My POV

I am Delia Prior , 16years old. I am the daughter for Andrew and Natalia prior who are the leader of Abnegation. Abnegation values selfless and we pursue peace with each other . I have one sister and brother whose name are :Beatrice and Caleb prior .

When we are 16years old, we can actually choose to stay in our own faction or leave at the choosing ceremony. However with the ideas of faction before blood, if we decide to leave our birth faction, that mean we forsake our family permanently. I know myself is not good for Abnegation but I also don't want to hurt my family.

Last year Marcus Eaton's son , Tobias Eaton left us for dauntless and very soon Erudite released a report which attacking Marcus's personality trait. They said that because Marcus is so aggressive that his son left him. Of course, we do not believe them.

"Sister!" Beatrice is shaking me awake

"Yes ! I am sorry sister. I am just very tired today. "I feel exhausted .

"We have to start the class very soon and you are telling me that you are tired!" Uriah giggles"come on , go wash your face okay?"

Uriah is from dauntless and his brother is my boyfriend. However only he knows about it and other don't have any ideas

"Stop talking to your sister in law like that !" Zeke standing beside the door"come on honey. "

Zeke waves at me. I stand up and run toward him. He hugs me in his arm. My sister opens her mouth so wide.

"Sister in law? Uriah , my sister is your brother's girlfriend?" Beatrice looks at both of us.

"Yes she is my girlfriend. Good morning beatrice , borrow your sister for a minute." Zeke drags me out of the class room.

I look at Zeke . He is happy today. He pushes me against the war and kisses me. His hand is brushing my face.

"I miss you honey for so long. How are you doing at school so far ." Zeke kisses my cheek afterward"is there any boy who goes after you?"

"I am good . Zeke, it is too fast ." I feel my heart beat rises."your brother follows me everywhere I go, how can there be anyone comes after me."

I roll my eyes at Zeke. And now i find a man is scolding another man. The man who is scolded looks very down

"What hell is that!" I am so angry at that shorter boy

"He is Eric coulter, the new leader. And that one is Alan Davis. He is a lieutenant but he has less power than Eric." Zeke grabs me

"Let go of me!" I push Zeke away and run toward them"stop it."

Alan Davis pov

I bring Zeke to abnegation because he wants to see his girlfriend Delia prior . I know that is risky but he has a brother in school so that will be the best under cover. I am here because I have to get to a meeting under Max's order to talk to Andrew and Natalia prior.

However when Zeke leaves, Eric coulter comes to me . He is the new leader of dauntless but he has more authority than me. Even I am the lieutenant for max but because of Jeanine Matthew's force, max can do nothing for me.

"Alan why are you even here?" Eric smirks at me

"Then why are you here! I am here to look for Andrew and Natalia prior." I folded my arms in front of my chest.

"I am here to monitor you and why is Zeke also here ?" Eric looks confused

He saw us when we left the headquarter? That is not a good sign. However even he has more authority than me, I can be sure that Jeanine and Eric don't dare to touch me

"Why he can't be here? He is the member of dauntless already so he is free to leave without any accompany." I say it in a loud voice

"How dare you talk to me like that." Eric coulter lifts his gun and aiming at me .

I know that he will not kill me but now a girl is standing in front of me. She is little but she is angry now

"Stop it! Don't hurt him, if you are brave , kill me ." She smirks

"Oh stiff? From abnegation, you are for sure braver than your friends." Eric coulter pulls the trigger in the chamber but the girl doesn't move

Now Zeke comes toward us . He pushes Eric away

"She is my girlfriend Delia. How dare are you go to do it!" Zeke yells

She is Delia? She is zeke's girlfriend? Why I am feeling so disappointed? Is that because I have a little feeling for her and then when I know that she is zeke's girlfriend, I feel sad?

"Delia prior? Andrew prior's daughter ?" Eric takes back his gun.

