Santana clears her throat before her papi can announce that they will switch to Christmas presents now after Brittany received her birthday gifts from the family and smiles slightly as everyone turns to her. ''Before we switch to Christmas presents.'' She turns to her wife and smiles slightly. ''I have one gift for you, Britt-Britt.''
''Babe I thought we said no gi..'' Brittany shuts up as Santana just pointedly turns to the tree, eyeing the big gift with her name on it and smiles slightly. ''Never mind.''
Santana laughs handing her the wrapped gift and glances at Nicolas, she smiles lovingly as he slides behind the couch to take his button up off after grabbing something out of her purse and turns back to her wife joke around with Liv and Puck while unwrapping the gift.
Flashback
''Hey Santana, how are you feeling?'' Stefania her obstetrician that also guided her through Nic's birth asks as she walks into the room.
''Quite alright, morning sickness is a bitch though.''
''It will get better soon.'' Stefania reassures. ''Any other complains?'' She asks as she sits down beside the bed Santana is laying on.
''I gained weight quite quickly, I still manage to hide it and try not to eat more, but I still gain weight faster than I did with Nic.''
''Yeah I can see that you indeed gained a bit more weight.'' Stefania agrees as she looks down at the charts. ''But it's still within the limits.'' She adds as Santana frowns. ''Let's take a look, shall we?''
Santana nods her head and leans back to give her the access to her abs, she shivers as the cold gel touches her stomach and smiles slightly as she just apologizes softly. ''It's alright.''
''Where is your wife?''
''She had an emergency at her restaurant.'' She breaths out as she turns to look at the small screen beside them. ''One of the waitresses fell sick so she had to jump in until her replacement arrived.''
She tilts her head as Stefania frowns and gulps thickly. ''What is it?''
''Well.'' Stefania breaths out as she taps a button on the screen, she leans closer to it as a soft sound of a heartbeat fills the room and turns to Santana after finding what she was looking for. ''I think I found the answer to why you gained more weight this pregnancy.''
''Is it bad?'' Santana asks trying to sit up in concern, Stefania quickly shakes her head and plants her free hand against her shoulder to keep her down.
''No, nothing bad.'' She reassures, she sits back down as Santana relaxes slightly and licks her lips. ''The eggs split, Santana.''
''Split?'' Santana asks frowning in confusion, she tilts her head as Stefania just turns the volume up and frowns. ''That doesn't sound like a normal heartbeat Stef, what the hell is going on?''
''For one little guy or girl it isn't normal no.'' Stefania agrees, Santana just turns to her in confusion and tilts her head.
''For one it is…'' Her eyes widen as the silent hint dawns in on her and sits up in a flash. ''Twins?!''
Stefania winces as her loud shrill shriek echoes around the room and laughs softly. ''Twins.'' She confirms with a nod of her head. ''You like to beat all odds, don't ya?''
''Oh holy fuck.'' Santana just breaths out, she drops back down in shock and covers her face. ''How the fuck..'' She shoots Stefania a look as she snickers and frowns. ''Not like that, but how the hell Stef? I thought it being a success the first try was already a rare thing.''
''It is yes.'' Stefania agrees with a slight grin. ''Having multiples is quite rare too, do you have twins in your family or your wife in hers?''
She shakes her head still in shock and licks her lips. ''No we both don't know any twins.'' She breaths out. ''And as far as I know, the donor we picked didn't have a history with multiples either.''
''Need a moment?'' Stef just asks as she watches her worry her bottom lip between her teeth, Santana shakes her head and sighs.
''No let's get this check up done, I just need my wife and son to completely calm down again.''

''Oh no babe do..'' She sucks in her lips as Brittany takes a sip of her coke before looking down at the hoodie she packed with the text facing up and covers her own mouth as she watches quickly turns her head showering Liv in it before she can cover her mouth.
''Now mijo.'' She breaths out before Liv can curse, she gulps thickly as Brittany just turns to her with wide eyes and points at Nicolas climbing on top of the chair he pulled behind the couch proudly wearing his I am a big brother of twins, what is your superpower? With a loading sign, the due date and two pairs of little feet.
