Bob Harper was accustomed to long days at work on the Ranch in Calabasas, California. The Biggest Loser took up a huge chunk of his life but he wouldn't have it any other way because it brought meaning and peace to his life. It also kept him extremely busy and sent him all over the country. The hot So Cal sun was pounding down on the ground outside of the gym where he sad idly in the grass waiting for the contestants to finish their interviews. Waiting around in between training sessions was possibly one of the most boring things in existence, he though to himself.
Ah ha, he said to himself as Jillian Michaels slowly approached from the gym doors. She had an exacerbated look on her face as she walked toward him with her arms crossed. He knew that her mood had been touchy most of the morning and knew that her team was in for one hell of a workout if that transcended into her training. As she sat down next to him she noted that he'd worn her favorite cologne and her face softened a bit. She hit the ground with a light thud and turned to him.
"Oomph," she exclaimed as her butt made contact with the grass and the hard earth beneath. "They're done in there but Alison just showed up. No telling if we're gonna get to train today or not," she said in an irritated tone. "Well, again today I mean. If they have a challenge I just hope it's a fair one for both teams this time. It pisses me off when the producers jack with my team to give yours an advantage. And don't say they never do that…you know they do," she finished her rant and pasted a forced smile on her face.
Bob grimaced at her and broke the gaze she'd set. "You know I don't approve of them doing that crap, but what can I do about it? The same that you can do about it…nothing," he said with a cheeky grin on his face. "Your girls are pretty smart though, they'll be around for a while."
Just as Bob finished his sentence the contestants walked out and headed for a large van. Only eight contestants were left on the Ranch at this point; Four of Jillian's team and four of Bob's team remained in the 'game.' They waved as the entered the vans and Jillian threw her hands up in the air. She hopped up and held her hand out for Bob to take and pulled him upward with a loud grunt. She cracked up into laughter as Bob reached over to dust the grass and dirt off of her butt.
"Don't touch the merchandise," she said teasingly.
"Five finger discount?" he said with defiance in his voice. "Let's go work out," he stated, not so much as a request but a fact.
"If we must…." Jillian said with a huff of air.
Once they were thoroughly dusted off they walked together to the gym. Bob was a renegade and gave Jillian a forceful booty bump as they reached to door. She want flying to the side but recovered just short of falling. She ran into the gym and punched him lightly in the arm in retaliation. Bob stood at six feet and two inches so he was a giant in both size and weight compared to Jillian's 117 pound and five foot two inches frame.
"A hole," Jillian often abbreviated her favorite curse word out of habit, as she often let it slip in front of her Godson and his mother approved more of 'a hole' than asshole. Better to avoid the full work all together she felt.
