With little to no info on what the case is, the team goes in blindfolded, and uncovers a dark history, and forgotten past. Having to team up with an unexpected ally to uncover an ancient plot as old as time.

Sam struggles with visions of Hell, fighting to maintain his grip on reality. Dean hates that he can't protect his brother from what isn't real—but curse him if he doesn't try. When the boys stumble on a case with ties to the Devil himself, will they be able to pull themselves together in time to stop the sacrifices? Or will the echoes of Hell finally overtake them?
