The next day at school Jack felt like he hadn't seen Kate all day.Did she regret what happen in his room last night?He was driving himself mad trying to figure it out.

(Meanwhile)

Kate,Claire and Shannon were in the girls bathroom .

"Ok Kate whats going on?" Claire asked

"Last night Jack kissed me" Kate said

Shannon squelled "What was it like?"

"It was great,he's amazing,Such a great kisser" She gushed but was cut off by Claire " Ok my brother here" and they laughed

"What's the problem than?" Shannon asked

"Well i feel like hes avoiding me,maybe he regrets it?" Kate said and her mood turned sad and the girls gave her a hug.

At lunch the team had to go running.Jack was running along the sidewalk when he saw Claire and she didnt look happy.She stood in front of him to stop him.

"What are you doing Claire?" Jack asked

"What am i doing, what are you doing" She asked angerly

"What?" Jack said confused

"Kate is really upset because this guy that she really likes kissed her last night and hasnt talked to her all day" She almost yelled

"Calm down" Jack told her

"Calm down!, i knew you were alot of things Jack but a coward was never one of them" She spat out

"Claire wait" Jack said stopping her from leaving

"She thinks you regret it Jack" Claire told her brother

"Claire I Don't,Really i don't" He said

Claire just looked at him and felt bad for yelling at him.

"I gotta fix this dont i?" He asked and she nodded and he ran inside to find Kate.

Jack finally reached Kate after running all over there freaking school,She was sitting in the library.

"Hey" he said walking up to her

"Hi" she smiled

"Look Kate We" he started but was cut off

"It's ok Jack i know we were drunk and if you wanna pretend it didnt happen" But she was cut off by Jacks lips pushed against hers and unlike there last kiss it had much more force like he needed her to know something.

"I dont wanna forget Kate" He said when they broke apart

"Really?" She asked

"Ive been bulding up the strenght to do that for weeks" He gave away

Friday night came and the guys picked up the girls and headed to the school.

After a while of just talking they went to dance,The first slow song of the night came on and Sarah walked up to Jack and Kate

"Jack you wanna dance" She asked in her snoby way

"Ya" Jack smiled and grabbed Kates hand and took her to the dance floor "But with Kate" he added

Sarah walked off pissed,but Jack and Kate just danced.

"So you too a couple now" Charlie asked when the sat back down at the table

They smiled at each other and Shannon said "Well i think we have our prom king and queen" They all laughed
