Okay, so... This is going to be a little sad, and somewhat of a surprise for everyone. Things are changing, for the good or the bad, and this one is a change that doesn't seem right, but is something that has to be accepted. Enjoy reading this new chapter everyone.

Family of Two.
Chapter 768: Some sad or bad news.

(May 4. The Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods, Michigan.)

The Loud House seems quiet, and nice and calm. Luna and Lincoln, the duo are making a house of cards and it is a big one, and looks like Loud Castle. They then finish it and stand back. "Now that is amazing, we did good kiddo" replied Luna.

"Yup, this looks good. But first." Lincoln uses his cellphone and he snaps a photo of this. "There, now we gotta be careful for when someone tries to come in and make it fall. I mean, it was a lot of work to make this and even if it falls, we got the image to show that we did it."

Luna smirks. "Darn right, Linc." Then they see Leslie and Delilah come in from the dining room and they see what Luna and Lincoln have made.

"Whoa, wow!" replied Delilah. "Guys, you made this?"

"This looks so awesome!" said Leslie. "Wait, why does it look so familiar?"

Lincoln chuckles and he explains. "We made this in less than two hours, and if you are not so familiar with it, then here is a description, bagpipes and a dragon."

This makes them realize. "Oh, Loud Castle from Loch Loud."

Delilah smirks. "You guys made it look just like the real thing. You should send it so that others can see what you guys have done. Wait, stand next to it."

Luna and Lincoln do so, and Delilah and Leslie stand back and snap a photo of this with their phones and then Leslie speaks. "There we go, now everyone will know that Luna Loud and Lincoln Loud made..." Then the front door opens, and the card castle falls apart, but they aren't upset.

"Meh, we have the images for memory" replied Luna. But then they see Michelle, she looks calm, and yet there is some tense in the air around her, almost like something had happened, and then she closes the door nice and slowly and she goes to the couch and she looks to the ceiling.

The others are concerned, but it is Leslie and Delilah are more concerned and they sit next to her, while Lincoln and Luna clean up the mess of cards. "Mom, is everything alright?" asked Delilah, and she holds her hand.

Leslie then asks. "Mom, did something bad happen?"

Michelle sighs and she kisses her daughters on their foreheads, and this means something bad or sad happened and she speaks. "It's over, Father Roland Chisel and I are done. We're not a thing anymore."

This surprises them and so Lincoln and Luna drop some of the cards, and the two girls speak. "Wait, wait. What?! You two, broke up?"

Luna then asks. "Wait, how? Why? What the heck is going on?"

Michelle Lewis-Loud, then explains. "Roland, he had to leave. A new priest will tend to the church, and he will take his place with those within the Vatican. He got his position back, after proving himself so many times and even after the fall of that twisted priest he once called friend. So, he told me that, and that is the reason for the text message from the other day. He wanted to talk to me that we cannot be a couple anymore, and he has to focus on his work and what might come next."

"It was kinda gut wrenching for me, and it felt like everything I have done and been through faded away, but deep down I know I had to let him go. This is something he needs to do, and he has his own priorities and job to do, and so did i. I don't wanna leave Royal Woods, and I don't wanna let you girls come along on this, because what matters to me is the family I have now. So, we parted ways on good terms, even though I did cry a little, but I held my own and stood tall."

This is something that they didn't see coming, and they always believed that Michelle Lewis-Loud and Father Roland P. Chisel, would one day be together as a married couple, and yet this has happened and now Michelle is back to being a single woman in Royal Woods.

Leslie then asks. "Mom, are you sure that this is alright with you?"

Michelle smiles, and she hugs her. "I'm fine, I mean sure it did hurt a bit and made me feel depressed. But, the one thing that kept me going and to not get hindered down, is the fact I have you girls." This makes, Leslie and Delilah smile and they hug her back.

"Besides, change comes in two forms. Good or Bad, but sometimes in a third form, of Sad and we might not like some of the changes, but sometimes in life we need to adapt and go through with it, and I am alright with this as long as you girls are in my life, then everything is going to be okay."

They are happy to hear that Michelle is fine with what had happened, and yet this still sorta concerns Leslie and Delilah, and they feel like they should keep an eye on her. Lincoln also has an idea. 'Well, I am gonna spend my last baby form moments soon. Perhaps, I can cheer up Michelle.'

Then the front door opens, and Harriet comes back. "What has happened? What did I miss?"

A/N: Now, as sad as this is, it is alright for Michelle Lewis, for she still has her adopted daughters, and the others whom she calls her family. Everything is just gonna be alright everyone. I hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter guys.
