The Raikage A after hearing his previous heist at Konoha, he recalled every shinobi to catch the Phantom Thief. Right now, camera, reporter is flooding all over the village for this heist.
"Good evening everyone. We are now at the scene. Look people at how many Kumo shinobi patrolling around the village." Said the reporter showing the shinobi and ANBU. "All of this are for against the Phantom Thief Joker. The elemental fan, one of the prized treasure of Kumo right now are in that building." Said the reporter pointing at the tower. "Ah. Here is the Raikage now. Let's have a close-up interview with him." The reporter then goes to the Raikage "Raikage-sama what is your strategy against the Phantom Thief?"
"Hmm. Phantom Thief, it just an attention seeker fool. Kumo will protect the treasure and he will taste defeat and we will show that he's just a fool." Said the Raikage as he walks back to the tower
"There you have it fork. Now it's almost time, will Kumo shinobi success defend the treasure and capture the Phantom Thief? Or Kumo will taste the sourness of defeat?" Said the reporter as he looks at the sky.
(At Suna)
Garra now the Kazekage is watching the news with his siblings and he said smiling "2 and a half year and he never change at doing thing flashy at all." His sibling could only smile as they continue to watch

"Damn brat always gives me headache." Said Tsunade as she rubbing her temper. It had been a few weeks after his heist at Konoha. Some of the rookie still can't believe that they were beat by someone who idiot enough to announce what he'll steal. Defrosting the entire field take a lot of time and there is many paperwork she had to do after that. If she found him then she would pound him in the face for making her do that much paperwork. Shizune just sweat drop as she knew what her master thinking as she continues on looking at the news.

"All right everyone be on alert. He will be here anytime, if he gets away with the treasure, I'll sending all of you doing D-rank do I make myself clear?" Said A
"Yes Raikage-sama." Chorus the shinobi.
A then wait to see if there anything happens but after hours nothing happen he said "Hmm. He must be getting cold feet. I knew he wa-" "Raikage-sama." Said the shinobi running in hurry
"What is it?" Asked A
"T-t-t-the fan. You have to come to look now." Said the shinobi
A go to the fan and said "What's the problem with th-" he looks shock as in the fan case that had many protect seal there's a note

He then turns to the guard "Oi was there someone getting in here?" Shout A as he grabbing the shinobi shirt.
"Now that you mention it, yes it does. There is a guard who were report to me about the situation." Said the shinobi
"You idiot, that was Joker where is he now?" Asked A. The shinobi show him then A said "Alright all of you go and capture him immediately." All of the shinobi dash out immediately leaving the room. The shinobi then drop-down unconscious as Naruto drop down.
"Heh thanks to Brain Jack and Tentarafroo I fool the Raikage. Hmm. This seal is to make a barrier and raise the alarm huh good thing I already have the solution for that."
Naruto hold his hand up and said "Dekaja" to remove all the effect of the seal. He then takes it as he walks up to the roof. At that time A is trying to rip the "mask" of the shinobi off after try to release the Henge "Hmm. This is quite a mask you have there."
"Raikage-sama it is me." Said the shinobi whining
"Then why are you going to the room? I didn't give you the order." Said A
"But I was sure that you're the one who gave me the order." Said the shinobi making A realize
"All of you go back to the-" "Hahahaha. Too late Raikage-dono." A then heard the voice as he looks at the source and to his shock and the onlooker that the fan already in his hand.
"Now if you excuse me I must return." Said Naruto then the A immediately appear on the roof
"You're going nowhere brat." Said A
"On the contrary I think I will PERSONA Dekaja." Said Naruto as he summons Ishtar and using Dekaja
"W-w-what the?" A then felt his speed had drop Naruto then continues with Schathach and use Garula on A. A now losing all his buff being hit with point blank of the technique now being sent flying with cut all over his body not to shallow since his skin still a bit tougher than ordinary shinobi. The shinobi then pour all over the roof and said
"Give it up we have you surrounded."
"On contrary, you just do me a favor by gathering up here." Naruto then pull out a deck of playing card (Hey that's a must with Phantom Thief)
"Ja everyone has a good evening. Straight Flash" Said Naruto as the card shine piercing through the shade of some shinobi. Everyone force to cover their eye, when they open their eye Naruto's nowhere to be found. The command one name C said
"Tell the guard to lock the gate and do a deep search. He still can't be far."
