The last few minutes before Irene Adlers fall and what Mycroft thought about it.

A Sherlock fiction based on that little scene between DI Lestrade and Molly at 221B.It's for the pairing Lestrade/Molly though it's based on that scene in Scandal in Belgravia - Sherlock s2 ep 1.

"We're not a couple." No one knows how much Sherlock overheard. In which John is frustrated, Sherlock is intrigued, and Irene Adler is simply meddlesome. SPOILERS for "A Scandal in Belgravia."

Sherlock leaves for a case without John. These are the texts they send. Eventual Sherlock/John.

Sherlock is sixteen and dying- has been for the entirety of his memory. John's been his friend for eternity. There's a bit of focus on Mr. & Mrs. Holmes, as it gives important background information.

The suggestion gestates for a while, for John. But it wasn't like he set off searching for it...

They are two equals, fighting a battle of minds and wit, so in a way it's hardly surprising with their dedication to outmanoeuvre each other using their brains that their bodies work in unison, on an instinct.

okay so it's just a load of drabble, I was bored and it was either shoot a smiley face into the wall sorry it's the fan in me or write a load of rubbish about Sherlock being scared of hunger and john drugging him :

As it stands, this is a one-shot sequel to When the Day Met the Night. Depending on reader responce I may continue it as a full story. Enjoy