She licks her lips as Brittany's jaw just drops and smiles slightly as everyone looks at each other in shock. ''We have twice the love we expected joining us next year September.'' She husks out
''Oh holy fuck.'' Brittany just chokes out as she drops back against the back of the couch in shock.
''Bad word jar!'' The girls exclaim giggling.
''You are pregnant?!''
They both wince as their family holler loudly, loud squeals following soon after and yelp as the force of eight women pulling them up force them to their feet. Brittany grunts as Emilio, Michael, Puck and Amelia pull her in a bear hug and slowly wraps her arms around them.
''Fucking pinch me.'' She breaths out, she yelps as Puck immediately pinches her and hits his arm hard. ''Asshole.'' She grumbles as he laughs loudly.
''I forgive you for the coke shower.'' Liv breaths out as she creeps up behind her, she hugs her tightly from behind and kisses her cheek. ''Congratulations, mommy to be.'' She breaths out as the women all join their hug and the men walk over to hug Santana.
''Britt-Britt?'' Santana just asks, a bit concerned after not hearing anything from her wife yet.
Brittany blows out a breath as she hears her voice waver and turns on her heels ignoring the amount of questions Julia, Esmeralda and Maribel spit out, she crosses the room not noticing Liv just nudging them while nodding her head to her and cups Santana's cheek as soon as she reaches her.
''Twins.'' She just whispers softly the shock still clear in her voice, she leans their foreheads together as insecure brown orbs lock on her own and exhales shakily. ''I love you so fucking much.'' She husks out. ''This just completely shocked me.'' She adds in a soft murmurs.
''Yeah it shocked me too.'' Santana whispers as she closes her eyes basking in the loving embrace Brittany pulled her in, she licks her lips as she feels warm lips on her forehead and grabs the shirt Brittany wears in her fists. ''Stef needed fifteen minutes to calm me down enough so I could drive home, it was insanely hard to hide it from your until today.''
''They are healthy?''
She nods her head hearing her soft question, not noticing Liv recording them with a loving grin and smiles. ''Perfectly healthy and growing fast, that is also why I gained more weight this time.''
Brittany hums softly and gently tilts her head up, she dips down to kiss her softly and smiles into the kiss as she hears several coos and sees several flashes behind her eyelids. ''I can't wait to walk down this path with you and Nic.'' She murmurs, she pulls back and turns to their little boy. ''Come here darling.''
She picks him up as soon as he rushed over, not scolding him for once because he jumped over the couch and kisses his head as he hugs them tightly. ''Twins.'' Nicolas just breaths out happily. ''I will be a big brother, twice!''
''And you will be the best big brother.'' Santana murmurs as she kisses his temple, she locks eyes with Brittany and smiles slightly. ''You okay, mi amor?''
''It will take a bit for this news to settle.'' Brittany confesses. ''And it definitely throws me off of the plans I already had in my head, which messes me up like the both of you know, but I am more than okay and insanely happy.''
''As much as I adore watching all of this loving.'' Abi breaths out, she waits till they turn to her and raises an eyebrow. ''But what the hell?!''
Santana laughs softly still enjoying the embrace her wife and son pulled her in and bites her lip. ''We wanted to wait until the first check up to tell you, but yes, you all will be Gran Abuela, Abuelo, Abuela, Tia's, Tio's, Sobrina, and Prima's again soon.''
''Twins.'' Maribel just breaths out happily. ''Why didn't you tell us you were planning?''
''Yeah we didn't even know the both of you were wishing for another little angel.'' Emilio agrees. ''I am so happy for the both of you though.''
Brittany smiles slightly pulling back to slide on the hoodie Santana gifted her, smiling as she notices Nico wearing the same but hers with mommy and the blue color instead of red and turns to their family after pulling Santana back in her arms and picking Nicolas back up. ''We didn't want to jinx anything and decided to go through the process with only Nic, Chris and Claire knowing.'' She explains.
''We didn't want to get everyone's hopes up and if it didn't function, everyone's hopes would be shattered and would damage our positive thoughts.'' Santana continues. ''So we decided to keep it between us until we were out of the danger zone.''
