A local idiot, feeling rejected and desperate to prove his own self-worth, decides to do the only rational thing: he climbs the tallest, most dangerous, most inhospitable mountain on the planet. Blue tried to talk him out of it, but now he's hoping two broken kids eventually find their way down. Five-chapter miniseries.

I wanted to give an update on the future of this story, but it's part of a series, so rather than putting the same message twice, I'll just direct to an author's update in my other story, Minutes to Midnight, which was essentially the 'main' story I was working on. Please go read that, but tl;dr, I'm no longer working on this story at this time.
