AN: Sorry for the long awaited chapter. I wonder what's going to happen when Sunstreaker meets Joyce walking without her rations and what he'll do.

Joyce wasn't sure how long she walked before Sunstreaker drove up to her, revving his engine menacingly. Joyce spun around, nervous that he would run her over. The yellow Lamboghini was noticable and every human knew he was dangerous if he was angered. He stopped in front of her, his engine revving with his displeasure, and the passenger door opened. Joyce was left with two decisions. Run away and hide or get in the car and face her fears. Joyce knew that she couldn't run far. This particular Autocon had no patience for human antics and excuses.

Joyce sighed as she slipped over to him and sat. Sunstreaker closed the door and clasped her seatbelt. "Where the slag were you!?" Sunstreaker asked in a flourish of anger directed towards her. "I show up and you aren't there."

Joyce leaned into his seat, feeling the anger rolling off him waves. "Sunstreaker! They threatened to kill me. They saw you, took off running into the store." Joyce said. "When I went up to them, the store owner came out and pointed a gun at me. He told me I was one of them."

A still silence hung in the cabin as Sunstreaker drove and he finally spoke. "Well, we'll just have to fix that," Sunstreaker said, turning a small 360 degree turn. He came back onto the pavement with a burst of inhuman speed. He came right back to the store. "Hold on tight, Joyce." The seatbelt tightened and Joyce was pushed into the seat.

Joyce's eyes widened when the speedometer tripled in no time and Joyce saw the humans inside the store running further into the store. Sunstreaker crashed into the store and pulled to a stop in the store. "You will give my friend here her rations or I will haul you all in for anti-machine terrorism." Sunstreaker said in a deadly tone. Joyce cringed at the evilness behind that threat.

"Sunstreaker-" Joyce tried to say.

"Silence, Human. I am getting you your rations. Be grateful I don't crush you." He growled.

Joyce watched as the store owner and a few humans scattered to retrieve the items. "How much do you need, Joyce?" Sunstreaker asked.

"Enough to last me at least two weeks."

"Give her two weeks worth of rations." Sunstreaker ordered and popped open his trunk. "You try anything, human and I will hurt you, too."

A teen loaded up his trunk. Once done, Sunstreaker backed up out of the store, heading towards the base again. "That will be all for today. You have enough." Sunstreaker said.

Joyce stood on Optimus' Prime's desk as Sunstreaker explained how humans can turn against their own. Optimus nodded. "So they turn on their own." He said in an amused voice.

Joyce didn't like his amused tone. That only complicated things more. Joyce glared at him. "They wouldn't have turned on me if Sunstreaker didn't have a bad reputation!" Joyce said angrily. "And you stupid Mechs have nicknames because of your careless reactions towards the human race! Did you honestly think we were brainless!?"

Optimus' optics shone a harsh blue, but Joyce didn't back down. She was in a ranting rage. "You think you know everything!? You don't even anything. So blind and greedy for Earth's valuable resources. What are going to do when those resources are gone? Move on and then take us with you!? We're not your slaves, Prime!"

The room fell into an awkward silence and the only noise that existed were the cooling fans on both Mechs. Optimus seemed very thoughtful at this time. He finally broke the silence. "You are correct, Joyce. You are not slaves. However, your species require a little 'motivation' at times to ensure that you obey Autocon Law."

"Autocon Law! You call sending out two warriors out as a means to instill your Autocon Laws!"

"Listen to me closely, Joyce. Apart from the rebels, have there been any crimes against humanity?"

"Yes." Joyce answered quickly. "You. You and your Autocons."

"You misunderstand me." Optimus said. "Has any human broke into your parent's home?"

Joyce narrowed her eyes. "Of course not."

"Then Autocon Law has helped you in many ways and has calmed and paved the road to a better tomorrow."

"Yeah right." Joyce said sharply. "The only road 'you guys paved' is a road to extinction!"

Both Mechs stared at her in shock and an uneasy silence ensued.
