Aside from the Weyland-Yutani, there are other factions.

"Okay everyone, your all here, before coming to LV-696/Remnant we the USCM have battled the Weyland-Yutani Corporation and the Xenomorphs yes, but they are not the only factions that we went to war against on Earth as well as other planets", Hakaze told everyone of Remnant that the WY and the Xenomorphs are not the only enemies that USCM have fought against.

"Like us and the Weyland-Yutani, they do have Starships and a Military Force too", Hakaze said that other Human Factions all have interstellar technology as well as Military Weapons and Vehicles.

"Will be listening", Ruby said as they get started.

"Okay, but there will be only 2 Factions that I will be talking about here", Hakaze that there will be only 2 that she will be talking about.

Union of Progressive People

"Will start with the Union of Progressive People or UPP for short, the UPP was created during the Civil War on the colony of Torin Prime in the year 2108 which was caused by former European Union member states Spain and Germany joining Russia in direct response to the perceiving threat of the 3 World Empire and the United Americas. Additional other Countries like Vietnam and several other Asian and Eastern European Countries later joined up with the UPP. The UPP receive massive support from the Chinese/Asian Nations Cooperative, which declined to fold into the UPP due to conflict ideologies. Between the year 2108 and 2111, several Colonize Worlds from the Spinward Outer Veil, fed up with the corporate greed, seceded from the 3 World Empire while others were annexed. No action was taken against the UPP for this as the 3 World Empire lacked the necessary Military Forces to secure those Colonies that the UPP have now. In the year 2117 the UPP became a member of the United Nations Interstellar Settlement Corps, the UNISC is a revision of the old United Nations Interplanetary Corps. In the first half of the year 2150s, the UPP supported rebels on the colony of Helene 215 against the 51 New Deal and left the UNISC after the United Americas annexed the planet and the Marines raided one of their secret supply bases on the colony of Lebanon II. During the Core Conflict, the Hyades Cluster mining colonies and seceded to the UPP leading to the clashes with the Colonial Marines until the 65 UA/UPP Ceasefire."

"In the year 2162 the UPP attempted to subjugate the Frontier world of 8 Eta Bootis A III but an independent planet supported by the planet's old regime and ask the United Americas for help which led to the infamous Tientsin Campaign. The 3 year-long conflict decimated the once lush world and left it all in ruins with no decisive winner. Following that incident, the UPP was locked in a state of a cold war with the USCMC and the United Americas as well and signed the Pang Ho Treaty. In the year 2179, the UPP was rumored to behind the destruction of both Hadley's Hope colony on LV-426 and the Colonial Marine rescue team by nuking the site from orbit but actually the wasn't actually the case because of the Xenomorph outbreak thanks to a crashed Engineered Ship. In the same year the UPP Station Rodina, located on the border of the Neroid Sector suffered a severe unidentified viral contagion and was destroyed by the UPP Battlecruiser known as the SSV Nikolai."

In the early 2180s, due to overpopulation and poor resources the UPP become more active in colonizing the Frontier, multiplying it's incursions into colonial space with standoffs between the Space Operating Forces and the Colonial Marines becoming more and more frequent as a result. United Americas Intelligence suspects the UPP to quietly support the J'Har Rebels from Torin Prime for a massive uprising in the Tartarus Sector. In the year 2183, they discovered on KOI-571.02 in the Weyland Era Corinth Colony's deep space storage of David 7 Synthetics that they refurbished as Combat Androids and deployed throughout the Union in defiance of the 2151 New Deal agreement forbidding to use synthetics in combat."

3 World Empire

"Moving on to the 3 World Empire, they were first of the so-called Conglomerate Nations forming in the 2088 a full 15 years before it's nearest equivalent, the United Americas. The 3WE pioneered space exploration and established most of the long-term colonies in the inner systems, becoming the most technologically prosperous interstellar superpower of it's time. Even before it's formation, founding members the United Kingdom and Japan had led the way in space exploration and settlement technologies, primarily through the British Weyland Corp and the Japanese Yutani Corporation, both of which became the first companies to construct Human Colonies on other planetary bodies within the Solar System."