At that night the guard had do a deep search but both the thief and the fan are nowhere to be found. Until the report coming in from the Lightning Daimyo transmit that Kaitou Joker had the fan. A could only stare at disbelief as he truly seeing the fan was real he then goes on a rampage and make all the shinobi doing D-rank and mark Naruto as an S-rank. All around the world the news spread like wild fire. Naruto Uzumaki a.k.a Kaitou Joker had steal Kumo treasure and emerge victorious against the Raikage.
(Naruto hideout)
"I'm home." Said Naruto
"Welcome back Naruto. The heist was a success then?" Asked Himea as she preparing the meal. Over the years before his parent pass on, Kushina taught Himea a lot about cooking since she said it's an important thing for a wife. Himea heard that then asked Kushina to teach her. She may not master yet but the food is normal.
"Yeah. I heard the Raikage so angry that his vein pop out." Said Naruto
"So I guess to the next heist than?" Asked Himea as she carries the tray of food.
"Nah I think I need to let it settle down first. Besides, I want to spend time with my wife." Said Naruto hugging Himea. She said nothing just snugging in him.
(At a certain dimension)
A boy who watch the heist said "Soon Uzumaki. Soon you'll fall from my hand"
(At Military HQ)
"As you can see this is the bodyguard of Saito Himea who is now a Phantom Thief. According to the report he can contrast with any supernatural being that he had defeated in battle so we may not have any idea who we'll face if we fight him" Said Kurosu
"So what are you suggesting we'll do? This is a threat that endanger the world. We can just sit back." Said the militarist
"I think that the only choice since we know nothing about his power. If we're not careful, we might bite more than we could chew." Said Kurosu
The military could only bitterly accept that. Kurosu then though smirking "Well then Naruto Uzumaki show me what you can do."

Gekkou is watching the heist that Kurosu send him. Mirai stand beside him said "Woow. Immortal-kun look cool. He just swift in steal the treasure and get out."
"Be quite" Said Gekkou as he chops her head with his hand. He keeps watching it as he deep in though.
(Konoha council chamber)
Right now Tsunade is in a middle of a shouting match. Her head starting to hurt and she starts to losing her patience and slamming her hand on the desk hard "BE QUITE."
Tsunade sit down after the shouting match stop. She said "Now then if you blabbing baboon done, can we get this over with?"
"Tsunade look at the news. The Kyuubi Jinchuuriki making chaos around the Nation. Raikage even sending us a letter demanding us what are we doing letting our Nuke-nin running around like that?" Said Koharu
"Last I check, he RESIGNED before all of this so why are you calling him a Nuke-nin?" Asked Tsunade
"You can't be serious Tsunade. He's a Jinchuuriki, we can't let him resigned." Said Homura
"Whose fault do you think it was that he resigned huh? If you idiot hadn't gave out that order than he might not resign at all. And all of you from civilian side as well, you make him resign after all the stunt you pull." Said Tsunade tired
"Regardless, we need to call him back." Said Koharu
"Good luck with that. After he resigned, he cuts off all contact with us, cancel the toad contract so Jiraiya can't reverses summon him and he cleaned all of his trail so we can't search for him at all. The Raikage had tried to trace him but unsuccessful as well so do you have any idea?" Said Tsunade challenging them.
The council begrudging not knowing what to do. Danzo seethe in anger as he also tries to track the Kyuubi but his ROOT unable to find a single trail at all.
"Now if you excuse me, I have better thing to do." Said Tsunade as she dismisses the council
As Tsunade walking in the office, Jiraiya already waiting at the window said "Rough meeting huh?"
"You have no idea. Do you have any news about the brat?" Asked Tsunade
"Beside the news last night, no I tried to get my spy network but no result. Seriously, how in the world he can disappear after that fiasco yesterday? Anyone could easy spot him since his picture basically anywhere." Said Jiraiya rubbing his hair frustrated
"Anyway, just keep looking for him. The last thing I need is the Akatsuki or that war-hawk to found him first. That war-hawk probably send his goon to find Naruto already." Said Tsunade
"I'll find him and Tsunade, keep a close eye on him." Said Jiraiya as he disappears from the window.