''Chris knew?'' Amelia asks in surprise trying to cover the hurt in her voice, Brittany nods her head and sighs.
''Chris and Claire both knew because I cut back.'' She explains. ''I had to talk to her because I won't be joining the team to away matches as often as I did, we managed to cover the past few away matches with the excuse that she needed me for the last match before Winter break but starting the new season, I will be put on reserve and we will have some intense one on one training so you will take my spot and hit the field as co-captain, Ames.''
She licks her lips as she watches several eyebrows raise in surprise and shrugs as she slowly runs her hand up Santana's back the second she feels her face nuzzle against her shoulder. ''My family is my priority and everything else comes second, I completely stepped back from the restaurant too and Marls will run it.'' She continues.
''Kitty, Jay and Jess will help her, Jay and Jess will be promoted to manager starting the end of January.'' She breaths out. ''I will only handle the paper work and the yearly James Beard challenge, but everything else will now be solved by them.''
''I will still play but after San gave birth, I will request an unpaid vacation and be home with my family until the both of us decide that we can pick our careers back up and handle everything without getting overwhelmed.''
''I will also step back from acting starting the first or March.'' Santana breaths out locking eyes with her sister. ''I am carrying twins and Stef told me to take it easy, I already struggled with high blood pressure during my pregnancy with Nic, so I rather take the safe path and go on a longer break before risking not only mine but also Jelly bean and peanuts health.''
''We will both still attend to screenings, interviews and such.'' She adds. ''But the second we both notice it's becoming too much, we will pull back and focus on us.''
''We both build up a steady career and we know we can pick up where we left, but our family is more important.'' Brittany breaths out shrugging.
''Understandable.'' Quinn breaths out with a grin. ''Just tell any of us whatever you need or whenever you need help, we will be there.''
''I will start writing a message for you and won't take any gigs.'' Abi adds as she locks eyes with her sister. ''Focus on your family first, Hermana.''
''Claire, Chris and I will make sure the teams run, same goes for the mini's.'' Amelia adds.
''Actually, Samantha and Claire will take over the mini's starting March.'' Brittany breaths out. ''I need you as my co-assistant and soon to be temporary coach for the little Angels, if you are up for it.''
''Of course!''
''Cool, you will train us soon aunt Ames!'' Nicolas breaths out grinning, Brittany places him down knowing he wants to hug her and turns to Puck.
''Noah?''
''Sis?'' Puck just asks not able to suppress his proud and happy grin.
''I also need you.'' She bites her lip as he raises an eyebrow and smiles shyly. ''I signed myself up for a few courses, I need my brother by my side and to give me tips.''
''You don't need any courses or tips.'' Puck breaths out frowning, he nods his head to Nic and raises an eyebrow. ''You are already the best mommy for him and you will be the best mommy to double and trouble.''
Santana giggles as she hears the nicknames and covers her soft stomach. ''Yeah that fits, double and trouble it is.''
Brittany chuckles as she intertwines their hands on Santana's stomach and sits down tugging her in her lap, she locks eyes with Puck and bites her lip. ''You know I like to play it safe, will you please join me?'' She turns to Liv and bites her lip. ''Actually, will the both of you join me?''
''I am down.'' Liv breaths out with a grin, Puck nods his head in agreement and smiles.
''Of course we will.'' He walks around the table and kisses both of their foreheads. ''I am happy for the both of you, congratulations.''
''Thank you.'' Santana and Brittany murmurs in unison.
''Any name ideas?'' Julia asks grinning.
''Before name ideas, any gender reveal?'' Maribel asks, Santana shakes her head and giggles.
''It's still too soo to see their gender, but.'' She turns to her sister and smiles slightly. ''We do want to have a gender reveal, so Hermana will you hide the envelope and plan a party?''
''Do you have any wishes?'' Puck asks curiously after Abi nodded her head with a squeak, Santana shakes her head running her thumb over the back of Brittany's hand and smiles as she feels her kiss the back of her head.
''No I just want them to be healthy.''
