Chapter 3: A new Konoha

-Meanwhile in Konoha-

Almost every clan head was in the room waiting for one or both of their Hokages to come into the room. The attack resulted in all the clans losing a lot of members and even Danzo's private army was attacked resulting in him losing several important bloodlines. In the room were the following clan heads: Inoichi Yamanaka ⅓ of the famous ino-shika-cho and leader of the Yamanaka clan, Chōza Akimichi ⅓ of the famous ino-shika-cho and leader of the Akimichi clan, Shikaku Nara ⅓ of the famous ino-shika-cho, leader of the Nara clan, and Anbu commander, Shibi Aburame leader of the Aburame clan, Tsume Inuzuka leader of the Inuzuka clan and head of the Hunter Division, Hiashi Hyuga leader of the Hyuga clan, and lastly Asuma Sarutobi leader of the Sarutobi clan and one of the twelve guardians. Everyone in the room was hoping that their beloved fourth Hokage would show up and tell them everything was okay hell they would settle for the wicked eye fourth Hokage. But when the door to the office opened the only people who walked through was the third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi, Mikoto Uchiha, Tsunade Senju, and a baby that the woman was holding.

I'm not trying to be rude however where are Minato and Fugaku our fourth Kages?" asked Shikaku a question everyone in the room wanted to know the answer to. Now sitting in the Uchiha clan seat Mikoto spoke "My husband Fugaku was assassinated right before the attack I have taken over as clan head temporarily until we vote in a new leader". Mikoto is a fair skinned lady with long black hair. She was wearing a black dress that fit her frame prefect and on the back of her dress was the Uchiha symbol. "As for Minato Namikaze he is dead he died sealing the four-tail beast within a container" explained Moon Uzumaki who was the Uzumaki elder. "Where did he seal it?" asked one of the council members but before anyone could answer the man Moon spoke "The information is limited to the future Hokages, the clan heads and all advisors anyone else who doesn't understand fuinjutsu or narrowminded should and will not know this information until the child is a genin" stated Moon who was leaking killing intent towards the civilian side. This caused problems within the room for all those who wanted to know however they stayed silent until later.

"Well, I must ask where the container of the nine tails is?" asked Danzo who tried and failed to get his hands on Kushina when she was its container. However, a man appeared right behind him and lean into his ear "Now Danzo you know my father would be disappointed in you stop asking dumb questions" said Tobirama Jr who looked exactly like his father which scared most people. "I see that this is a more private conversation so anbu please remove all civilians from the room" said Shikaku who had the most power since there was no Hokage and now they were in war time. Once all the civilians were removed only the clan heads and elders of the village were in the room.

-Ten minutes later-

They had decided to move to the war room where all those who were supposed to be there and listen were allowed to anyone else would die if they tried to listen in or enter the room. Shikaku had decided to lead the meeting though the first thing he wanted to do was appoint a new Hokage since to him everything was "Troublesome". "The first thing we need to do is appoint new Hokages" said Shikaku. "Maybe this time we just need one Hokage in the past having two Kages has created problems" said Chōza. "Chōza-san since the days of Madara and my uncle Hashirama that there has been two Hokages for a reason yes it has caused a few problems however it has also made things better" answered Tobirama Jr. "Well, it seems like we are all on the same accord I would like to ask Hiruzen and the elders to leave" said Inoichi. This caught the elders off guard. "Why do we need to leave?" asked Kagami Uchiha a highly respected Uchiha member. ". Looking around Hiruzen made final plea "You're making a big mistake allow me temporary leadership so I can get us out of this" however this landed on died ears. "No, with all due respect you had your time you couldn't stop Danzo, you allowed the Uzumaki, Senju, and Uchiha clans to be destroyed then set up an alliance with one of the villages who helped destroy Uzushiogakure " said Shibi. "As for you two Kagami-sama and Tobirama-sama you two were picked as the last elders for the now former Hokages and while you have been great elders I believe that it is time for a new Leaf to bloom" said Shibi. Both elders looked at each other then rose from their seats and walked out the door with Hiruzen following behind them.

-Ten minutes later-

After Hiruzen and the elders left the room the clan head decided that they should nominate the next Hokage. They weren't allowed to vote for themselves however they did have to give context on why they were voting for the person they chose. Up first was the head of the hunter division "This village needs not only a strong and smart leader it needs someone who can bring us together more so with that being said I believe Shibi is the best candidate his clan just like mine leans on family" stated Tsume before sitting back down. "Thank you Tsume-chan" said Shibi Aburame. Next up was Mikoto "My nomination goes to Tsunade Senju not only is she the princess of Konoha, but she's strong, she's a Sannin, and she's the best medical ninja even curing multiple poisons on the battlefield during the Second Shinobi War". This shocked some people who knew if the bad blood between the two clans however it seemed that rivalry was slowly dying or already dead. "Well thank.. you" said Tsunade who wasn't expecting someone to vote for her to be Hokage. "My vote goes to Shikaku Nara he's one of the smartest people in this village and on the damn planet plus due to his actions in the last war many battles where our guys were outnumbered we won because of his strategies" said Inoichi sitting back down.

