Peter raced Sarah to the hospital where Clark was able to rush Dr. Stone in from Metropolis to try and help save her. He knew their identities and they didn't need to keep anything from him.

Peter watched from outside the operating room as a dozen doctors tried their hardest to save her life. Sooner or later, he wasn't sure when the rest of the League joined his side. They all stood by their comrade as they watched Sarah fight to stay alive.

After some time, Stone exited the operating room and took a few deep breaths. "I'm so sorry," he said.

Peter froze in fear as he exclaimed, "What?!"

Stone sighed as he wiped his glasses. "We did the best that we could," he said, "but by the time you got here, she had lost too much blood. Whatever that bullet was laced with, it's killing her."

Peter wished he could sit and cry, but his mask and identity prevented Z and Jessica from comforting him.

Bruce asks, "What do you need to save her life?"

Stone says, "We...we would need a blood transfusion. Is there anyone here who's a genetic match?"

Barry said, looking at everyone, "His brother."

Clark said, "I lost him in the sewers. The tunnels were lined with some old lead; I couldn't see."

"Without him, I'm not sure there's another genetic match for her blood. Normal blood would kill her, because of the radiation in her blood."

That's when it clicked for Peter as he looked down at his veins like he could see through the suit and get an idea. Norman had made the serum that created them from his own blood, meaning he could be a genetic match.

Peter stated, "I am a genetic match; I can save her." He then showed his veins.

Stone was concerned about the idea. "The thing is that this transfusion will leave even you weak."

Peter proclaimed, "I don't care. I can't let her die. They can help me while I recover. Hook me up."

Stone saw his dedication and knew that his team would be willing to help protect him. They started to set it all up, putting him in the chair and setting him up. He began the transfusion between the two and hoped that something would happen. Peter was slowly getting weaker and weaker whilst they watched the difference start to happen with Sarah.

Sarah was growing stronger, her body was beginning to heal, and her body physiology was beginning to save her. By the time the infusion was done, Peter was practically running on empty. His entire body was now too weak to fight back or even walk, whilst Sarah was starting to wake up. When she opened her eyes, Jessica was the first one to see her. This was one of the few times they met face-to-face after learning she existed.

Jessica greeted her with a smile and said, "Hello."

Sarah smiled and gave her a nod, not entirely capable of speaking in her weaker state.

"Nice to finally meet you," Jessica said with a chuckle. "I'm...well, I am-"

Sarah managed to wheeze out, "Peter's clone. I know. I helped create you."

Jessica sighed as if she should have seen it coming. "I'm just glad that you're okay," she said.

Sarah then leaned over and grabbed a piece of paper. She struggled to begin writing, and Jessica was confused about what she was doing. Meanwhile, with Peter, he was starting to come to, and when he opened his eyes, he was met with Zatanna leaning over his bed.

Zatanna asks him, caressing his hand, "How are you feeling?"

Peter groaned and wheezed a little. "It's like I was attacked by Morbius."

Zatanna chuckled as she recalled the Living Vampire run-in a few years back. "Stone said that you might be a little dizzy. He said you shouldn't stand up too fast for a little while."

Peter looked around and wondered where Sarah was. "Where is Sarah?"

"She's fine, she's in the next room." Zatanna nodded her head toward the wall behind her. "They figured it would be best to keep the two of you in separate rooms under the protection of the Justice League. One of the nurses tried to sneak in during the transfusion and lift your mask."

"Where is she now?" Peter wonders.

"In California. Flash decided to do us a quick favor." Zatanna said with a chuckle, caressing Peter's face. "He beat me by one second."

Peter chuckled and leaned into her touch. "I love you," he said.

"You'd better," Zatanna chuckled.

There was a knock on the door and it was Jessica. "Hey."

"Hello, Jess," Zatanna greeted her.

"Oh, you guys have fun nicknames for one another now?" Peter tried to sound offended, though it failed with his woozy voice. "How long has this been going on?"

Jessica joked, "In my case, three days. In our case, about fifteen years, right?"