''I don't really have a preference either.'' Brittany adds. ''As long as they are healthy, I am happy.''
''And you Nic?'' Emilio asks curiously as he turns to his grandson.
Nicolas shrugs his shoulders as he drops into Brittany's lap and giggles as she fakes a grunt. ''I don't have a wish, they could be boys, girls or a boy and a girl, all I know is that they will be amazing soccer players.''
''Already raising them with a soccer ball si?'' Maria asks laughing.
''The first toy they get, is a soccer ball.'' Tori muses.
''You have seen their mommy and big brother right?'' Santana asks in amusement. ''I am pretty sure they will only relax in their arms, while they watch a match or play Fifa.''
''You know it.'' Brittany breaths out chuckling. ''They will grow up with lots of movies too though, they will see that their mami is the best on screen.''
''Geez thanks.'' Quinn breaths out, faking a scoff.
Nicolas rolls his eyes and sighs. ''You and mami acting together will always be the best movie, Tia Quinn.''
''Did you just roll your eyes at me?''
Brittany sucks in her lips as Santana burst into a fit of giggles and locks eyes with Quinn as she fakes being hurt. ''Keep the drama act for the screen, baby boy had all right to turn on his sass.''
She snickers as everyone just laughs and shoots her a wink as she fakes a gasp. ''You know we love you Lucy.''
''You can be so glad that the happiness overshadows the need to kick your butt.'' Quinn breaths out scoffing as Santana laughs louder, she shakes her head as Brittany just smirks and leans back into Puck's arms.
''So future plans are taking it easy and enjoying family time yes?'' She asks.
''Taking it easy, enjoying family time and concentrate on our kids, si.'' Santana agrees.
''Family first, everything else second.'' Brittany adds shrugging. ''We dedicated the past five years to our careers and to build it as strong as it is now, now it's time to step back and enjoy our lives and later on combine both and if needed step back again to focus on us.''
She kisses the top of Santana's head as she snuggles into her embrace and closes her eyes as she listens to her reply to a few more questions from their family, she lovingly runs her fingers over her still clothed soft stomach and sighs happily. ''You don't even know how happy you just made me, my love.''
''Just as happy as you make me and Nic, mi amor.'' Santana whispers after holding up a finger telling their family to wait, she tilts her head up, smiling lovingly as glistening blue orbs lock on her own and cups her jaw to tug her down.
She hums softly as thin pink lips immediately capture her own in a soft kiss and smiles into the kiss as she hears another shutter of her papi's camera filling the room, she pulls out of the kiss as she hears her mami coo and leans her forehead against Brittany's. ''Te amo.''
''I love you too.''
''I love you three!'' They both laugh as Nicolas jumps on Brittany's lap and immediately engulf him into their arms, Maribel and Emilio both watch them with loving grins as Nicolas's loud giggles echo around the room the second they start showering his face with soft packs and turn to their family noticing the same loving smile on their faces.
''I always thought their family wasn't quite complete yet.'' Maribel breaths out. ''I can't wait to watch the three of them work hard together to make sure nothing harms their little family.''
''Knowing B, she will just build the wall higher and Santana will strengthen it.'' Puck breaths out. ''They will make sure nothing harms their family dynamic.''
''For sure.'' Liv and Amelia breath out in unison, Abi nods her head in agreement and watches the trio on the couch enjoying a loving embrace noticing Nic and Brittany both covering each others hands on Santana's stomach.
''They will know when they are ready to start working again and their fans will understand, hell they will all be happy to know two Brittana baby's are on the way.''
''Like we all are.'' Julia breaths out. ''Santanita is finally really happy again and I couldn't be happier to experience it with her.''
''You and I both mami.'' Maribel murmurs. ''That is why we will leave that thingy we wanted to speak about with Britt for another day, I don't want to ruin their moods tonight.''
''I agree.'' Emilio murmurs. ''Leave it for after the holidays.''
Maribel hums smiling lovingly as she sees the happiness in her daughters eyes and leans back into her husbands embrace, she closes her eyes as she feels his lips on her temple and sighs happily thankful that god finally made sure her youngest found her second forever and will ground her own loving familia.