Shikaku who was already standing spoke "My vote is just like Tsume goes to Shibi due his great showing of leadership during the war and during the attack on the village hours ago". Shikaku then sat in his seat and Chōza stood and spoke next. "My vote just like Inoichi goes to Shikaku however I must add that my reason is due to his knowledge over the anbu" stated the Akimichi leader sitting back down. "So far we have three votes for Shikaku, two votes for Shibi, and one vote for me" said Tsunade. "As much as I would like to vote for Tsume I believe Shikaku wanted be slightly a better Hokage because of the knowledge he already knows" said Shibi. Tsunade and Hiashi were the last two to vote however Tsunade had a great idea in mind "Since Shikaku and Shibi has the most votes why not make them both Hokages?" asked Tsunade. "Well, that wouldn't work because my vote was going to go you Tsunade just like Tsume said you are the princess of Konoha and on top of that your family has helped run this village since it was first built" stated Hiashi. This was a valid point but wasn't the only point "Plus per the agreement an Uchiha member always has held a Hokage position" added Shikaku.

To this everyone agreed however Tsunade had a counter "I believe that times are changing and that the best candidates for the Hokages position should be just that though elder wise the Uchiha should have a member within that position just like every other clan I say that a rule should be in place that the elders of each clan should be within these meeting" said Tsunade. Everyone thought about it for a moment it sounded reasonable however some were a little confused "Question may we get an example?" asked Hiashi. "So, if we have a Senju and Uchiha as Hokage then one elder of the Nara, Yamanaka, Akimichi, Aburame, Inuzuka, and Sarutobi clans should have one elder on the board" explained Tsunade which everyone understood. "Small problem we have two clan heads that need to pick which are the Senju and Sarutobi clan head whose been quiet this whole time" said Shibi turning his head towards Asuma who had been just listening to them talk. Seeing that all eyes where on him he answered "I doesn't matter however if I had to pick it would go to Shibi" said Asuma.

"Well, I see we have a new Hokages congratulations Shikaku Nara and Shibi Aburame" said Hiashi. "Thank you I shall be a great Shadow Kage" said Shibi. "Troublesome" said Shikaku. Both men moved to their Hokage's seats and now it was time to handle other business. "Now that we have new Hokages Tsunade please inform us of the two children that are now jinchurikis" said Inoichi. "No matter who it is it'll be an SSS-ranked secret and the children are not to be told until earning the rank of Chunin" said Shikaku. "Shit what should I tell them?" thought Tsunade trying to come up with a plan. That's when she remembered something important "I know who the baby is however the Uzumaki clan wants the Yamanaka clan head to came to the Uzumaki compound to look at the baby's mind to make sure everything okay" said Tsunade.

"But why can't we know who the baby is? We have a right to know" asked Tsume confused. "Wait why is my services needed?" asked Inoichi. Just as he said that an anbu member wearing the raven mask appeared into the room informing them that Moon Uzumaki was calling for a meeting with Inoichi. Immediately Shikaku told them to allow the man in the room hearing this Moon who was just outside the door walked in holding the other child. "Is this the child of the four tails?" asked Shibi. This earned him attention so he explained "I ask because my bugs tell me that the child that Moon-sama is holding has the charka of the four tails something my clan just went up against".

"Yes however we believe that Minato fucked up and sealed Son Goku and Rōshi into the same body so we of the Uzumaki clan are giving the village the boy and in exchange the container of the nine tails will remain a secret" said Moon. The two Hokages talked to each other without words before turning back to the man "We will agree to this however we want to know who the nine tails is for village safety" stated Shibi. "Wait wait wait that's not fair Kushina was our friend we should know who her child is" said Mikoto. "Take it or leave it" stated Moon who was too old for this shit he was ready to retire. "Hand me the baby" said Inoichi holding out his hands which Moon did. Immediately Inoichi went through hand signs and placed his hand on top of the baby's head looking around. Inoichi saw the four tails sealed within the baby and when he checked his memories it was full of his past life so Inoichi destroyed the memories. Inoichi then exited the boy's mind "I cleaned everything up however I believe we should keep a close eye on the boy" said Inoichi who took a seat back in his chair.

"Is the four tails within the boy? Did you see it?" asked Shikaku making sure that they had a tailed beast in Konoha. But before he could answer Tsume stood up "We are not about to sit here and act like they aren't keeping a child away from us we deserve to see the pup" said the woman in a tone that promised pain. "Exactly" added Mikoto who was fed up. "Ladies we understand you want to see Kushina's child however the child as any Royal Uzumaki needs to be taken outside of the village to the ruins of Uzushiogakure for their blessings" explained Tsunade who said it like it was common knowledge. "Wait where is the child now?" asked Hiashi. Before Tsunade could lie Shibi spoke up "One of my members saw Orochimara going towards the Uzumaki compound" said Shibi. This caught a few people off guard "Wait did you say Orochimara?" asked Inoichi. "Didn't she do experiments on kids?" added Chōza. "Danzo the leader of root and a former elder of the village ordered her to do it Hiruzen as well enforce these experiments" said Tsunade defending her friend and teammate. "Also speaking of Orochimara she is the same person who came here and protected the village" added Mikoto.

"That brings up the question of why she near the tailed beast containers?" asked Shibi looking at the slug Sannin. Tsunade didn't sway and stood her ground "Although she isn't welcome inside the village the Uzumaki compound isn't within the village for one, two she was the sensei of Kushina Uzumaki, and lastly from what I heard she saved the village from Iwagakure ninjas but more importantly she defeated Han". This earned the woman some distasteful looks however she didn't care "Look you guys were just attacked by demons and Iwagakure ninjas the village is weak at the moment I have a clan to help run so let's get back on topic".