"It's only been three days? I can't believe how much has changed in just three days," Peter said incredulously. "God, time is a bitch."

"How is Kaine doing with the others?" Zatanna wonders.

Jessica said they were doing okay. Considering. She shrugged. Seems like Ross was driving him insane, and the other clone wasn't helping.

"I'm gonna go let the others know you're both okay," Jessica said as she started to make her way out. She left the two of them alone, clutching a small paper in her hands. When she reached the others. "They're both okay."

"Thank goodness," Barry breathed a sigh of relief.

"They're both awake and responding okay," Jessica said as she handed over the paper. "Sarah gave it to me."

Clark asks as he looks over the paper. "What is it? Numbers?"

Victor looked over the paper and saw what it was. "Not numbers. Coordinates."

"Coordinates to what?" Arthur wonders.

Victor guessed, "It must be the base of the Injustice Society."

"We can end this." Barry saw what she was telling them to do. "Finally bring these monsters to justice."

"Then let's do it," Arthur stated, getting up and grabbing his trident.

Clark wonders, "What about Spider-Man?"

Teresa promises, "I will stay with him; there is no one who would dare pry me away."

"Then let's get going," Bruce says as he calls for a ride.

Back with the Injustice League, they watched on the news as the twins were attacked and either hurt or dying. Otto and Lex weren't surprised when they watched this happen and were actually a little pleased to see them die.

"The last remnants of Norman Osborn's existence were wiped away," Otto said happily as he watched.

"All the time it took to raise them, it must be sad for Thawne to watch them die like that," Lex said sarcastically as they strolled around the others, all that remained. "Or does he not care?"

Otto seemed surprised to admit, "He says it's not yet happened from where he stands in the timeline."

"It must be great to know that your future is set," Lex said with a smile as he looked out to the swamp where their base was located. "And I'm glad to say the same thing for us. The Justice League must be in shambles at this point."

"Really?" Someone asked, causing everyone to jump as they looked and noticed Superman floating above them. He had his arms crossed and was angry as he looked down upon the criminals. "You seem excited if you know you're going to be behind bars for a dozen accounts of murder."

"How did he find us?!" Cheetah asks as she prepared for another fight.

Snart says as he takes out his gun, "Who cares? I say we can take him! He's alone."

"Am I?" Clark asks.

Bruce then came in, throwing a smoke bomb on the ground and causing smoke to go everywhere. Victor then came and used his blaster arm to shoot at them as everyone ran for cover. Thawne sighed as he saw his victory was short-lived...for now. All he had to do was do what he did best.

Barry sped into the area and watched as Thawne sped his way out of the building. Barry wasn't going to let him get away that easily and began chasing after the man. Bruce was stuck in a fight against the Cheetah, who was trying to claw at him whilst Bruce used his gauntlets to block off the attack.

Otto was using his arms to try and avoid hitting the wall while trying to get around. But that was when Jessica came in and webbed the two arms, followed by her screaming and kicking him in the face. Otto cried in pain as he stumbled backward, his arms ripping parts of the ground in the process. He growled when he noticed the girl in her version of the Spider-Man persona.

Otto snarled, "Parker."

"It's Jessica, Otto," Jessica said angrily. "And I am here for a beatdown."

"Well, it's a good thing that you came to me," Otto said as he raised his arms to strike. "I will make sure that your death is slow and painful."

"Funny, I was thinking the same thing," Jessica said.

Clark then came and rammed into the doctor, sending him flying into the wall. "It's over, Doctor. Now, where's Luthor?"

"Right here, Superman," Lex called, getting Clark to look upwards. But then he was immediately blasted by a ray of Kryptonite that sent him flying backward. Lex flew down to show he was wearing some sort of suit of armor. "Like my new upgrades? Otto made them for me." He then landed his suit and aimed a rocket at Superman. "And, yes, it's laced entirely with Kryptonite."

Clark says, getting back on his feet, "Didn't think I could take you alone, Luthor, so you tried to level the playing field? It won't be enough."

