What starts as Lestrade visiting Sherlock's grave for a short eulogy ends in a one-sided conversation with Sherlock as Greg tries to make sense of what happened. Did he really spend years following a fraud? One-shot, no pairings, T for very mild swearing.

The constant buzzing of thoughts in Sherlock's head causes him to have a panic attack. Army doctor John Watson is able to calm him. This is taken from my own personal experiences with anxiety.