"How long will you be in the village?" asked Mikoto trying to change the subject. "As one of the Sannins I am allowed to leave and come back as much as I want however due to an agreement between the Senju and Uzumaki I have business to take care of" said Tsunade. When no one responded she got up she grabbed baby Naruto and started to leave the room however before she could leave Shikaku called out to her "What is the child's name?". Tsunade turned around and answered "Probably Naruto it's a name of a character in one of Jiraiya's books" replied Tsunade nonchalantly as she walked out the door. Once she left all eyes turned to Shikaku and Shibi the two Hokages "Are we really going to allow the Uzumaki clan to become a threat to the village?" questioned Hiashi. "No however the Senju clan is involved in this meaning we need to be careful" replied Shikaku as he took a thinking pose. "So, what the Senju clan is involved?" questioned a confused Mikoto however everyone else knew what he was hinting at. "After the Second Shinobi War and the attack on Uzushiogakure both the Senju and Uzumaki were dying out both clans are the only clans that could hold the Nine tails so they unified their clans in hope of rebuilding the problem is both clans are and have been having a hard time trusting Konoha" explained Shibi. Looking around the room Mikoto saw that the statement made held true weight from the long faces on the clan heads faces. "So, you're saying there's a chance that a clan who start the village and a clan who helped make the security could leave us?" said Mikoto in a tone that didn't sound like a question. To this Tsume placed a hand on her shoulder and spoke "It's been an ongoing problem and now that Minato and Kushina are gone it's going to probably get worse".

-Years 1 through 10-

Year One: After the invasion on the Hidden Leaf Shikaku and Shibi were made Hokage. Jiraiya abandoned the leaf village and partially disbanded his spy network. The Uzumaki clan had left the village and Shikaku had placed the village on lock down. Throughout the year Neji, Ten-Ten, Rock Lee, twins Satsuki and Sasuke had been born.

Year Two: Shikaku had gotten tired of the civilian counsel and had disbanded it which caused most of them to threaten to leave the village. Shikaku had reminded them of the fact that they were still under lock down and the fact that he allowed them to still schedule meetings was a blessing however now he was shutting it down. During this year there had been small fights between the Uchiha clan and main Hygua breach seeing as they blamed each other for some of the things that couldn't be controlled. Throughout the year Hinata, Shikamaru, Ino, Choji, Kiba, Shino, and Sakura had been born this year.

Year Three: Rock Lee is adopted by Might Gai and Ten-Ten is adopted by a family that had just moved from the land of snow. The Hidden leaf was no longer locked down which allowed them to make more money however this also meant they Shikaku now had to deal with the civilian counsel who was power hungry. A few months after the civilian counsel was brought back the news of a new tailed beast container was spread like wildfire in the village however no one knew which kid it was. To combat this news and switch the focus Shikaku had informed them that they were preparing for war against Iwagakure for the attack on the village that happened two years ago.

Year Four: Shikamaru, Choji and Ino all meet each other and are forced to become friends. Members of the Hygua side breach oddly been getting killed while in the compound which caused an investigation which led to arrest of a few members of the main breach. The Uchiha clan felt they should have more power and made plans to get what they wanted.

Year Five: On February 14th a day now known as Valentine's Day Massacre happened. On this day the Uchiha clan had allied themselves with the Hygua side breach and killed the main breach of the Hyuga, killed former elders Koharu and Homura, and attacked Danzo and Hiruzen taking out much of root (NE). Once being informed of what was going on the Hokage had sent his ninjas to stop the Hygua-Uchiha alliance from killing anyone else. This event ended with the death of the current clan head by Itachi Uchiha late son of the one Wicked Eye Fugaku. The trial was a headache for everyone who had to judge because the Hygua clan didn't required the deaths of any Uchiha members and had claimed they killed their own members because they betrayed them. The testimonials from the Yamanaka clan who had read the Uchiha's mind and found that Hiruzen and Danzo was running the illegal group called Root (NE) and that their actions had done the village a favor by killing most of the members. This made Itachi and others who had aided him look bad as everyone had seen the group as a hero for doing something that should've been done a long time ago. Once the trial was done only twenty members were thrown in jail for disturbing the peace and destroying public properties. Hiruzen, Danzo and the remainder of Root (NE) had escaped the village and destroyed their hideout destroying evidence of them being there.

Year Six: Last year after going over reports on the genin class Shikaku had found out that too many kids who were not ready to become ninjas of the village were passed which led to the deaths and injuries of genins who were unprepared, Chunin who had been on missions and flat out failed the job or died doing it, and Jonin who had to protect their genin causing them to die. Shikaku had decided that change was need so he replaced the old ranking system with a new one:

Junior Genin: This rank is given to ninjas who have enrolled with the academy for 3 to 4 years before becoming a full genin. They are only allowed D rank missions.

Genin: After passing the genin these ninjas will be placed on teams of 2 or 3 genins and one Senior Jonin. Only allowed D to C rank missions only but mainly C rank missions.

Special Genin: This ranking is EXCEEDINGLY rare; this is only given out to genin who are stronger than most of his/her peers. Allowed C or higher are allowed to lead C rank missions.

Junior Chunin: This rank is given when a ninja passes the Chunin exams or is given a field promotion. Allowed C rank or higher.

Chunin: This rank is attained when a junior chunin has been at the rank for 2 years has competed five C rank missions, five B rank missions and one A rank mission.

Special Chunin: This ranking is EXCEEDINGLY rare; this is only given out to those who are stronger than most of his/her peers.

Junior Jonin: This rank is attained after 3 more years of being a chunin doing a year of teaching at the academy, leading a C rank mission, and doing five A ranked missions.

Senior Jonin: This rank is attained by being age 18 or above, has mastered one of the ninja arts, must be able to teach and lead others in the field and must have the battle knowledge to know when to fight or run. All the clan heads didn't like the new rankings however most of them seen that this could improve the village.

