Finding Love in Comfort

Noah was upset. No upset wasn't a good word frustrated beyond belief was much better. All of a sudden a girl walked up behind him.
"Hey Noah are you okay?" asked the girl.
"Oh it's just you, Ally," said Noah. The girl he looked up to see was definitely his friend Ally only she looked like she had left in the middle of a fashion show (which was pretty likely considering she's a model). She was dressed in a black tank top with red and white paint splattered on it, a red mini skirt with white fishnet covering it, and a pair of black stilettos.
"I got your text," she said sitting down on her obviously designer skirt.
"Good, so you should know why I asked you to come instead of Rex," Noah said sounding more angry than anything.
"Actually I don't my phone died before I could read all of it," Ally shyly said.
"Of course that happens, even when I text I'm not listened to," Noah screamed.
"Noah this isn't about my phone is it?" Ally asked.
"No, it's about Rex," Noah admitted grudgingly.
"What did he do now," Ally asked.
"He blew me off for Circe, and then she told him not to hang out with me any more," Noah screamed. Ally rubbed Noah's back soothing his anger and practically melting him at the same time. Noah liked Ally and not just for her supermodel looks, but for her, he loved (yes I said loved) her quirks, her obsessions, and her love for mysteries (which is one of her obsessions). He just wished that she liked him back.
"I'm sure he wants to be your friend and is breaking up with her right now," she whispered in his ear making him putty in her hands. Not that she would ever use him with her fantastic seduction techniques.
"Yeah right," said Noah "he's probably making out with her now."
"How do you know that?" she asked. Noah looked at her like she was insane.
"What makes you say that?" he asked.
"I saw him at the fashion show he told me he was looking for you and wanted to apologize for Circe," She answered.
"But," Noah began.
"But nothing you both will be better friends than we will ever be," said Ally looking away sadly. That's when Noah knew this was the time to tell her. He was just opening his mouth when Rex came running.
"There you guys are I was hoping I'd find you," Rex said looking relieved. 'I'll tell her soon' Noah thought as he and Rex talked. W hen he looked back Ally was smiling at him and he knew that he found love in comfort.
