The sun's rays slowly filtered though the motel room's curtains. One shaft of light fell across Sam Winchester as he slept. It slid along his exposed right foot, straight up the long, sleek leg, blankets tossed away during his slumber.
Drifted up to his stomach, dust motes dancing over firm, washboard abs.
Gliding over his chest and strong arms it gently came to rest upon his face, calm in repose. Soft brown hair framed his handsome features, his high cheekbones, his supple, sweet lips. Strength and tenderness, power and beauty combined. The face of an Adonis at rest.
Lucky sunbeam.