Year Seven: Rock Lee, Ten-Ten, Neji, Shikamaru, Ino, Kiba, Choji, Sasuke, Shino, Satsuki, Hinata, and Sakura joined the civilian academy to learn basic education. Since the changes to the ranking system the number of Genins went from three thousand to five thousand, the number of Chunin went from six thousand to over ten thousand, and lastly there were only hundred Jonins. This didn't go over well at first because every ninja was being stripped of their rankings hell this even effected Anbu members however because there were tests for higher ranks that motivated them. Over the course of this year more and more ninjas started working harder to get their old rank back while others wanted to advance further fearing that they would be stripped again. After receiving news that Minto and Kushina's child wouldn't Shikaku and Tsume sent the required ninjas to Uzushiogakure hoping for two things. One the Hokage hoped that they would open discussions for an alliance between the villages and two they needed informants on what was going on in the village.

-Months Later-

In the Counsel room you had the civilians on one side and the clan heads on the other with the Hokage and the elders being in the middle. The clan heads were the following people:

Inoichi Yamanaka ⅓ of the famous ino-shika-cho leader of the Yamanaka clan.

Chōza Akimichi ⅓ of the famous ino-shika-cho leader of the Akimichi clan.

Shibi Aburame leader of the Aburame clan and Shadow Hokage.

Tsume Inuzuka leader of the Inuzuka clan and head of the Hunter Division.

Hoheto Hyuga leader of the Hyuga clan.

Asuma Sarutobi leader of the Sarutobi clan and one of the twelve guardians. The man is a stood 5'11, Olive skin, brown eyes, short black spiky hair, and a beard. His clothing consisted of the standard Konoha ninja uniform with the sleeves rolled up halfway, flak jacket, regular shinobi sandals and forehead protector. He also wore a sash that had the kanji for "Fire" (火) marked on it around his waist, a pair of black bangles, and bandages wrapped around the arms of his sleeves.

Itachi Uchiha is a tall man of fair complexion. He has black eyes, under which were long, pronounced tear-troughs. He had jet-black hair that was pulled back in a low ponytail and his face was framed with center-parted bangs that extended to his chin; his casual clothes consisted of a black shirt with the Uchiha clan symbol on the back, bandages around his ankles, and black sandals. He wore tan pants with a weapons pouch strapped to his back.

Benga Uzumaki leader of the Uzumaki-Senju clan. Benga stood 5'9, had long red hair just like his clan, light brown eyes, wore a light brown kimono with dragons on the back and the Uzumaki symbol on the middle of the back, black sandals, and had two swords on each side.

"Good Morning" said Shikaku who was wearing his Hokage robes to everyone in the room this showed everyone he meant business. "Good Morning Hokage-sama" replied everyone in the room. "I was just informed that a certain person will not be returning to the village" said the Hokage. "Hokage-dono we knew that the Jiraiya wasn't going to come back" stated Inoichi.

"No not him the nine tails Jinchuriki will not be returning to the village" said Shikaku looking at Benga. "We should prepare for war we weren't prepared before and look what happened" said Chōza making a valid point to most in the room. "The changing of the rankings was the first step however we need to focus on finding another Jinchuriki" said Shibi.

"Benga is there any information you can give us to help found the nine tails jailer?" asked Sakumo. All eyes turned towards the clan head however the look on his face to this question made the mode sour "Although I have Uzumaki blood I chose to stay here to take care of Naruto and with that being said the clan has decided to strip us of all rights to our clan" answer Benga. "Seems convenient are you sure you have no information that you can share?" challenged Itachi.

"Not the Kin slayer challenging me on my loyalty?" said Benga. This earned the man a glare from the Uchiha clan head however Benga didn't give a fuck and kept going. "You know I don't see how you became clan head after the fuck ups you've had" said Benga chuckling at the boy's glaring eyes. Everyone in the room agreed with the Uzumaki male well everyone besides the Hokage and Inoichi who knew the truth however the truth was covered up by a greater lie that everyone believes.

I did the right thing for the village!" yelled Itachi activating his dojutsu which earned him a slap to the back of the head. "Benga shut it" said Tsume towards Benga. She then turned towards Itachi "Calm down pup don't let him get to you" said Tsume who was sitting ready next to the kid and started rubbing his back.

"We need to demand that Iwagakure gives us a tailed beast" said Asuma. "Fool it's been almost ten years since that happened if we were going to demand payment we should've done it years ago" said Benga. "So, what the hell are we going to do then?" asked Asuma looking around the room. After five minutes of silence Sakumo spoke "As bad as this is going to sound we need to steal a tailed beast". Which led to more awkward silence or thinking. "From where and who?" said in a blunt tone Tsume.

"Well, the one tail is in Sunagakure and belongs to our allies, the two and eight tails are in Kumogakure, we have half of the four tails, the nine-tails container is in Uzushiogakure, and the three, five, six, and seven tails are missing though the three tails maybe in Uzushiogakure since they were the ones who took it over" commented Shibi. "Wait wasn't Takigakure attacked?" asked Hoheto. "Yes from the information that has been gathered they had been attacked by a group of S-rank ninjas and their tailed beast is gone" stated Inoichi.

Thinking about the information he had received that morning the Sarutobi clan had decided to share "I believe the seven tails is within the land of fire" said Asuma. This made the rest of the clan heads and Hokage look at the man like he grew a second head. All eyes were now on Asuma and he continued "I believe my father, a few of my clan members, and Danzo are all in the Land of Wolves I believe two things one that they are starting a new village and two they have captured the seven tails" said Asuma.

