Ticking chapter 2
By the time Duncan and Geoff made it to their first class, a lot of people were talking about it.
"Noah was running from Duncan when this kid pushed him down the stairs without putting a finger on him!"
"Wow!"
"A kid that strong…"
"It's inhuman, I tell you! There is no way a kid that strong could push Duncan down a whole flight of stairs without touching him."
Trent and DJ were sitting down in their seats when they saw them come in.
Trent said "Duncan, we heard a kid pushed you down the stairs."
DJ said "A whole flight of stairs. There is not a single kid in this school, let alone in this grade who can push you down a flight of stairs in a second without touching you."
Meanwhile, 1 floor down, 2 rooms away…
Noah was thinking "Who was that person? I still can't believe…No, maybe it was just my imagination."
A girl with red hair and wearing a blue sweatshirt and red pants said "Nobody could do that to Duncan. Somebody has to be very strong to get Duncan like that."
A boy Noah knew that his name is Horace said "Not even Eva could do that to him and she's the strongest girl in the school."
