Chapter 7- don't forget the lid
"Just a smoothie please" Callie shouted when Arizona asked what she wanted for breakfast. Arizona bit her lip nervously; she could make a smoothie, right? She had hoped Callie would say cereal, she could make that, but surely anyone could make a smoothie, she was head of Paediatrics, she could operate on the heart of a 3-hour old baby, she could make a fancy drink.
Getting out her phone she googled smoothies picking one that had 3 ingredients, plus there was no cooking.
It was 2 steps,
Add in the ingredients, pour into glass,
Simple.
Arizona put the ingredients into the blender pressing the go button. Banana, strawberry and orange juice flew everywhere at high speed. By the time she realised what was happening and grabbed the lid, before deciding to switch it off the kitchen was covered, she managed to wipe her hands on the towel as Callie walked out the bedroom.
"When I said a smoothie I meant in a glass" Callie giggled walking over to her girlfriend, kissing her, "Hmm you taste good" she muttered, licking a piece of banana off her neck.
Suddenly Arizona loved making smoothies and she loved Callie helping her to clean up.