"Wait did you just say the Land of Wolves?" questioned Itachi standing up getting ready to leave. "Asuma are you sure they were in the Land of Wolves?" asked Shibi. The man looked confused but answered "Yes why do you ask?" replied Asuma. The shadow Hokage signaled an anbu to bring him a folder "That land lately has a decrease of humans and an increase of animals if Danzo and Hiruzen went there they could be possibly dead" said Shibi. Thinking about it for a few moments everyone in the room got an idea of what was possibly what the man was talking about though someone ask directly. "Hokage what do you mean?" asked Benga who was curious. However, the man just answered with one word "Werewolves" which now earned him some looks from the clan heads so he explained. "There have been reports of Werewolves in that area and when one of my members explored the area he was attacked and barely survived".

Chōza who was watching the conversion saw his friend sinking in his seat so he asked "Hokage-sama are you okay my friend?". All attention turned towards Shikaku had muttered "Troublesome" he then turned towards Shibi who nodded and spoke "We are sorry we have been keeping a secret from you a few years ago we came across the seven tails it has been sealed within my son the Aburame clan is a bug clan and we are already seen as outcast and I also believe that my son would be a great container a discussion that I had with him to which he agreed to" said Shibi. The room got so quiet that you could hear a pen drop. Everyone knew how the life of a jinchuriki was and didn't want to their clan members to have to deal with that. After ten minutes of no one talking Shikaku called for a ten-minute break to which everyone left quickly and get some fresh air.

-A year later-

Today was the first day at the ninja academy for what many thought would be the future Neo-Sannins. Many had seen promise within this year because all the future clan heads were within this class which shocked and upset many since usually only 33% of kids became full genins. If not for the changes to the ninja system they would be called the "Rookie twelve" a title given to talented kids who could become Chunin a few months after becoming Genin. In a classroom thirty hopefuls were waiting on their sensei or senseis to arrive although some were looking at an orange-haired boy that they hadn't seen before which was weird since most of the kids knew each other. This individual that a couple of eyes on him was seating in the back row of the desk and looking outside the window looking bored and had the posture of a Nara.

-Thirty minutes later-

After waiting for half an hour their senseis had showed up one looked hung over and the other looked he had a stick in his ass. "Alright everyone settle down I am Iruka Umino and this is my co teacher Mizuki we will be your senseis for the next 3 years" said Iruka.

"Good morning Senseis" replied the class.

"Let's start with introductions stand up one by one and tell us your name, a fact about you, one of your goals, something you like, and something you dislike" said Mizuki.

After all the boring introductions were done it was time for the elite twelve to talk about themselves.

"My name is Ten-Ten, I am 10 years old, I like weapons, I dislike fan girls, and my goal for the future is to be a great kunoichi, my dislike is fan girls" said Ten-Ten. She wore a pink sleeveless qipao-style blouse with red sleeve trimmings and yellow fastening buttons and dark green pants. A pouch is adjusted to her thigh and her forehead protector and sandals are both blue. Ten-Ten has black hair and grey eyes, she wears her hair in two Chinese-style buns on her head with short fringe-bangs framing her face.

"My name is Rock Lee; I am the son of Might Gai, I like training with my father, and my goal for the future is to surpass my father, lastly I dislike people who don't work hard" said Rock Lee. He has shiny black hair, round eyes with prominent lower eyelashes, and very thick eyebrows. His hair was quite long and fastened in a braid. (I hate the bowl haircut he nor Gai will have that haircut) he wears a green jumpsuit, orange leg warmers, and a red forehead protector worn as a belt. He has bandages around his forearms up to his fingers, covering a set of stitches on his hands that were caused by his rigorous training.

"I guess I'll go next I am Sasuke Uchiha young brother of Itachi Uchiha, I like training and my clan, my goal for the future is to be the next clan head, my dislikes are people in general" said Sasuke. He was wearing a navy blue, short-sleeved shirt with a high collar, white shorts, and white arm warmers. He has black eyes and long spiky black hair with a blue tint. (No duckbutt haircut)

"My name is Satsuki Uchiha twin sister of Sasuke and granddaughter of Madara Uchiha" this shocked some people in the class "I enjoy training and learning; my goal is to be the first female Hokage and also just like Ten-Ten I dislike fan girls" said Satsuki before sitting back down. Satsuki had green eyes which were different from her clan members. She stood at 5'3, she had black hair with some red highlights in honor of her hero Kushina Uzumaki who she read about in a book. She wore a mesh shirt with a crop-top shirt, a short pink laced up mini-skirt with shorts underneath and black knee-high socks with black ninja slides.

"My name is Neji Hyuga, a fact about me is that I believe in faith, I like training, I dislike weak people who try to go against their faith to be weak, and a goal of mine is to be the next clan head" said Neji. Neji is a boy with fair skin and long brown hair. When his Byakugan was not active he has featureless white eyes, Neji wore a beige-colored shirt, a dull blue shirt beneath that, and mesh armor beneath that. He wore dark brown shorts, blue shinobi sandals, and wrapped bandages around his right arm, chest, and right leg. He tied his hair back in a loose ponytail tied a few inches above the end.

After Neji was done the young lady next to him started walking down the stairs once she made it to the front she turned around "My name is Hinata Hyuga princess of the Hyuga clan, I am 9 years old, I like Cinnamon buns and my clan, I really don't dislike anything honestly, and a future goal of mine is to become Hokage" said Hinata. Hinata is a slender girl of fair complexion, she has featureless lavender eyes. She has medium dark blue hair that she keeps in a ponytail. She was wearing a long white dress like she was going to a formal party.

