are harder to place. They speak like they all have the same mind and thus it gets disorientating."
"collective mind?" Lenalee asked raising an eyebrow.
" some animals don't really think for themselves they think as one unit like star trek the Borg drones birds aren't but the talk like they are. Like the children of the corn that and they have a habit of every bird speak at once each flock and murder saying a different bit of information in their dialects. Ravens and song birds are ones I prefer talking to canary and pigeons I spend more time trying to reign in the DNA's urge to catch and kill..." Allen admitted.

"yeah right now there's some Rowan's and lapwings that are willing to be around people rowan's are very show off's the whole look at me aren't I a pretty bird now take photos and talk all about me. Lapwings the males can be like that where the girls are more shy and wont give into the whims of photographers and tourists. The girls are easier to understand theirs a nest that I know if you actually want so see the birds without normal tourists?" Allen suggested Lenalee squealing.
"you mean actually play with them ?" Lavi asked.
"the moyashi had half the fing woods with him earlier and they where fine with me."
"you accidental scared a hedge hog but the probably smelt me on you and seeing I'm full kitty not human any more …..." Allen paused before working out just what the other cats probably thought.
"what ? is something wrong."
"they think I'm in a den..." Allen spoke in mild horror his friend's blinking in confusion waiting for him to elaborate.

"ok Lavi you know how wolves have packs right?"
"yeah go on." Lavi stated waving one hand to reinforce his words.
"cats have two types similar to a packs. Strays form wild Clans that a run by queens female cat who can still have kittens and are protected by breeding males and the domestic cats form Dens where the female weather or not she has been de-sexed is in charge but her Mate is the one in charge of final decisions that are based on her health... I got told by one of the first cats I met outside of lulubell that I smell domestic meaning they can smell human in and on me."
Lenalee blinked still not getting it as Lavi's mouth started to twitch into a faint smile starting to get the picture as Kanda waited wanting to hear Allen say it out loud half praying that it was what he thought he was.
"I still don't get it Allen..."Lenalee finally stated.
"the cats earlier knew Kanda was there and only a few of them where strays the others knew I was domestic in their option I'm with humans too often to not be. They scented Kanda and didn't freak out, normal unless I made a huge ass point not to freak out they would at a random human coming near by but they noticed my scent on Kanda..." Allen tried getting flustered.
"Imouto he's saying that cats didn't see me as a human but as Allen's lover, they think he's in a den where he's submissive to me rather then us on equal grounds of with him in charge. They didn't go oh look human owner of all they went oh look there's the SOB who going to take 'care' of Allen during his heat." Kanda explained as Allen nodded blushing and pouting at the words Lavi losing it two seconds before Lenalee did laughing their asses off at the blunt remark that Allen had tried and failed to admit out loud.
"I'd stop laughing if I where you, if I introduce you two them their going to think your other den mates with me as I'm with you three the most meaning the domestic ones are going to laugh at you Lena for giving into a rabbit and the stray's may go for Lavi's eyes wanting Lena and I for themselves." Allen stated painfully.
"so the four of us are a den?" Lenalee asked softly "just how."
"cats when they spend time with small groups band together their fur when together sort of cause like this static connection that binds them together. Its why lulubell cant leave the Noah family not only did they raise her which makes a body but she's made a den with them to a cat it means other cats don't see people but other cats and automatically scent a cat breed rather then a person. The breed I am is rare and wild and live alone they don't form packs or dens not even in breeding seasons."
"what cats breeds I mean for us I want to know." Lenalee asked the little girl in her coming out in full force Allen shifting into cat form relaxing using the clown crown the cape splitting and forming small cats as Allen focused further.
"Kurilian Bobtail, Li Hua and Iriomonte.' Allen shifted back glad that his time he didn't have to redress due to having tighter clothing on saving that info before continuing. ' Lavi's the Kurilian their a Russian breed good hunters and like the heat but have a tendency to get distracted and go off on really dumb tangents. Lenalee your the Li Hua I haven't heard much about them other then their nearly extent and Chinese and the Iriomonte is a wild cat like sand cats their solitary hunters but their Japanese and also nearly gone as their forest homes have become urban foxes normally stay away as an iriomonte can fight back and its not worth the claw marks for trying to steal its prey."
"so I'm a house pet and everyone else is exotic and rare no fair..."
"Lavi your breed is the cats version of have a puppy dog that's how your breed act they can be train to sit stay go on walk fetch with hypo-allergenic fur." Allen stated watching as Lavi instantly bounced back to a good mood.

