As I wake up and look over to my clock, it reads 9:30 in the morning. Looking at the beauty next to me I smile. Last night she told me what happened and even though I have a file in my office, but trusting Bella I know I won't have to look into it. I trust her, heartbroken for Bree and what the story was, my girl ended up being brave and strong and smart as a whip. This gives me more understanding as to why she is the way she is. Posting hours after she left her location, selecting meetings in places where she knows the escape route and how far out the hospitals are.

I'm thinking about our future now and how this will all work. Will Bella be fine with ruling the Cullen-Swan empire together? Will she expect me to run both on my own with her brother as my Capo? I have already selected Jasper to be my Consigliere, but the Swan and Cullen agreement states that she would have to marry me and produce an heir. What are the roles that she wants in this union? As I am thinking about this I feel a body stir and those eyes, the ones that look at me with love and want, stare into mine.

"Good Morning, sunshine, how is my girl today?"

She smiles, "Well rested! This bed is amazing and once we are married this bed will be mine." I laughed and kissed her and she stunned me with the next question "Am I your date for the Gala this weekend or are you flying solo?"

I walk up to her and run my hands down her body and then embrace her, "Of course, love. You think I am gonna let those vultures surround you?" She smiles and keeps to her bathroom routine.

Once Bella has showered, eaten, and been cuddled by yours truly,

she sits on her chair reading something on her iPad and I am finding it comforting having Bella in my home 24/7. She looks a little frustrated but here we go.

"Bella." She is still looking at her iPad. "I know that we entered this agreement with certain criteria that must be met but I want to know what you are expecting."

Bella stiffens and looks up from her iPad and then pulls up a file from it. She pulls out a pencil before coming to sit on my lap. I'm confused by what she is doing as she starts to scroll. "This is a contract that my father gave me after you guys left the meeting." She starts to go over it with me and tells me some of the stipulations. These are only a few taken from the complete list.

Bella must keep a faithful relationship to me. Any and all friends either female or male must be vetted.

Bella must try to naturally conceive the next Cullen heir. If she fails to do so within 4 months then IVF will be considered in the process. If no child can be produced before a year of marriage then a separation will be granted, or a Goohma will be permitted for Edward.

First and second born children will be the next heirs to the Cullen dynasty whether female or male.

I turn to her and she is in business mode. I have seen this type of Bella but it's not my Bella. I want to put her at ease with this though I understand that this is a business transaction. I have grown fond of my future wife and so I ask, "What do you think about all of this?"

Bella touches my cheek and asks, "Did you have anything to do with the situations written in here?" I shake my head no and what shocks me the most is she laughs. "Edward, I love you! I know it's a little early and we barely know each other but I do. You are everything I want in a husband. Do I like that you have a manwhore past? No, but it's okay because I LOVE YOU."

I smile at her and say, "You love me? Swan, I have loved you since we were kids. I just learned to hide it well. You were so cute playing with dolls and forcing me and Em to play with you. I know that this has started just recently but I am happy that it was you who was chosen to be my wife." I kiss her and she deepens the kiss. I want her but I want to wait. I know that this would be again another perfect time but the right time will be with my last name as hers and a ring on both of our fingers. I take this moment to stop and ask her to give me a moment. Dashing faster than I can to my closet where a black velvet box is in hiding. This is it, this is the moment once me and Bella air out all of our issues and how we want to move forward with the future, I will ask.

Bella is still where I left her and now I sit her on the couch with me and let it all out. "Bella, I want a partner, mother, lover and best friend. I want you. From reading that contract I know that in that text I don't want any of those things. Marriage with you is my only marriage. You will be the mother of my child whether it takes a year or three it will be you. I will talk to our fathers about this but I want to share the throne with you. I want Em as my second in command but if you want to rule together then he can be yours and I will take Jasper. We are gonna make the world and the underworld bend to our will." I kiss her again and she takes my hands.

"I am glad you are saying all of this because I was worried I would be replaced. I only want you and I agree with everything you are saying. I think us together as a unit would strike more fear.
