"Sasuke, You are weak" Itachi's words echoed through his head as he laid on the hospital bed

A knock on his door signals the hokage entering the room as he sits down on a chair he greets him with a soft smile "Hello young Sasuke" "Hello lord 3rd" Sasuke replies "Now I hope you're doing alright it's been a week since the incident and you will be let out tomorrow" "That is great news" He says politely "However why are you telling me this instead of a nurse" Sasuke asks "Ah well that's exactly what I'm about to tell you " The hokage tells him calmly "Well you see it appears you awakened your sharingan" He announces "That's great news, but i still don't know why that's so important other than being the only one anyone can steal?" Sasuke asks once again "Well I'm just going to give it to you straight... You have unlocked the mangekyo sharingan" the Sarutobi said

Sasuke collapses to the ground as he tries using Amateratsu again, He's been using it for a while now making one of Haku's mirrors melt however he past out because of chakra exhaustion and needles, He used it against Orochimaru in the forest of death but he just regurgitated right out, he used it against Garra who just sacrificed a piece of sand, he used it against Naruto but his weird chakra protected him from it and now he's training with Orochimaru "Sasuke come with me" Orochimaru says as he sees Sasuke collapsing

Sasuke knowing not to ask questions for now gets up slowly and follows Orochimaru to his lab "Now Sasuke since I have observed you get extremely fatigued whenever you use your mangekyo I have decided to give you a way to counteract this" Orochimaru says ominously"Ok fine just give it to me" Sasuke accepts "Well we need to knock you out first" Orochimaru says with a deadpan face "Knock me wh-" Sasuke could not finish as Kabuto hits him in the head with a frying pan "I told you to give him the sleeping gas" Orochimaru tells Kabuto in a disappointed tone "Yeah well it's easier this way and I didn't use enough force for any real damage" Kabuto responds with his fanon uchiha rivaling smirk "how does that- whatever just get him onto the surgical table" Orochimaru resigns his thoughts as he prepares to do surgery

(A few months ago)

"Sasuke" Sakura's shook is comparable to getting struck by a thunderbolt speaking of which "Kirin" Sasuke brought his hand down on Sakura and Team Kakashi (great band name I know) when suddenly "SPIRALLING TORNADO!!!" Naruto jumps in summoning a giant tornado to block the bolt of lightning "SASUKE!!!!" "NARUTO!!!!!" "SASUKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" "NARUTOOOO!!!!!!" "SSSSSSSSSSSAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSUUUUUUUUUKEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!" "NAAAAAAAARRRRRUUUUUUUUTOOOOOOOO!!!!!"

"Sasuke go home you're drunk" Naruto tells Sasuke "No" Sasuke responds

Sasuke, Orochimaru and Kabuto disappear

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" Naruto shouts "he forgot to give me the key to the ramen supply" Naruto says watering up a bit

as Sasuke walks over the bridge to his greatest fight yet he fires a fireball at the sky "Just in case" He says

Entering the hallway he sees Itachi sitting on a throne "hello little brothe-" "Char style: flaming vines" He makes a one handed handsign and tries to catch Itachi but it was an illusion as Itachi appears behind him "foolish little brother do you think that is enough to catch m-" "Kagatsuchi: Black spikes" Sasuke says stabbing Itachi as he disappears again and reappears 30 feet away "Foolish little brothe-" "Kirin" Sasuke summons the Bolt of lightning to kill his brother

As the roof collapses Sasuke sees a tired Itachi in a susannoo" Little brother come here

Sasuke has never activated his susannoo yet on account of not knowing it exists till now

As Itachi wobbles his way to Sasuke as Sasuke shoots fireball after fireball at him "I love you Sasuke, You don't need to forgive me" Itachi says as he taps Sasuke's forehead with his finger as a sealing matrix appears destroying the curse mark "You'll always be my little brother" Itachi says his last words as he collapses dead on the floor

While the emotional side of Sasuke is going through his trauma his intellectual side asks the question 'Was it really this easy?'
