I continue to bide my time in Gath, saving what money I have for when the time comes to move on. It seems that the Gilboan Army has joined forces with the neighboring nations of Austeria in order to keep Gath in check. While that does not always bode well for the people of this nation, it lets me know that your father or your father's people are continuing to thrive.
Word on the street is that your mother Rose and cousin Andrew have been exerting their influence over your father's reign while he regains his health. I've been able to hear bits and pieces from my own family. My brother Ethan has finally returned home. My entire family has relocated to the land of Calvary, now that Port Prosperity is in Gath's control. My brothers have acquired new land and are rebuilding the farm. Mother has advised me to find a way to come to them in Calvary, and the opportunity seems promising, but I cannot leave Gath until I hear that you are safe and back at Altar Palace with your family. So I wait, in a holding pattern, wait for the good news, or for your father to locate me. As far as I can tell, he either does not know of my whereabouts or is not interested in them.
Waiting is the hardest part, but I firmly believe that God is on our side no matter what. We are never alone, His plan is perfect and remains strong in our own weakness.
