AUTHOR'S NOTE: Some harsh swearing in this chapter. Thanks for the continued support!

Kyle is walking to gym class; he has to get there a little bit earlier than everyone else because he still has to help Mr. Gardiner set up.

Today they are practicing for school athletics which Kyle is definitely not looking forward to.

"Ahhh Mr. Braxton, please quickly get changed and start to help me set up for athletics training, one thing I'm sure you'll love to get an opportunity to try and excel at," Mr. Gardiner smiles at Kyle and continues to get gear out.

Kyle wanders off sadly. This punishment has sucked so much. He doesn't even like PE and now he has to do extra stuff. He quickly gets changed and heads off to help Mr. Gardiner.

"Now here take this box filled with spotputs, and discuses, then come back for the mats and then finally take the hurdles. Class starts in fifteen minutes so you better hurry," Mr. Gardiner smirks.

Kyle picks up the box and takes it over to the field, he then one by one takes the hurdles, then comes back for the mats. He takes them one by one and struggles hopelessly with them and drops each one of them several times, causing kids to snigger at him.

He frowns and drops his head. Being in the advanced class got him enough attention now he had to deal with kids sniggering at him because of his clumsiness.

Once all the mats are done he walks back to get the hurdles just as the bell rings.

When Kyle gets back, he sees Casey.

"Hey Case," he mumbles.

"Hey Ky, you okay?" Casey asks as he looks at his brother. The two of them walk to the field together.

"Oh yeah brilliant; couldn't be better," Kyle groans sarcastically.

Casey knows how much Kyle hates the physical side of PE and although he can't relate to it he does sympathise with his brother.

"You'll be fine, like Brax always says just try your best," he says.

"Unfortunately my best sucks when it comes to PE!" Kyle sighs miserably.

He doesn't get why PE is compulsory in year 10; it sucked!

"You don't suck, you always pass," Casey says, trying to cheer his brother up with some encouragement as he has passed PE in every other year.

"The only reason why is because of the bookwork. I'm such a nerd," Kyle huffs as he kicks at the grass.

"Okay, so you're ten times smarter than most kids; is that a bad thing?" Casey asks, wondering how being so smart can make his brother so sad.

"It's just the extra attention you get with being so smart and being bad at PE," Kyle mumbles as he looks up to see Aiden, Grant and Wesley.

"You know if you ever need me to sort anyone out I will," Casey says hoping it will lift his brother's mood.

"I know Case, thanks for the offer to protect me," Kyle smiles slightly, as his brother ruffles up his hair.

"You'd do it for me," Casey smiles.

Just then Mr. Gardiner starts talking and class begins.

"Right: we are going to start with shot-put; everyone line up," Mr. Gardiner says and everyone gets in a line.

Kyle stands at the very back as he isn't in any hurry to have his go, where-as Casey on the other hand stands about fifth in line.

Kyle sighs heavily, just wishing this PE lesson could be over.

It's now a bit later in the lesson and it's time for the long jump, and Kyle once again goes straight to the back, but he is called back by his teacher.

"Kyle Braxton, I think you can start this time," Mr. Gardiner says and Kyle turns back and shuffles towards the start of the line.

Just then a student comes over with a note for Mr. Gardiner. He reads it then looks up at his students.

"I've got to quickly run to the office, continue to practice. Wesley, you're in charge," he says.

As Kyle passes Aiden he is tripped and landed flat on his face. Most kids burst out laughing other than Casey, Ryder and a handful of others.

Casey glares at Aiden who is standing about four people in front of him, Kyle quickly pushes himself up and reaches the front of the line.

He starts to run towards the long jump pit and is about to jump when he trips over his own feet and lands face first in the sand.

Once again kids start cracking up laughing. Kyle pushes himself up and slumps off to the back of the line wishing that he could disappear.

"Good one trips a lot Kyle," Grant laughs and gives Kyle a hard shove in the chest, Kyle falls backwards and hits his head on the grass.

Aiden and Wesley laugh along with their friend as do other kids around them.

"Geek!" Wesley smirks.

Casey couldn't take it anymore.

He walks over to the three bullies.

"Leave my brother the hell alone!" he hisses and gives Aiden a small shove in the chest.

"Oooh, big brother needs little brother to fight his battles! Can you get more pathetic?" Wesley laughs.

"I'd shut up if I were you unless you want to meet my fists!" Casey hisses as he holds up his fists.

"Casey, no you'll get in trouble!" Kyle yells.

He is now on his feet but that all changes when Grant shoves him down.

"Aww how cute, big brother doesn't want little brother getting in trouble! He wants him to be a goody goody freak like him!" Aiden laughs.