"I'm Shikamaru Nara, I like cloud watching and sleeping, my goal for the future is to be a chunin, I dislike working hard and being woken up" said Shikamaru who sat back down. Shikamaru has narrow brown eyes and a typical expression suggesting he is either bored or irritated. He has shoulder length black hair tied in a spiky ponytail. He wears a short-sleeved grey jacket with green-edged sleeves and the rudimentary Nara clan symbol on the back, under which is a green-lined mesh armor T-shirt. He also wears brown pants, a pair of his clan's traditional silver hoop earrings. "Umm aren't you missing something" said Mizuki however when they didn't get an answer they moved on.

"My name is Choji Akimichi, I am nine years old, I like cooking and eating, I dislike people calling me fat, and a goal of mine is to enter and became a food champion" said Choji. After his statement his heard some jokes that made him upset so he attacked his classmates which had been mostly civilian kids. Both teachers feared the boy would kill his classmates if they didn't pull him off the kids he was beating to death.

-Ten minutes later-

Choji was in the headmaster's office with his father and mother. The boy would be expelled from the academy for a few months or possibly a full year because he attacked and battered kids that couldn't protect themselves.

-Back in the classroom-

Okay no more jokes everyone quiet we have several more class members to go" said Iruka who now had a black eye.

"I am Kiba Inuzuka and this is Akamaru, I like my clan and training, I dislike cats and cat lovers, my goal for the future is to be the next clan head" said Kiba. He had messy brown hair, sharp black eyes with vertical slit-like pupils, canine teeth, and nails that he can change into claws. He also has the distinctive red fang markings of the Inuzuka clan on his cheeks. He wore a choker around his neck, A gray slashed up hoodie with a dark grey muscle shirt under it and black anbu pants with blue slides on.

"My name is Ino Yamanaka, a fact about me is that I like flowers and my family, I dislike bugs, and my goal for the future is to be married" said Ino. Ino is a fair-skinned woman of average height with light blue eyes (green in the manga) and long, platinum blonde hair with bangs framing the right side of her face. Ino regularly wears a purple outfit consisting of a high-collared blouse and matching apron skirt. In Part I, she sports this attire with bandages on her abdomen and legs, small hoop-earrings,

"My name is Shino Aburame, I am 9 years old, I like my clan and my hive, I dislike people who judge too quickly, a goal of mine for the future is to be Hokage" said Shino. Shino is regularly seen sporting the same style as the rest of his clan, consisting of dark round sunglasses and a sea-green jacket with a high, upturned collar. Shino is a fair-skinned man and the tallest member of his class. He has dark, bushy, brown hair, and dark, sharp eyes. As with other members of his clan, Shino constantly keeps his eyes covered to others.

All the way at the top a boy who was seating alone stood up and spoke "My name is Naruto Senju, I am 11 years old, I like training and fuinjutsu, I dislike the Royal Uzumaki bloodline, my goal is become clan head and end the Royal line" said Naruto as his fist shook. Naruto was wearing a black jump suit which had red designs that were seals which contained many items, black anbu boots, black fingerless gloves and lastly he was wearing glasses. The boy stood 5'9, has light brown eyes, and his skin was slightly tan. This information shocked everyone since most had known that the Uzumaki-Senju clan was slowly dying since they weren't able to conceive a child however the boy was standing there.

"Well let's begin with our lessons" said Iruka trying to bring the focus back to himself.

"Wait I haven't gone yet" said a girl with pink hair.

"And who are you?" asked Mizuki.

"Sakura Haruno" replied the girl now known as Sakura.

"We've been called your name" said Iruka.

"She was too busy looking over at Sasuke" said Mizuki.

"Lewd we have a fan girl we'll see how long you last" said Iruka.

-Two years later-

During the first and second year at the academy the students were during D-Rank missions to see who would be best suited on teams. This in term led to more teamwork between classmates and saw who wouldn't work will together. To Sasuke and Satsuki, they thought that having to paint a fence, walk someone dog, or even mow someone grass was stupid. These were all things a normal civilian could do, even the ones who were handicapped even did, which make it all that much worse for a regular person with no handicap. Unlike his friends Shikamaru didn't try too hard within the academy no not because he was lazy or anything it was more for the fact that he already knew who he was going to be teamed up with and did the only the amount of work needed to be placed within that team. Chōza informed his best friend Shikaku that his son wouldn't be returning until the last year and Shikaku informed him that because of this choice he would be the dead last in the class. Neji, Hinata, TenTen, Rock Lee, and Kiba at first didn't mind doing D-ranks however between Iruka's boring classes and these meaningless D-ranks they slowly started hating doing them. Shino, Ino, and Sakura didn't mind doing them they just hated who they were teamed up with half the time. Iruka was looking over the team trying to make them make sense. However, he was having a tough time thankfully he won't have pick teams for another year.