Clark then shoots out some ice breath whilst Lex shoots another missile to try and shoot him down. Across the room, Arthur was almost hit with a beam from Manta as he used the trident to block the attack. Clark then sped over and crushed the gauntlets with all of his strength and tossed Lex across the room. Then when he was finished, Arthur retaliated by trying to attack him with the trident that Manta quickly blocked with his wrist.

"You half-breed trash," Manta sneered. "I'm going to destroy you once and for all."

"Pal... you've gotta learn to stop saying and start doing," Arthur stated as he spun around, carrying his trident with him, going for Manta's leg.

Back in the hospital, Peter had passed out again and was trying to get his strength back. With the now smaller number of heroes, the hospital staff moved Sarah into the room to keep them together. Teresa walked over to her brother and finally got to meet Zatanna for the first time.

"Hey." Teresa greeted her casually. "I'm-"

"Teresa, Peter's sister." Zatanna interrupted her. "I know. Peter informed me on everything."

"How much do you know?" Teresa was curious to know how much Zatanna was told.

"You and Peter were separated after your parents died," Zatanna recalled what he said. "That you have only recently learned who your parents were. And that you have been keeping him alive in recent days."

"I don't know how he manages to do it alone." Teresa joked, seeing she knows most of her history.

Zatanna chuckled as she looked Peter over. "Yeah, he would be lost without us, wouldn't he?"

But as they were talking, there was something out the window that got their attention. When they looked outward, they noticed something flying towards them. They got ready for some incoming missile strike, but what smashed through the window was a gas canister of sorts.

Zatanna got ready to cast a spell to stop it, but the gas being released ended up knocking the two girls out, causing them to fall and hit the ground. Gabriel then came flying through the window in his Grey Goblin gear and glider. He laughed maniacally as he flew and grabbed Peter, dragging him through several walls before making his way out into the open world.

Luckily with the new air currents, the gas didn't have a chance to reach Sarah as she woke up from the commotion. When she saw the destruction caused, she knew how as responsible for all of it. Getting up, ripping the needles from her body, she stumbled as the transfusion was still doing its work to try and give her strength back. There was basically a battle between Goblin DNA and Spider DNA currently at work. She walked over towards Teresa and Zatanna, noticing the gun on Teresa's holster, and grabbed it.

"I know what you're trying to do!" Gabriel cried as he punched Peter in the face, using one hand to hold him. Peter was too weak from the transfusion to even fight back, hell he could barely realize what danger he was currently in. "You're trying to taint her with your blood!" Then another hit to the face. "Make her a weakling like you! But it won't work!"

Peter wanted to defend himself and explain how he was trying to save her life, but he could barely say a word. He could only take the hits as Gabriel raised him into the air above the hospital before dropping him. Peter was sent spiraling into the ground and slammed into the roof of the hospital. Luckily he didn't break the roof, but he practically dislocated a few body parts from their rightful places.

But he didn't have time to think about that as he felt his senses alert him Gabriel was coming back around. Shooting at Peter as he flew back around, Peter used what little strength he had to duck and jump out of the way.

Manta dodged that attack while using his jetpack to get off the ground and escape the attack. When he was high enough, he used a tether to attach to Arthur and used a tazer to strike him. Arthur however was wearing his armor and it was stronger than the clothes that were once used in battle. He grabbed onto the line and yanked it, pulling Manta to the ground and slamming him into the wall.

Arthur mocks him, "See? It's not so hard, is it?"

Batman was currently in a fight against Cheetah as he grabbed her wrist, which she then used so she could flip around and kick him in the face. When she broke free of his hold, Bruce tried to take a hit to the face which didn't end well when she claws his gloves and leaped into the air to hit him. Punching him in the face, Bruce skidded backward and hit the ground. She went in for another attack, but Bruce pulled out a detonator which set off the bombs surrounding them.

As she was coughing up the smoke, Bruce punched her in the face and took her down.