"It was this dawning of the interstellar age that triggered the formation of the 3WE confronted with the possibility of potentially endless resources among the stars, the UK and Japan jointly realized that they would have a stronger base from which to pursue this newly unlocked potential if they pooled their resources. Together with India and several countries united to begin the process of traveling out into the stars and colonizing new worlds. Due to their preexisting technology which give them the advantage, the 3WE spread quickly throughout the Core Systems and into the resource-rich Outer Veil. In 2183, 3WE member states included Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Kenya, Fiji and others including the former subjects of the now-dissolved European Union."

"In the Colonial Age, the 3WE was responsible for the arrest of the members of them Monastic Order of Arceon, technophobic movement that released a computer virus wiping out a huge portion of date and banished them from Earth. Weyland-Yutani Corporation was contracted to contain and move the cult to a remote location which is the Khadaju System which was controlled by the 3WE since the year 2120s and was annexed by the United Americas in the 2150s. In 2152 the 3WE leased the Fiorina 161 mining complex and recommissioned it as a Class C penal complex that would be closed in 2175 due to the political change of climate. Around this time, the 3WE suffered a revolt on a member world of Linna 349, this insurrection was launched Rebels Forces that attempted to take over the planet's government. As it lacked the necessary resources on the Outer Rim to handle the threat, the 3WE ask for help from the United Americas Allied Command. The UAAC so eager to help in exchange for a new tariff and export treaties, dispatched the Colonial Marines to assist in the reclamation of Linna 349. After the so-called Bug-Boy Rebellion was squashed the Colonial Marines maintained an Occupation Force on Linna 349 despite the requests from the 3WE to relinquish control over the planet. In 2182, 3WE member state Australia suffered a massive food shortage and led an uprising against the 3WE. This conflict was known as the Food Riots that was put down with a nuclear strike on the Australian capital city of Canberra."

"When War on the Frontier came in 2184, various systems began to secede from the 3WE, with New Albion's departure and establishment of it's own breakaway government, the New Albion Protectorate being one of the more infamous examples. In 2187 the 3WE dignitaries were dispatched to a summit at the Pushan Conference and Business Complex on LV-846 arranged to defuse tensions between the 3WE and other government factions, however the meeting was disrupted by the outbreak and coming of the Xenomorphs unleashed by the clandestine Deep Void group."

"That's about it", Hakaze said after finishing the lore of the UPP and the 3WE.

"So all these Factions are from Earth?" Ozpin ask and yes they are.

"Correct, because those Countries that formed the UPP and the 3WE are from Earth", Hakaze said that all of the Countries of Earth are responsible for forming the 2 Factions.

"Weyland-Yutani is really a Corporation that's from Earth too and the 3WE did play part for their formation", Hakaze what part was played for the formation of the Weyland-Yutani Corporation.

"What actually really happened in Hadley's hope", Weiss ask what really went on there.

"Colonial Marines were actually dispatch to Hadley's Hope to rescue the Colonist on LV-426 because one of the Colonist accidently unleashed the Xenomorph outbreak after finding the Engineer Ship. The rescue was a complete disaster and many of them are KIA. Eventually the survivors had to blow up the Atmosphere Reactor or Power Plant that blew up like Nuclear Reactor to destroy all of the Xenomorphs that infested that place even the Queen Xenomorph. Eventually everyone was meant to believe the UPP actually caused the disaster in Hadley's Hope went actually the Xenomorphs are the real caused of it all."

"Nukes or Nuclear Missile is a weapon of mass destruction that was develop on Earth but there not the only one", Hakaze also mentions the weapons of mass destruction like Nukes.

"Oh that Viral Contagion is actually the same Black Goo Pathogen used by the Engineers", Hakaze explains what happened to the UPP Space Station.

"Anyway we all know the Xenomorphs even the Black Goo are here in Remnant, especially the Weyland-Yutani Corporation as well, but we never know if the UPP or 3WE will ever find their way here", Hakaze mention that they don't know if the UPP or 3WE will ever come Remnant if they discover the planet.
