Amazing how a simple law enforcement threat coerced a cooperation out of Stout.

"My apologies, please...(extends his hand to shake Parker's) I'm Commanding Officer of this fleet, Marcus Stout..if you have any questions"

Parker did a quick inconspicuous up and down assessment of the Captain. Made more effortless by the fact his eyes were hidden behind a sleek pair of Ray-Bans. It was puzzling to him how he cared more about the reputation of his fleet than a murder of one of his own. Then again, he could be hiding something.

The group then split into pairs. McGee and Ziva, Parker and DiNozzo. Checking every square inch of the vessel. Parker noticed a young man leaning against the railing, taking note of his rather strange, nervous-like behavior. He gets DiNozzo's attention with a low psst, simultaneously tilting his head towards the sailor. Right away, Tony picked up on this and the two Agents make their way over to investigate further.

"Uh, 'scue me. Agent Parker with NCIS (briefly flashes badge) and we'd like to ask ya a couple questions"

The senior Agent immediately noticed something awry concerning the young man. He appeared flustered, his skin clammy in appearance. Either he was seasick (and certainly in the wrong vocation) or he was guilty of something.

"Ah, n-now's not a good time"

He nervously responded. DiNozzo's brow shot up in both amusement and awe he had the balls to answer with something that incriminating. Parker gave a dry laugh.

"Sorry, pal, that wasn't exactly a multiple choice..what's your name and rank?"

DiNozzo kept eyes on him like a hawk. It almost appeared as though he were starting to comply. He moves his hand slowly from the railing, approaching the Agents even more at a snail's pace. The uneasy motions of the sea almost made Parker feel as though he were reliving the horrors of morning sickness all over again. He then remembered the natural, herbal seasickness medication taking earlier. Hoping soon it would kick in.

Tony then takes notice as the young man oddly stops, standing beside a small drawstring bag of heavy linens. He smirks.

"Ha, yeah..I guess you're right..'an as far as that goes...I'm not tellin' you jack!"

Tony was so preoccupied with the bizarre instant shift in behavior, he hadn't noticed as the strange young man immediately grabbed the drawstrings of the bag, using it's weight like a shot-put ball, hurled it towards Dinozzo. Acting as a very efficient distraction tactic. Gave him just enough time to zero in on his real target. The heavily pregnant Agent. Now with both men's attention wavered from the sailor, he took the opportunistic, split second moment to strike. Sending a steel-toed boot right into Parker's stomach.

He immediately screams in pain, falling to the floor, clutching his stomach. Tony wasted no time in tackling the son of a bitch to the ground. Pushing his face into the cold, hard floor as he forcefully slapped a pair of handcuffs on him. He immediately radios for Ziva and McGee to assist.

"You're not goin' anywhere, asshole!"

Tony vehemently spat as he tended to his injured superior. Leaving the deranged sailor helpless, lying on the ground with his hands cuffed behind his back.

"Hey, hey. You alright, Boss?"

Boss. It was something he hadn't said since Gibbs' departure. But Parker was one of them now, and he'd be damned if some lowlife injured him and brought harm to the Agent's unborn daughter. He places a hand on the older Agent's back for support. The father-to-be, very slowly, getting to his feet with the aid of DiNozzo. Parker couldn't even bare to look the creep in the face. Finally managing to get his breathing under control, but something felt off.

"I..I dunno.."

Sounding as though he had just finished a marathon. His heart leapt into his throat when realizing he couldn't feel his daughter moving. Suddenly, he immediately shuts his eyes, letting out a hiss of pain. As if his abdomen was being stabbed by a flurry of knives. DiNozzo then spots Ziva and McGee closing in. Shocked and panicked expressions etched across their faces.

"Call an ambulance!"

Tony shouted. He and Parker may have got off to an awkward start. But he'd be damned if some deranged scrub was going to take Parker's baby girl's life.