(Orochimaru lair)
"Sasuke-kun I think you should look at this." Said Orochimaru as he throws Sasuke the bingo book. Sasuke caught it, reading it and crush the book in anger.
"Let's continue on training Orochimaru." Said Sasuke as he storms off.
"My my. Quite a hothead child, isn't he?" Said Orochimaru
"To be honest, it was your fault that you show him that knowing what's his personality is like Orochimaru-sama." Said Kabuto smirking
"Kukuku. I guess so huh?" Said Orochimaru as he goes to Sasuke
(Akatsuki Lair)
"Leader-sama, I assume you watch the news am I right?" Asked Zetsu
"Yes to think the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki had grow this quickly." Said Pain
"I'll say, before he just a shrimp, now he barges in the Raikage tower, stole the treasure, escape after beat the Raikage. The shrimp truly grow huh Itachi?" Said Kisame
Itachi just asked "Leader-sama what will be the course of action?"
"For now, we will stick to the original plan. We now have the Shukaku now so Hidan and Kakuzu will capture the Nibi; Deidara and Tobi will capture the Sanbi; Itachi and Kisame will take Yonbi; Zetsu you will continue gather the information of the remaining Jinchuuriki and also track down the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki. Is everyone clear at your order?" Asked Pain. Seeing no problem, he dismisses the member.
(Ame)
"I never expect he could grow so fast like that. Guess I was underestimate him huh?" Said Tobi
"So what are your suggestion?" Asked Pain
"For now just process with the plan. If the Kyuubi is spot then you will go to capture him. I don't want to miss." Said Tobi walking out the tower and teleport.
"Do you think we should trust him?" Asked Konan
"No but right now he is our benefit. If he trying anything then I'll kill him." Said Pain as Konan nodded
(Konoha BBQ)
"Damn. To think Naruto would have to gut to do this." Said Kiba
"Troublesome. He's always the unpredictable one, doing something like this just prove it." Said Shikamaru
"But right now, the entire Elemental Nation is after him doesn't he afraid?" Asked Tenten
"Doubt it. He's always the one who don't give a damn about higher rank people at all. He just does what he thinks is right." Said Shikamaru
"I believe the "defeating the Raikage" part is more disturbing." Said Shino
"Yeah how in the world he reaches that level in just 2 and a half years?" Asked Ino
"And what was the weird ability he had before when he fighting the ANBU? I tried to use the Byakugan on the ice that he left behind after his heist and I don't see any trace of charka in that at all." Said Neji
"Could it be bloodline Kakashi?" Asked Asuma
"No I don't think so because I never seen an Ice Jutsu like that and Naruto don't have bloodline like that at all." Said Kakashi
"Then that leave the question; Where did he go and how did he acquire that power?" Asked Kurenai making the Jonin in deep though
"Naruto-kun is truly a youthful person to be able to improve that fast. I shall double my training." Said Lee pumping his fist
"Atta boy Lee and I will help you." Said Guy
"Guy-sensei" "Lee" "Guy-sensei" "Le-" "Stop it you two." Said Tenten as she slaps them with a paper fan
"But still if he had that power why didn't he bring Sasuke back right now?" Said Sakura enraged
"You forgot Sakura? When he returns the headband, he said he's done fighting for the Leaf. You better forget about asking for his help." Said Shikamaru
"But sti-" "Let it go Sakura. Now can you tell me what happen when you face Kabuto?" Asked Kakashi
"Right we meet Sasuke and I suspect that he using drug to enhance his stat since we know about Orochimaru history. So at I'm now I can't face Sasuke at all." Said Sakura
"We'll do this together, as a team Sakura." Said Kakashi reassuring her
"But still a Phantom Thief huh? Konohamaru would have gushing about that right now if he not feels depress about Naruto resigned." Said Kiba putting his hand behind his back.
"Okay now everyone food's here let's enjoy it." Said Chouji as he putting the meat to cook. Everyone then relaxes seeing Chouji appetize and then they start enjoying.
For everyone wondering, the Garra event happened went Naruto are preparing for the final assignment that is fighting Lavenza. About the card I recently play a VN with playing card theme so I got interest in it. Well that's all everyone please review or PM.