My mother used to have one it died before the order dragged me away she wasn't all that good at hunt but had a way with people I know brother jokes that mother trained her to attack him when ever gege started to do something stupid." Lenalee smiled warmly reaching down petting the cat shape the clown crown had formed to show them what their breeds where.
"che." came the ever popular multi-purpose reply from Kanda.
"wait den system that means although we pick the where we go and the when we eat..."
"Kanda and Lavi chose the rest what were allowed to eat when we sleep. Only listening to an owner, and that's not Koumi other cats will probably notice that he's Lenalee's brother and brush it off Reever they may see as true human but... I'm not sure."
"either way it means we shouldn't have to many issues with cats on missions and if we do its due to them wanting what they cant have or yokai." Lavi smiled.
Allen rolled his eyes deactivating his innocence heading over to the clearing he was in before the birds instantly chirping hellos as the cats from earlier returned the little female fox kit also coming over to the sliver haired 20yr old her mother watching waiting before giving a soft sound as the other three exorcist came in the kit sniffing Lenalee before winding around the girls leg happily her mother coming over as Lenalee kneeled the vixen giving Allen a soft cry which Allen nodded to.
"She's a friend their safe with her." the albino sand cat nekomimi replied.
"Little one you have changed a lot since we last me." a shadowy large form entered the area Lenalee quickly soothing the foxes still playing with them gently keeping them calm.
"in which way do you mean?" Allen smiled softly the figure becoming more solid as a small black panther with blue eyes a sliver ball shaped bell tied with a blue ribbon to the end over her tail moving silently matching the light breeze while small pale blue butterflies played nears its feet.
"you have changed in many ways mon chaton physically and personally you called these blessed or more likely cursed being friends you've grown up while remaining young at heart your face and hair have changed but more so your no longer human at all... How do you fair mon Chaton?"
"after I left here a man named and raised me on his death I ended up with the mark and the hair changes to my physical appearance. The loss of humanity was more recent but friends who I made before that loss refuse to act as anything has changed and thus im doing my best to adapt."
"Mon Chaton... I take it you hear due to those crystals following between you."
"yes where here to talk them away." Lenalee spoke up calmly the cat moving towards her gently nuzzling the kneeling girl.
"but you seek something else while here do you not?"
"creatures in human and sometimes animal form that kill other humans where here to destroy as many as we can and draw the rest away." Lavi spoke up carefully moving closer lightly petting the giant felines head.
"the crystals help you free the souls of those pitiful human toys, Mon Chaton I am assuming the Lotus boy there is the one who noticed my involvement he's been eyeing my bell its me attempts to save this place that cause him to do so does it not?" the calm female voice echoed.
"Yes Kanda was the one to work it out after I mentioned it in passing." Allen admitted as the cat misted for a second the butterfly flying like a black cloud reforming next to the Japanese man.
"your from the land of the rising sun? My bell came from their it was given to me in a temple if you protect this towns people I will give you my bell all it does he lp focus my powers I have no use for it as time continues the lands slowly vanishing as are those worth protecting. My butterflies have been watching over you since you arrived. Mon chaton humans are cold cruel stupid creatures yet you have four a few who rise above the dull beasts that are their race its good to see you have at last found HOME." the creature spoke echoing the last part before misting away the butterflies vanishing with her.
"that's a land spirit... geez Gramp's really should have taught me about those..."
"why? mana never taught me I found her by accident as a child theirs one per country normally its a case of finding them they only change location when humans leave nothing of the wild untouched the forest and areas that are untouched become sacred grounds Anglia is this countries but from the way she told me as a child, gods exist and uses the land spirits as messengers each of these messengers haven't heard from the gods since technology became the norm and are names for their country that's what her name translates to."
"Anglia means England … her names really pretty and she soo soothing." Lenalee smiled.
"it just said it would hand over the bell if we took care of the akuma how the fuck are we meant to do that." Kanda hissed lightly.
"easy bakanda get the innocence then lure the akuma to us during the chime and if that do-sent work then I'll play bait." Allen stated.
((AN- sorry for doing a bit more of a random chapter I'm going to my first convention very soon and I've been more focused on it then really writing anything again I thank google search and those who are reading and I'm sorry for the hell I'm putting Allen threw anyone reading this in Australia I'm going to be at the 2015 Supernova dressed as Road Camelot which is why I have written more of a nonsense chapter then a true one.
