Chapter 7

Following the events of the fireworks cook-out. Lola decided to invite the Addams Family to one of her famous tea parties at the Loud House the following day. Morticia and Grandmama accepted, however, brought over some special teas to make the tea party, one that'll never be forgotten.

Lola (Inspecting one of the teabags): "I never saw teas like these before?"

Grandmama: "Oh, that's because they're Ms. Addams and my special homemade brews."

Morticia (Pouring hot water into each cup): "Each flavor grants one magical ability when drank."

Lola: "Ooo…fancy!"

After putting their chosen tea bags into their cups, Morticia puts her fingers in her mouth to blow a loud whistle.

Lurch (Comes into the living room, while carrying a sugar bowl): "You whistled."

Morticia: "How many sugars would you like Ms. Loud?"

Lola: "Three please Mrs. Addams."

After applying the sugar to the tea. The trio picks up their cups and sticks out their pinkies.

Lola (Feeling relaxed): "Final…A tea party with real elegant gusts."

Morticia and Grandmama: "Indeed!"

They click their cups together before taking a long sip.

Lola (Puts down her cup): "Ahh…" (Starts to feel funny): "Huh?"

As magic sparkles shoot from out her back, the young pageant princess sprouts…a gorgeous pair of butterfly wings?! Even though shocked, Lola flaps her new wings, lifting her into the air.

Lola (With a huge smile): "I'm a butterfly princess!"

Morticia (Whispers): "Goodness graces! We must've accidentally mixed some butterfly caterpillars with the month ones when making this batch of tea."

Grandmama (Waves it off): "I'm sure we're fine deary." (Points to Lola): "She seems to be happy with the mixed up."

Lola (Flying around): "Weee…"

Grandmama (Feeling the magic starting to kick in): "Here we go!"

Unlike Lola, much to Morticia's relief, she and Grandmama sprouted out month wings. Month wings that resemble brown and orange autumn leaves. After flying around for a while, the tea party continues. We then cut to upstairs in Lincoln's room, where we see him at his desk, working with…black construction paper, hot glue, cardboard, purple pipe cleaners, and a hair band.

Lincoln (With a smile): "I hope Wednesday likes this gift I'm making for her."

But to his surprise, Lurch opens the door and comes into the room.

Lurch (Looks around): "Closet?"

Lincoln: "Not a closet, my bedroom."

Lurch (Stretches his arms): "Yawn!"

Lincoln: "Tired?"

Lurch (Rubbing his eyes): "Spent all night collecting firework-rocket shells."

Lincoln (Feels bad): "Why don't you come and take a nap in here?"

Lurch (With hope): "Really?"

Lincoln (With a smile): "Yeah, you won't bother me." (Whispers): "I'll cover for you if your bosses come around looking."

To show his appreciation Lurch ruffles the boy's hair before plopping down on the floor and closing the door with his foot.

Lincoln (With a smile): "Say, you think you can give Wednesday this present I'm making for her when you go back to Mr. Grouse's…"

But before he can finish Lurch is already fast asleep, quietly snoring away.

Lincoln (Continue his work): "I'll just bring it to her myself."
