Dose 1: The Fool

It's been ages hasn't it?

Don't be shy, don't tell me you have grown to be like that after all this time. I did promise to tell you about this Arcana now did I? So sit down and have some tea, welcome back to the place where mind and matter intersect.

How about we talk about the Fool Arcana no?

Arcana number zero, like the number itself represents infinite possibilities. A bucket that can be filled with anything, as such Personas of the Fool Arcana are naturally versatile, capable of filling a spot in any role.

You have seen Ophiuchus yes? The Doctor's Persona is capable of healing as well as delivering powerful blows. Though as you have seen with his fight with that newcomer "Testament", it proved futile as his flames overpowered his ice.

Suppose that is the weakness of the Fool, so many skills yet they are not the master of such. That is why in the tale of the Arcana, the Fool goes on a journey to learn about themselves. How about I show some of the Fools under his repertoire yet.

LV 5
Obariyon

Weak: Electricity
Resists: Physical
Null: None

"Known as the "piggyback demon" in Japanese folklore, one can encounter one while traversing the woodlands. While invisible, the weight that gets heavier as time goes by is really felt. That said if you managed to carry the ordeal back home it will turn into many coins. Surprisingly Obariyon are a thing in Higashi as well."

Transmutates to: Heavy Weight
"
A heavy weight that can strapped to the ankles, overtime they say you can feel yourself get faster."
Increases AG when equipped if EN is high enough, if not then they lose AG instead during this time EN and AG grow faster
when you level up.

Heavyweight
Chance to strengthen Phys attacks by 20% or reduce it's power by the same amount.

Learns: Physical Skills and Sukunda

I wonder if this being's conception was based on the idea of hard work turns into wealth in the future if you continue to endure? That would fit with their culture, you have to respect that dedication to the grind. Nevertheless, it's ability to swing hard or swing low pretty much brings it down to average but its resistance is very valuable to the Doctor no? A lot of their enemies have Physical-based attacks but thankfully he didn't encounter enemies that use electricity until he replaced this one.

Now then onto the next page.

LV 17
Astolfo

Weak: Earth
Resists: Wind
Null: None

"The Son of Otto and one of Charlemagne's Paladins, he's a hero who had gone on many adventures like capturing a giant or flying to the moon."

Transmutates into: Argalia
Weapon: Staff
"A lance by a renowned knight, it can ensnare anyone and anything even the hearts of women and even men alike."
May sometimes either Brainwash or Paralyze the enemy hit by this.

Paladin's Soul
Regular Physical Skills can act as Bless attacks if the enemy is weak to it.

Learns: Physical Skills, Wind Skills, Light Brand and other Light Physical Moves

Ah, Astolfo. In the tale he originate in, he truly was a wild card. Going to the moon and all. He was key to the Doctor's strategy in defeating the Shadow of that Pythia crossbowman. His codename is Faust right? Apologies, my memory for the deceased isn't that good. Another rare weakness so far, and is very fast. Paladin's Soul allows the Doctor to add strong Physical abilities that will devastate anyone unfortunate enough to be born weak to the light.

Although at this point, the man has gotten stronger that he doesn't need Astolfo anymore it is key to note the valiant knight's contributions to his liege's campaign. Very well, onto the final Persona for now.

LV30
Legion

Weak: Bless
Resists: Physical, Projectile, Fire, Psy
Null: None

"The embodiment of the phrase "we are many." It comes from an ancient military term for three-thousand to six-thousand army unit."

Transmutes into: Spirit Drain [Skill Card]

Multi-Faceted
If your next Persona Skill is a different affinity from your last cast, increase its damage.

Learns: Physical Skills, Psy Skills, Draining Skills

Egads, just its appearance is enough to intimidate his opponents. Oddly enough he didn't exactly use this Persona so far, it's just sitting here in his sub-stock. Maybe he plans to fuse with something perhaps? Well even if he didn't Legion has a lot of resistances compared to the previous two so far, maybe because of the level gap? But Legion is really capable of stealing life-force or soul energy from his opponents, allowing the Doctor to be a bit frugal with his consumable items.

It's name is based of a legion of men and that translates into a fleshy blob full of faces. At least it's still as sturdy as a legion. The word came from Rome, one has to wonder if the same nomenclature existed in Gaul. Even though they are different worlds, Gaul and Rome do share some similarities.

Finally, it's trait is somehow different from the old records. However, Multi-faceted allows for more variety and rewards that with extra damage.

Well that's all for now, thank you for keeping me company. And next time, since we had a new companion joining the Persona-users, let's skip a few shots and schedule an appointment for the Hermit Arcana next time.

If you still have questions, as always do consult the Doctor.

And as always...keep an open mind.
