I thought you all like to know what is happening in the series.
Okay, here we go: If you read, 'Fleeing Light' by DragonKingDragneel25, it starts like that. Where Harry and the others find out what the Order is doing to them and Srirus finds a way from their universe. But, here's where it deviates: Harry somehow gets separated from the others and lands in the Naruto Universe, during the beginning of the 3rd Shinobi War.
He was injured, and Kushina saves his life and blood adopts him. Then, as his gratitude, Harry agrees to be trained by Minato and Sarutobi. Harry takes to the training like a fish to water. He becomes the newest member of the Sannin, taking Orochimaru's place. During his time training with Minato and his team, Harry, now going by the name 'Hari', saves Rin after Kakashi shoves his Chidori into her chest when she lost control of the Three-Tailed bijuu.
Obito had seen the attack and the save, cursing Kakashi and thanking Hari. Rin was so grateful for Hari saving her, she marries him and gives him children. Obito saw her as a sister, Kakashi had gotten jealous over it. Sarutobi's training was harsh but, Hari took to it. The Third Hokage had seen Hari as his favorite student, making Jiraya jealous. To make it worse, Tsunade had fallen for the outsider.
She had requested that Hari give her and her apprentice Shizune, children so he could have something from them and show that they loved him as much as Kushina, and Rin. Which they did, Tsunade had a girl named Koda and a boy named Dan. Shizune had a daughter named, Emi. When the others learned about Tsunade and Shizune wanting kids with Hari, Anko Mitarashi wanted kids with him. So he agreed and she had a daughter named, Aoi.
After he helped Konoha win the Third Shinobi War, Minato wanted Hari to be his successor and Fifth Hokage but Hari turned him down. Knowing that one day he was going to go back to his home. So, Tsunade had agreed to be the Fifth. During peacetime, Hari started to train his children and Itachi Uchiha, one of the greatest heroes of Konoha.
But then came the attack; a masked man (NOT Obito), had come and attacked Konoha and tried to kill Kushina to get the Nine Tails out of her. But Hari attacked him, saving her. But the Nine-Tails was released because her seal was broken. The 'Masked Man' tried to get control of it using the Shiragan but somehow, Hari attacked him and the 'Masked Man' almost lost his life.
Then Minato tried to stop the Kyubi, but once again the 'Masked Man' tried to interfere. But, Hari saved Naruto and handed him back to Minato. But then, Kushina had shown up demanding that Minato put Kyubi back into her, knowing she'd die, Minato couldn't do it. He called Shinigami up and 'she', had seen Hari, and asked him about his desire. Hari requested that Kyubi be sealed into Naruto. She agreed, on one condition and she took the soul of Voldemort from his skull.
After that happened, Minato sacrificed himself to seal Kyubi into his son. Then after the attack, the village was trying to kill Naruto. But, Hari had killed most of the civilian council, Danzo and his ROOT.
Hari helps raise and trains Naruto, during the time Itachi was ordered to quell a Coup started by his family, at least his father and his allies. But, Hari saved Mikoto, Itachi's mother. Sasuke, Itachi's younger brother, believed his brother killed the entire clan. Then Hari continued to train his children and Naruto, then Mikoto requested that Hari give her a child and he did, a girl named, Kodachi.
Later, team Hari (Naruto, Suki Uchiha Sasuke's cousin, and Akeno Uzumaki Naruto's cousin), team Raito (Koda, Emi, and Kodachi), and team Itachi (A group of ANBU) went to Wave and saved the village. A few months later, Kakashi had turned jealous of what team Hari had done. He had met Jiraya and they had talked about getting rid of Hari not knowing that an alive Obito, was there and reported what they were planning to Tsunade, who was pissed over the fact that her child's father was going to be attacked. But, during the Chunin Exams, Jiraya and Kakashi had taken Hari to the 'Toad Sage Mountian'. Then tried to kill him, but somehow Hari was removed from that universe.
When they returned, Tsunade and all of Hari's babies' mommas, beat the unholy Hell out of Jiraya and Kakashi. But, just then, Pein, the leader of the Akatsuki, had attacked and started the Fourth Shinobi War. Which ended real quick with the deaths of the entire team, even the zombie duo. When they discovered what had happened to Hari, the toads removed him from their contract and handed Jiraya to Pein. Kakashi had received the beating of a lifetime from the others. But, neither one knew where Hari was.
So, that is what is happening right now in; 'Harry Goes Anime'.
