(MELENAI POV)
I was at the dorm room with Beckah, Lola, and Emily and we were all talking about what to wear for the spring fling next weekend.
"Come on Mel, you absolutely have to, have to go to the dance with us. You never go, and you've had like 15 guys ask you already!" Emily pouted as she grabbed my hand
That was true, but they still did'nt know about my secret wolf man.
"Wolf-man? What the movie?" Emily Questioned.
Ok I was absolutely sure I did'nt say that out loud- crap my hand. And I pulled away from her grasp on my hand.
"WTF! WHAT was that?" Shit, think Mel think...
"I don't know maybe your a vampire." Lola said to me. Gosh this goth girl was more observant than I thought.
"HECK no blood is nasty. I makes me nauseus." Well that was partly true but it was only humans blood that made me nauseus. Except for Lola's, it was sickly sweet, and alluring. They all must've noticed me breathing in her scent because their hearts started thumping. Crap their geting suspicious, I should leave now.
"Uh guys I gotta go, Bye." I cleverly avoided my reason for leaving, which was hunting.

I saw me and Lola staring at eachother, well rather me glaring and standing over her, and her weeping softly. But I couldn't place where we were.
"You can not tell ANYONE" I hissed I knew that even if she didn't, I would have to end this nosy little humans life at that moment.

I shook off my vision and ran at a human pace for the fun of it, towards the forest on the other side of the freeway. When I saw no cars, I jumped carelessly over the railing then the brickwall. Once i was under the cover of the trees, I heard a struggle at the railing on the other side of the forest but I couldn't see because of the brick wall.
Off in the distance in smelt a bear, but that was too deep into the woods to have. I wasn't a full vampire yet so I didn't want to take that risk. So I went for some elk that were drinking water by a stream close by. I crouched down and growled cathing them off gaurd. Then I pounced on the largest one, draining it completely
Then I heard a short intake of breath, sort of like a gasp. I was absolutely sure that didn't come from me. I turned around and ran towards behind the human that was spying on me.
'I guess that was the struggle I heard at the freeway. My vampire instincts were kicked in then so I didn't even hear her approach.
Then I breathed in her scent as she realized that there was know longer anybody standing by the stream. She scanned the area looking for me, and when her eyes finally went to behind her, she screamed seeing me.
"Hello Lola" I said putting on my sadistic vampire looking grin.