"Yes I am . You touch him one more time. I will inform my father and whole entire council about it. I know that your leadership is appointed by someone else." Delia hissed a little

She is so cute and Zeke is for sure very lucky. Zeke turns around and kisses her on her forehead

"Honey it's okay. I will deal with it. Alan you should go okay?" Zeke smiles at me

"Thanks Delia and Zeke. I will be back to pick you up very soon." I leave the building.

My pov

Alan Davis leaves and I relief a little. Eric looks at me for a long time and then turns around and leaves behind Alan. Eric is a jerk because I know it already. Zeke hugs me so tight .

"Honey it is very dangerous. Don't do it okay? You are not dauntless and you don't need to protect anyone." Zeke is crying

"However I don't see any different between selfless and bravery." I shake my head "let go of me . And Zeke , why are you here any way."

I know that Zeke comes to me not because he misses me because I already hear about he and Nadia .

"I miss you." He brushes my face with his hands "I love you."

"No zeke , you don't love me anymore right? You are with Maria as I heard from your brother." I push him away .

"Delia, listen to me . That is my fault but I love you still and I broke up with her already ." Zeke grabs my hand

I shake my head. I can't accept any form of betrayal for any relationship .

"Zeke I have enough of this . I want you to be happy okay?" I step back"you can be with any one that you want. You don't need to think about me."

"Sister! Time for class." Beatrice is calling me

"You can go first. I will be right there!" I shout.

Beatrice leaves and I relief a little because she did not see it. Zeke looks at me coldly right now

"Is that because that you are in love with Alan?" Zeke laughs coldly.

"What hell are you thinking!" I slap his face

He grabs my face and forced to kiss me . I struggle but he is too strong.

"Zeke let her go!" Alan comes back and grabs zeke's neck

He drags him away from me . I cough so loud that my neck hurt

"Brother what are you doing to Delia!" Uriah runs toward me and stands beside me .

"You are the one who tell her about me and Maria ? Uriah , why you are doing that to me ? I and Maria already broke up." Zeke yells at Uriah

"It is not fair for Delia brother . Can you understand that she loves you very much." Uriah protects me .

Alan looks at all of us for a minute then start to speak

"Zeke you told me that you are loyal to Delia and now it is a lie?" Alan says in disbelief.

"I am sorry. That was an accident ." Zeke cries

Alan Davis's pov

I look at Delia . She is so small and weak. Zeke is now making me angry. I can never meet this kind of girl but when he has her, he doesn't take it seriously. I want to punch him but I have to bear with it.

"Zeke let go okay! She is no longer your girlfriend." I drag him out of the school with me"do not come back here ever again."

"Why Alan? Are you interesting in Delia right now too? Just because she protects you? That means nothing because she will always protect those people who are weaker" Zeke says in a heavy voice

Really? She will do that for anyone? I feel depressed but I have to act that I don't care about it.

"Why do you think that I like her? What is your problem?" I walk toward the track

"Your eyes tell me everything okay Alan ?" Zeke chases after me

I climb up to the track and train will be here any minute soon. Zeke breaths heavily

"Alan, I am sorry." Zeke is crying "I don't know why I have done that. I was drunk and then when I woke up, I found out Maria was beside me."

"You don't need to say sorry for me because I am not Delia ." I shake my head "and you need to be sorry for yourself as well."

The train is coming and I run as fast as I can . When I reach the handle , I grab it. I open the door and haul myself in the train. Delia, will she likes me or not? Will she comes to dauntless ? I don't know .

"Alan." Someone is calling me"are you all right?"

"Hana ?" I wake up from my staring and see Hana right in front of me.

"What are you thinking! You nearly falls out!" She grabs my arm

She is Zeke and Uriah's mom. Her husband dead many years ago and now she is flirting with max.

"Nothing." I say it calmly.

"I know about Zeke and Maria and also with that girl."Hana sits down with me

I look at her. She is tired and I don't want to make her more exhausted

"It is okay Hana. Zeke is still young and one day he may understand that." I clap her shoulder.

"Thanks Alan." Hana rests her head on my shoulder and I move away"you are girlfriend for max right now. Please leave me alone "

I don't want any rumour come out for me and Hana . It is not because of max but because of Delia.
