WARNING!! Major OOCness!!
"Dr. Haruno you're next patient is being a little...um...difficult." Sakura's nurse stuttered looking nervous as she tried to find the right word to describe her patient.
"Difficult as in?" Sakura questioned.
"He encased himself in sand and said nobody but his doctor will be touching him and he grumbled something about not wanting to be here in the first place." The other woman said looking a little pale.
"Stupid men not wanting to go to the doctors...wait encased with sand! Oh lordy!" She exclaimed realizing just who she would be dealing with. Sakura grumbled as she marched into one of her examination rooms where her patients waited after the nurse took there temperature and such.
"GAARA SABAKU! YOU ARE KAZEKAGE OF THIS VILLAGE YET YOU ARE ACTING LIKE A FRIGGIN' TWO YEAR OLD! WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY FOR YOURSELF!" Sakura screamed after slamming the door to the room shut which did little to muffle the noise.
"Good afternoon to you too Sakura it is lovely to see you in your working environment." he rolled his eyes. Seeing that yelling wasn't going to get her anywhere she took a deep breath before she spoke.
"Gaara why wouldn't you let the nurse take your blood pressure and temperature?" She asked trying despratetely not to raise her voice.
"Well you see Sakura as a child I was not able to be touched without a barrier of sand in the way so I only let people I'm very close to touch me." He explained from his seat on the examination table where he had taken residence a couple minutes before only at the time he had a sand shield surrounding him. Sakura heaved another sigh before plopping down next to him on the table and linking an arm through his leaning her head on his shoulder.
"I know all that sweetie but they really don't have to touch you for all that stuff. You really think I'm gonna let some young woman in a nurse outfit touch my man?" she smiled warmly as they looked into each other's eyes.
"Okay so that was my sob cover story really your nurses are fucking annoying and if you didn't come in here quickly I would have reverted back to my old ways and I knew nobody, myself included, would like that very much." He explained kissing the tip of her nose.
"Well I commend you for your acting skills." she laughed. "Now on with the appointment, Mr. Sabaku I'm going to need you to drop your pants." she requested hopping off of the examination table and going into doctor mode.
"But Doctor I'm shy." he teased lifting a hand to cover his mouth and turning his head to the side as he tried to fake a blush. To further the act whenever she tried to get close to him he would shy away, successfully annoying the poor woman.
"Well fine I'll just fail your physical examination requirements for being Kazekage and Kankuro will get the job." Sakura huffed turning to leave.
"Au contraire madame mosel." Gaara smirked "Then you'd have to examine him being that's your job as head medic to give the Kazekage his physical. Do you really wanna tell my brother to turn his head and cough while he has his pants down?"
Sakura shivered noticeable. "Grr, Gaara if you don't drop your pants right now I'm not having sex with you for two weeks. But don't get me wrong I'll totally wear all my skimpy lingerie and make soft little moans just to drive you crazy." She growled through gritted teeth as she looked at the floor. When she looked up Gaara's pants and boxers were around his ankles and he stood with a triumphant smirk on his face arms crossed over his chest.
"Try not to take advantage of me in my vulnerable state Doc, I don't think I could handle it."he continued on with his charade.
"Shut up you." She growled before bending down to cough cough examine him. Finishing up she got an evil smirk on her face and kissed it before standing up straight and smirking at the father of her children and the love of her life.
"You may pull up your pants and leave now Lord Kazekage sir." She spoke officially to her wide eyed superior. Gaara contained himself, then pulled up his pants as he was told but did not leave instead he backed Sakura up against the door before giving her and earth shattering kiss which didn't last as long as she would have liked before pulling back, opened the door but keeping his hand on the door like he was about to leave and spoke. "Thank you for being so gracious Dr. Haruno I apologize for my juvenile behavior earlier it was most unbecoming." he said then with a wink and a twirl of his sand he was gone. The nurses who were standing in the hallway looked stunned, they new their leader was in love with their boss as she was him but they'd never seen the otherwise frightening man wink before and it left them all feeling rather excited.
"Well Sakura I now see the appeal." Another medic who she had befriended long ago said patting her on the shoulder.
"Trust me that's the bare minimum of the appeal." Sakura smiled before returning to her desk to go through paperwork.

Gaara went to the daycare center after work where he had left Maiko so he could go to his check-up then finish up his work.
"Daddy did ya get a sucka? Maiko asked as she walked next to him swinging their arms that were connected by their hands as they walked in the direction of their home.
"No he most certainly did not. You're father isn't a very good patient Mai." Came Sakura's sweet natured voice as she met them on the road, she too walked to their house. When she got up to them she took the spot on Gaara's other side after giving Maiko a quick kiss. His arm encircled her waist as he chuckled giving her a kiss on the head.
"I wasn't that bad." He smiled.
"The fact that you were bad is well BAD enough!" she growled. But couldn't help but smile as he put his hand on her still pretty much flat stomach to remind her she was caring his child and she loved him no matter what, even with his teasing. The family arrived home and spent the night watching T.V. eating supper then getting Maiko ready and tucked in for bed.
Once the little one was out her parents slunk into their room to get ready for bed themselves seeing as Maiko had stayed up rather late.
"Gaara I still need a shower, care to join me?" Sakura asked knowing it would be more than just a shower but that honestly being her plan anyway.
"Do you really have to ask that." Gaara rolled his eyes as the two started into the bathroom stripping off their clothes and tossing them onto the floor along the way. When the water was going and the couple was standing close together Sakura smiled thoroughly content.
"You know Gaara I think I need to reexamine you." Sakura said slyly.
"Really now? I thought you'd have gotten enough of that earlier." He chuckled.
"Nope you see I didn't really get to enjoy it since I was trying to be professional." she giggled.
"Really so kissing me in naughty places was 'professional'?" he asked with a quirked eyebrow.
"Well you see that's the Kazekage treatment from his girlfriend and mother of his children." she clarified all the while doing very distracting things with her hands.
"Mmm. Ugh...Sakura I think I'd be a little less inclined to be a stubborn jackass if all check-up's were this good. Oh fuck..." He moaned.
"Ha, you haven't seen nothin' yet." she laughed merrily before proving to him just how nice Doctor Haruno could be, well to the right patient that is.
A/N; Alright I thought some GaarSaku was in order hope ya'll liked it! I'm not quite sure which pairing I'm gonna do next chapter I'm thinking SasuHina but I may change my mind hell I might even write one longer one with both of the other pairings in it.