"I'm serious, leave him alone!" Casey hisses; he is not letting these bullies get away with it.

"Casey, please just leave it!" Kyle pleads, he can handle a few shoves and some name calling; he doesn't want Casey in trouble.

"No Kyle! I'm not letting these jerks get away with treating you like this!" Casey replies and gives Aiden another shove.

"You better listen geek! Listen to your protector!" Wesley smirks, causing Casey to turn on him.

"Shut up!" he yells at Wesley just as Kyle pushes himself up.

"Or what?" Aiden laughs as he high fives Wesley.

"Or I'll smash ya!" Casey hisses and glares at all three of the boys.

"What; like this?" Aiden laughs and punches Casey in the face.

"Arghh!" Casey yells and grabs ahold of his cheek.

Casey grabs Aidens shirt and pulls his arm back hard only to hear a thump and a yelp of pain.

He turns around to see Kyle curled up on the floor holding his lip.

"Kyle!" Ryder yells and runs to his friend.

Casey looks shocked at his actions but Aiden, Wesley and Grant laugh their heads off.

"Nice going, Casey, knocking your brother out for us; at least a bloody lip will make him look less like a girl!" Aiden laughs.

Casey charges at Aiden and tackles him to the ground where they both punched out at each other.

Wesley and Grant turn their attention to Ryder and Kyle. Grant grabs Ryder and Wesley grabs Kyle.

Ryder, who is a lot more vocal than Kyle yells: "let us go!"

They suddenly are alerted by a loud shriek coming from Aiden following a crack as Casey's fist hits Aiden square in the nose; breaking the teen's nose and causing it to bleed.

Just then Mr. Gardiner comes back and sees the commotion.

"Casey Braxton, Wesley James, and Grant Peary: Principal's office now!" he yells and Wesley and Grant shove Kyle and Ryder away.

Ryder manages to stay on his feet but Kyle doesn't and once again falls to the ground.

Kyle looks up sadly at his younger brother, this is exactly what he was scared of. Casey looks back at him and gives a reassuring smile. He doesn't mind getting in trouble if he knows that he fought for his brother and being none the wiser of the kind of trouble he is about to get in.

Mr. Gardiner looks at Kyle and his bloody lip and frowns.

"Ryder, can you take Kyle to the sick bay please, I'd like for you both to explain to Miss. Wilson what happened," Mr. Gardiner says.

Kyle looks at Ryder who is smiling slightly and he rolls his eyes and smiles in return.

Miss. Wilson is the new receptionist and she is very pretty.

Kyle knows that Ryder along with many other boys have a crush on her.

The two of them walk to the sickbay but Kyle turns back to sadly look at Casey.

Casey remains staring as Mr. Gardiner leans down to assess the damage done to Aiden, who was shifting about uncomfortably, holding onto his nose.

"You will need to see the nurse as well and possibly need a hospital visit for that nose. However I am not impressed with your actions either Mr. Connors and Miss. Scott will be having a firm word with you about fighting also. Come and get up," Mr. Gardiner instructs and pulls Aiden to his feet.

"Okay you three: go! Miss. Scott will not be impressed!" Mr. Gardiner hisses as he glares towards Casey, Wesley and Grant before turning back to the rest of the class.

"Okay shows over, get back to it!" he orders, "And I do not want any more nonsense while I am taking Mr. Connors to the nurse; am I understood?"

The remaining students in the class nod and remain quiet as Mr. Gardiner assists Aiden out of the class.

"Nice going, loser Braxton! Not only are we being sent to the Principal, you broke Aiden's nose!" Wesley snaps and gives Casey a shove in the back.

"Don't touch me! It's not my fault you three are the biggest jerk faces in the school!" Casey yells.

"What are you going to do about it; break our nose too?" Grant snickers.

Casey flexes his fists; wanting nothing more than to smash Aiden's other idiot friends.

"Ooh: are we hitting a nerve with you too, I'd have thought it was your brother who copped the entire pansy gene, but then again you did act like one too at the soccer game when you tripped over your own feet," Wesley snickers.

"It was you who tripped me at the soccer game, you arse and stop making fun of Kyle; he's a better person than you lot, any day!" Casey snaps.

"Why should we? We're only telling the truth," Grant snickers.

Casey grunts as he storms towards Bianca's office with Grant and Wesley behind.

"I think he's about to blow again," Grant teases.

"Maybe he needs some of those shrink sessions to deal with his psycho anger problems," Wesley teases.

"Maybe he's jealous of his brother and secretly wants to be a weak girly freak like him," Grant laughs.