-Third Year-

At the beginning of the year the Fire Daimyo had called for Shikaku and Shibi to meet him in castle to discuss some things. During the meeting the Daimyo and his advisors had brought up a few things that didn't sit right with them. Those beings that since they had become Hokage the Uzumaki clan had rebuilt Uzushiogakure becoming a threat of power, Orochimaru had created his own village and become a threat seeing as it's rumored a Otogakure ninja blew up the Land Of Thieves, the disappearance of the nine tails container, and the main breach of the Hygua clan had been killed off during the attack years ago. However, most importantly was the facts that Amegakure, Sunagakure, Kumogakure, and Iwagakure had gotten stronger while Konoha's in fighting made the village weaker, the fact that Iwagakure had attacked them over ten years and Shikaku never declared war against them, and the fact that Takigakure and Kirigakure was now gone. Shikaku and Shibi had explained that while they hadn't been the best Hokages they were trying their best and that lastly the village had secretly been getting stronger. This interested the Daimyo so he proposed the idea of them holding the next chunin exams which is to take place in a few months and if no kid made it to the finals they would have to give up their Hokage seats to which both Hokages agreed to although hesitantly.

Upon getting back to the village Shikaku and Shibi told the teachers to train the students harder since in four months they would be required for the Chunin exams. During this year this year Ino, Choji, and Shikamaru tried to get to know one another however Shikamaru was lazy but a genius, Choji while outside the village had become a powerlifter so now all he did was workout and eat, and both boys hate Ino's traits of being a fan girl for the Uchiha boy who clearly hated her and the fact that she was friends with Sakura. Sakura over these past three years was flat out useless she was a book nerd in a world that required fighting during the second year she was kicked out for failing to win any fights however her mother paid the headmaster to let her rejoin. Shino kept to himself talking to his new partner that was inside of his body. The bad thing was that after sealing the tailed beast within Shino his hive became bloodthirsty. Neji and Hinata over the last three years had made few friends however mostly kept to themselves. The Hygua clan had been placed under watch since the incident that ended with the former main breach was now gone. Rock Lee and TenTen had been trained by Lee's father and became a couple while in the academy which upset Neji though the boy tried not to show it. During the first two years Naruto wasn't popular nor was he liked by his classmates. To them he came off as weird and no one knew where he came from. To most of the kids he was a little too perfect like he was a clone of someone else. There was even a rumor that the boy was a Root agent however that all changed during the last year. While in the academy Kiba had become one of the top students because his clan elders had demanded it. Kiba's father and grandfather had been some of the strongest members within the clan and now it was Kiba's turn to move that lineage forward.

-Graduation Morning -

"Good morning class today you'll be taking your graduation test" said Iruka walking into the classroom. This statement confused the class as they were told that they would have to stay another year and one person voiced this. "Umm Iruka-Sensei what do you mean usually the ninja academy requires four years not three" said TenTen. Ignoring her Iruka started passing out papers " Today you'll be taking a couple of tests to see if you qualify to become a full genin we will start off with the written test.

-20 minutes later-

The written test wasn't hard for Shikamaru, Sasuke, and Satsuki. It was low-key boring honestly they had finished in 20 minutes. Shikamaru had gone to sleep right after finishing while Sasuke and Satsuki just sat there waiting for their classmates to finish.

"Nara members smartest but laziest ninjas ever" Iruka thought.

-40 minutes later-

"Alright now that the boring part is over let's have some fun everyone outside" said Iruka.

-10 minutes later outside-

"Your second test is a fitness test you have 250 Pull ups, 250 Sit-ups, 300 pushups, 200 Jumping Jacks and a 4-mile run" said Iruka.

"4 Miles!" said half of the class.

"Oh, also no using charka you been practicing for this day" said Iruka.

"What kind of fuck test are these I can't wait to leave this damn place" thought Satsuki.

"Dad/Mr. Gai makes us do more this this" thought Rock Lee and TenTen.

-1 hour later-

The whole class besides a few were tired from the workout they just did. Iruka was shaking his head wanting to fail them knowing that if they couldn't manage this they weren't cut out to be a ninja. He looked around and saw Mizuki getting the tools ready for the next test.

"Alright everyone 10-minute rest then we're starting the next test" said Iruka who left to get the supplies needed for the next test.

-10 minutes later-

"The next test will be Kunai and Shuriken throwing" said Iruka.

The results are as followed:

Most of the civilian kids hit six out of ten kunais and five out of ten shurikens. TenTen had a perfect score hitting ten out of ten kunais and ten out of ten shurikens. Choji had hit eight out of ten kunais and nine out of ten shurikens during his time out of the village. Sasuke and Satsuki had ten out of ten kunais and eight out of ten shurikens. Ino Yamanaka, Rock Lee, and Kiba all hit seven out of ten kunais and seven out of 10 shurikens. Neji and Hinata both hit eight out of ten on both tests. Shino had hit six out of ten kunais and eight out of 10 shurikens. Naruto hit ten out of ten on both tests and his fan girls cheered for him.

"Good job class now on to the next.. well, hey who are you?" asked Mizuki. "Hello, my name is Suzume I'll be taking over your next test Iruka you are needed in the Hokage office" said Suzume. "Oh, okay I'll be back as soon as possible class" said Iruka. "The next test will be on the three basic jutsus needed plus two C or B rank jutsu that you know that could help your score we'll call you one by one to see your skill" said Suzume as Iruka left no questions asked. "What about the fighting part?" asked Ja. "After what has happened in this class many times we have decided to pass everyone in this class" said Suzume. Over the last few years, the fights between the Hygua and Uchiha members have been deadly, two senseis had been injured during these fights. Everyone looked at the four classmates that damn near killed each other every time and started walking. "Like I said on to the next test" said Suzume.

-15 minutes later-

Everyone went back into the classroom and one by one they started taking the last test the basic jutsu so that more civilian kids could pass the ninja exams and shortly die on the field. All the students had done the Clone Jutsu, The Substitute Technique, and the Transformation Jutsu as well as a C rank jutsu however not every student had passed.

-40 minutes later-

Mizuki and Suzume walked into the room.

