well, hello to each and every one of you! I am still alive, and have, fairy recently, decided to give this story another go. I struggled with DD so much because, well, I've been around during the Great Purges, so I have tried to tone down what I wrote. Meaning, this story especially, was written twice: once with the original more mob focused storyline, and once with it being a but less graphic and coming off a lot more edgy. Which, yes, I see those comments asking "why does it seem like an edgy teen is writing this?" My answer? Because I kept having to cut out the more plot heavy points.

Before i go any further, i just want to thank everyone who has read/followed/commented this story over the years. I adore you all! Alas, my time on has come to an end. Or maybe just an indefinite hiatus. I have created an account over on archiveofourown . org under the username FictionAuthorofFiction where I've reignited my love of writing.

So, for the announcement: this story is being transferred to AO3, with both versions being sliced into individual stories. This version shall henceforth be known as Deathman's Dragons (aka keeping the same name) while the version you havent seen, being the original, is going to be rewritten under the name the Overseer. Yes, I'm letting the younger me name them and no, im not bothering to change it.

i will be posting the first chapter of both DD and O on May 6, 2023 for those who want to read them! Keep in mind that there are going to be some major changes! Including, but not limited to, the Pokémon he gets during the Mt Moon incident. Because, yes, i have heard those complaints too. and I'm fixing them.

Now, dear readers, the question becomes if i should post the rewrites on as well. I suppose I'll leave that up to you guys! Let me know if you would be interested in reading the new version on here, or if we should just move completely!

Thanks for sticking with me, everyone! I cannot believe how much how much has changed with both my life and my writing over the years. I started this in a literal shack all those years ago, and now, I'm doing something completely different!
