Domain of Butterflies.
Sanemi held Giyuu in his arms as he waited for Shinobu to arrive for the medical visit.
Giyuu looked around curiously seeing that it was the first time in a while that he hadn't come out of the Wind Domain.
That's when Shinobu appeared with a syringe and as soon as Giyuu saw it, he panicked.
5 seconds later, Giyuu stood on top of the cabinet angrily hissing.
Sanemi meanwhile was trying to bring Giyuu down from his hiding place while Shinobu wondered if there was no other way than the syringe.