"Congratulations to all you who passed to the ones who didn't there's always next year you all are dismissed for the week when you came back I'll have you teams" said Suzume.

"Aw man you can't tell us now?" asked Ino everyone agreed with her.

"The Hokage makes the teams not us" replied Suzume.

"Who's the top two students?" asked Kiba.

"The top boy is Rock Lee and the top girl is Ino Yamanaka" said Suzume as she clapped for the two ninjas. Some of their classmates weren't happy with the fact they weren't the top students. However, everyone knew Rock Lee worked harder than them since he worked ten times harder than them. "You can leave see you next week" said Mizuki before body flickered out the classroom. Everyone soon followed happy that they passed their test and wanted to see their parents who were waiting for them outside.

-Outside the school-

"Oi Sasuke and Satsuki we are having a party at my house you should come by" said Shikamaru.

"Sorry I have something to do" said Satsuki as she started walking away.

"We need to talk Satsuki" said Sasuke to his sister.

"No, we don't" she replied while walking.

"Well damn Sasuke I'm sorry man but your-" said Kiba however he had to dodge a punch coming towards his face.

"Shut the hell up" said Sasuke walking away.

"Actually, I need to do a little shopping for clothes and things" replied Ino.

"Troublesome" said Shikamaru.

-1 hour earlier with Iruka

"Hey, I'm Iruka here to see the Hokage" said Iruka.

"Do you have a meeting with the Hokage?" asked the lady at the desk.

"No, I was told to come here" stated Iruka.

"I'll ask if he sent for you" said the young lady getting up and walking the Hokage office.

-5 minutes later-

"The Hokage will see you now" said the young lady.

"Thanks" said Iruka.

-5 minutes later in the Hokage office-

"Hai Hokage-Sama you have summoned me?" asked Iruka.

"Yes we have we need you to tell us everything you know about the genins ALL of them" said Shibi.

-Time skip a week ahead-

-Earlier that morning in the Hokage's office-

(Author's Note: I used a spinner to see who are on teams, who is the main Sensei, and who is second in charge).

"So, everyone has their teams?" asked Shikaku.

"Question who's on teams again?" asked Kakashi who was going to be a Jonin leader.

-In the classroom-

Everyone was waiting for Iruka to show up they were waiting to see who all were going to be on teams. After waiting for ten more minutes Iruka finally showed up however his face looked like he had been pissed off all morning.

"Alright guys here's your teams listen up" said Iruka.

-5 mins later-

Iruka went through the first six teams which were mostly civilian kids. It wasn't until he got to team seven did everyone started paying attention to who was on teams.

"Team Seven: Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame and Ino Yamanaka your senseis are Kakashi Hatake and Might Gai" said Iruka. "What the hell why am I on a team with them I was one of the highest students" said Kiba who had a few people agreeing with him since those three were in the top 10 of the class.

"Take it up with the Hokage moving on Team Eight consist of Rock Lee, Sasuke Uchiha, and Neji Hygua under the senseis of Yugao Hatake and Shisui Uchiha" said Iruka. This came with more outrage seeing as Sasuke wouldn't be on a team with any of his fan girls. "Bitch about it later again MOVING ON we have Team Nine which consists of Ten-Ten, Naruto Senju, and Choji Akimichi" Iruka this statement earned him a kunai being thrown at him. Iruka caught it and looked toward who threw it "Iruka this isn't funny my father was the Hokage and I know damn well you make the teams so stop fucking around" said Shikamaru glaring at the man. "Look here Genin you will shut the fuck up and listen if you don't I will strip you of your rank I still have the power to do it" said Iruka in a deadly tone.

There was a moment of silence and a stare down between the teacher and student however Mizuki told him to take a break so the man left the room to calm his nerves. "Guys as I look at this paper he is right Team Seven you are an infiltration team under Kakashi Hatake and Might Gai" said Mizuki. Looking at the three before continuing "Team Eight your senseis are indeed Yugao Hatake and Shisui Uchiha you are to be an assault team" said the man. He then looked at the paper again "Team Nine your team is to be a reinforcements and support team under Anko and Izumi Uchiha" said Mizuki not believing what he was reading.

"Lastly Team Ten consist of Shikamaru Nara, Hinata Hyuga, and Satsuki Uchiha under Asuma Sarutobi and Kurenai Yuki you are to be a recon team" said Mizuki however when he looked up he saw upset faces. "I know you guys are upset and confused about the teams however Shibi-sama and Shikaku-sama are two of the smartest people in the village so you were pick on these teams for a reason take this new challenge and push pass it" said Mizuki trying to cheer them up. Seeing that it didn't work he just said fuck it "It had been an honor to teach you all you'll be given an hour for lunch come back because your senseis will be picking you up from here" said Mizuki walking out the room. While leaving the room people have different thoughts however the most similar were on how all the clan kids had two powerful senseis to train under, teams seven and eight are either going to be a strong team or a kill each other, and that teams nine and ten weren't going to be as great as the other two.

-One Hour Later-

"Team Seven let's shine OUR FLAMES OF YOUTH FOLLOW ME!" said Gai as the man ran off. His genins started running after him which made Rock Lee happy that his father's FLAMES OF YOUTH was shining brightly. After the next people body flickered in the room "Team Eight be at training ground 8 in under 20 minutes" said Shisui coldly then body flickered away. "Team Nine be at training ground 44 in under ten minutes" said hiss a snake that was above Team nine. "I would run as nor of your senseis like waiting also I am here for team ten meet me on the roof said the man as he walked away.
