As a result, he's not feeling very evil, but his eyes do uncontrollably glow yellow whenever he feels strong emotion. He's forced to hide them at all times behind a pair of incredibly ugly wrap-around sunglasses. Somehow, this is the best possible outcome for the galaxy as a whole.
