I just found out I am in a herpes ad. I swear my ex-girlfriend did this to me on purpose. Can I sue her for defamation of character?
Like the title says... My ex-girlfriend set me up to be in a herpes ad. I had no idea when she said a coworker had a campaign going on that it was going to be for STDs. I never would have said yes. I feel like she tricked me on purpose.
I mean, I guess I didn't ask either, but I trusted her. She must have still been mad that I slept with her sister. But like… it's not like she didn't start talking to that other dude right away.
Anyway, can I sue her? Girls don't want to sleep with me anymore 'cause they see my face on that huge billboard. I even tried to sue the Angela chick, but she reminded me that I signed paperwork saying I understood it was for an STD ad. Like… she acts like people actually read what they sign or something.
Should I get a lawyer?

Six months ago, I asked for advice on if I should sue my ex-girlfriend. Most of you told me I shouldn't. Well, I didn't listen and I did sue her. So, we went to court, and that stupid bitch actually won. I can't believe the judge would side with her. And to make it worse, she actually got a lawyer to look over her stuff and I have to pay her legal fees now.

I'm glad you have to pay your ex back for wasting her and her sttorney's time by causing this ridiculousness in the first place.