"Just fucking shut up!" Casey shouts.

"Ooh, he's using the big swear words now. I dare you to try and shut me up," Wesley teases, egging Casey on.

Casey storms up to him and grips his shirt; slamming him into the wall outside Bianca's office.

"You're the one who's jealous. You won't have to worry about me breaking your nose because instead I'll knock your entire teeth out!" Casey yells, and as he raises his fist back, Wesley tries to shove Casey off him.

"Get the hell off me loser!"

All the while, Grant remains egging Casey on just to get him into more trouble and take the blame for the entire fight in the gym.

Bianca swings open the door and rushes out of her office after hearing the loud bang and yelling.

"Casey and Wesley; break it up now!" Bianca shouts, startling the three teens.

Casey remains with his fist in the air, ready to ignore Bianca and smash Wesley.

"I'm not doing anything; I swear. Braxton came at me, just like he came at Aiden and busted his nose!" Wesley snaps.

"So I have heard about Mr. Connors' predicament," Bianca says, having briefly been notified by the nurse.

Casey growls and inches his clenched fist further back. Bianca sees the signs immediately and cuts Casey's attack off.

"Don't you dare, Casey Braxton, you as much as show one more ounce of violence in this building and I will immediately expel you!"

Casey stares over at Bianca in shock. The threat surprises Wesley and Grant too who let out a gasp.

Casey slowly retreats, allowing Wesley to huff and push past him.

"Now I want the three of you in my office right now!" Bianca orders as she raises her voice and points towards her office.

The three teens walk into Bianca's office and each take a seat.

"You boys had better start explaining what happened," Bianca starts.

"Braxton's the one at fault here; he targeted Aiden," Grant says.

"I did not, it was Aiden and you two who started it by being ass-wipes," Casey snaps.

"Casey I do not want to hear your foul mouthed comments," Bianca scolds.

"But they started it by accusing me of starting the fight but I didn't!" Casey yells.

"But you still punched out Aiden and broke his nose!" Wesley argues.

"Well he deserved it!"

"Enough, all of you," Bianca scolds, "this is not explaining how the fight happened."

"What more is there to explain, Casey's got anger issues and takes it out on other students; he would have attacked me if you hadn't of stopped him," Wesley comments, trying to gain brownie points.

"You were hassling me!" Casey yells and stands up from his chair.

"Only because of what you did to our friend," Grant adds.

"That's bullshit; you're all just a bunch of liars!" Casey shouts.

"Casey, I'm sure your brothers do not approve of such language and neither do I. You will wait outside until I call you in and then you can tell your side of the story," Bianca says, remaining firm; wanting Casey away from the situation to give him a chance to calm down.

"Why; that's not fair you're letting these jerk-offs talk first!" Casey yells at Bianca.

Bianca stands up from her desk, beginning to become annoyed.

"Do not yell at me, Mr. Braxton," she states sternly but is quickly interrupted by Wesley arguing back at Casey.

"Hey: who are you calling jerk-off; you're one to talk!" Wesley snaps.

"Mr. James: keep your comments to yourself!" Bianca warns.

"Did I say jerk-off; I meant to say worthless fucking arsehole!" Casey shouts, letting his emotions and frustrations get the better of him as he moves to stand over Wesley with his hands gripped on the arms of Wesley's chair, feeling the urge to punch him out.

Bianca stands stunned for a moment then grows furious.

"Casey Braxton: that is enough! Get and wait outside my office! I will not tolerate that kind of language in my office, let alone my school and I have half a mind to notify your brothers over your display of foul language, when I will be calling home, regarding the fight!" Bianca yells.

Casey silences, never having seen Bianca this angry before, she was always calm and patient.

Casey moves away from Wesley and hangs his head and awkwardly shuffles his feet on the ground, knowing that if either of his big brothers found out about him swearing and not just any swearing but using the f-word, he would be in a world of trouble.

"Now Casey, do as I have asked before I decide to give you a detention for your disrespect and for not cooperating with my instruction," Bianca warns, sternly and points towards her office door.

Casey glares hard at Grant and Wesley and sees them smirking and wants to punch their smirks off their smug faces.

"Casey: move now!" Bianca repeats firmly.

Casey lets out a frustrated huff, "Fine; whatever, I'm going!" He then storms out of the office, slamming the door behind him.

Bianca frowns and lets out a sigh; clearly unimpressed by Casey's immature attitude. Grant and Wesley snicker at Casey's expense and Bianca quickly turns to glare at them.

"I suggest you both stop snickering and if I find out either of you are remotely responsible for the fight you will both be suspended, now please explain what happened."