Thawne was running around the swamp while being chased by Barry all throughout the place. The faster he tried to run to escape him, the faster he ran to catch up with the monster. He wasn't going to let Thawne escape his grasp. When he sped up fast enough, he tried to cause Thawne to trip by shoving into him, but Thawne kept his balance. While they were trying to keep up with one another, they weren't paying attention to the environment they were running around in. The two of them ended up running towards the bottom of a cliff, meaning they were about to run into stone.

The two of them began phasing to try and avoid it, but Barry knew in that process it would be the two against one another. Barry punched Thawne while phasing, causing him to trip and fall. As he rolled around on the ground, Thawne attempted to crawl up and escape, but Barry had already stopped him. When he arrived, he stomped on Thawne's hand and punched him in the face.

"I should kill you now," Barry stated as he grabbed and threw Thawne against a tree. "I should kill you right now and end this."

Thawne chuckled as he watched Barry give into his darkness, actually give in to try and kill him. "Oh, but Barry...you forgot something. You can't!" He continued to mock the man he hated more than life. "If I die, the twins will never be raised. And if the twins are never raised..."

Barry caught on to what he was saying and released his hold. "The kids will die..."

"Now, it might save Diana, but it would also break reality," Thawne said, loving the irony in all of this. "Because then without Sarah, you could never come here and try to stop me."

Barry then lets him go and knew there wasn't anything he could do. It was already written in time he would escape this and go to raise the twins with Norman dead. He wasn't exactly happy with it, but he was going to do it for the sake of time and the twins. And Peter. If they were just up and erased, it could be harmful to both him and time.

Thawne smiled as he walked away and looked back. "Next time, I'll be available for the full fight to the death, Flash," he said.

With that, Thawne sped off into a vortex of time and disappeared.

Jessica leaped as she kicked Otto in the face again and grabbed onto his chest. She then used her feet to stay on his chest while beginning to take him down. She made hit after hit as he tried to take her down, but when a tentacle got close to her, Jessica ripped it off of him.

When she was out of arms, she threw him into the ground and kept punching. But that was when she noticed something. A spark? Jessica was shocked when she then grabbed Otto's head and ripped it off and realized she was fighting a robot.

Jessica snarled and knew that this was something she was going to stop him. "I'll find you, Otto," she said.

Victor was hiding behind a pedestal while Cold was shooting ice from his gun. "What's wrong, robot? Is this fight too cold for you?"

"Nah, just getting warmed up!" Victor said as his cannon was ready. "Besides, I'm a fair sport. Gave you a fighting chance." He then came out of hiding and shot his cold gun. "Boo-ya."

"No!" Snart cried when he saw that his cold gun had been destroyed.

Jesica then came and punched him in the face, knocking a tooth or two out of his mouth in the process. Victor approached her with a shrug. "I had that."

"I know. I just had to get some anger out." Jessica explains as she rubbed her knuckles.

Back with Peter on the hospital roof, he was still trying to get away from Gabe, but every time he went for the door, Gabriel was always ready to go. He even ended up getting grazed on the foot which caused him to stop running. He was left on the ground and was left to get another hit when Gabe came back.

"Look at you." Gabriel scoffed when he saw how weak Peter was now. "You're pathetic, almost not worth killing you. Almost...but we always finish what we start." He then looked above Peter, which got him confused. "Don't we, Sarah?"

Peter looked up and noticed Sarah was looking over him with a gun raised. "Sarah?"

"Poor Spider-Fool. You never understood, did you?" Gabriel asked with a laugh. "The truth is in the blood...and nothing can ever change that. Sarah, finish him, and come with me."

Sarah looked between Peter and Gabriel and sighed as she knew what she had to do. She raised the gun into the air and opened fire on her own brother before he even had a chance to think. When she shot the glider, the Grey Goblin ended up falling and hitting the ground of the roof. Sarah walked over and grabbed Peter and helped raise him to his feet. The police came over and started to arrest Gabriel as Sarah helped Peter back into the hospital. Her brother wasn't dead, and she would help get him the help he needed eventually.

The Injustice League was gone, but the people they lost weren't going to be coming back.
