After two years, he's finally moving on from the curly haired git of a flat mate. All seems to be going well, until two supposedly dead men show up at his door. Post Reichenbach, pre Empty Hearse. Mycroft loves his little brother, even when he's ill. It's his job to take care of Sherlock, after all. Five times Mycroft took care of Sherlock, then one incident where Sherlock was forced to do the same to Mycroft. Rated T for mature themes (ie: drugs, alcohol, ect).
