All of these villains attacking at the same time? Was this a coincidence to the heroes? or was this all a plot for something bigger for the villains to plan? Perhaps it was only these villains, for they couldn't find Doctor Tangle anywhere. For now; Leni, Chaz, and Lincoln were now going to help out Donnie and Frankie against Pepperocini and Brad who were causing havoc downtown. On the upside, Fasha, Kyle, and Six-Gun Sid were all taken care of, and that would mean less villains to worry about once the rest are defeated.

"it's over, you two!" Said Leni. "Stop causing all of this evil and we won't have to be so rough with you!"

"You're not our mother, little lady." Pepperocini sneered at Leni. "We do whatever we want to do. But soon, you are going to tremble before us."

"and the city will be ours." Brad pointed.

"But we've beaten you guys many times before." said Lincoln. "This is not going to be any different than before."

"Your outnumbered." said Donnie

"Five of us and only two of you." Frankie pointed.

Brad had an evil smile on his face. "I wouldn't say outnumbered, my friends." He whistled and a bunch of armed men from his private security force, followed by many of Pepperocini's mob came out with machine guns in hand, ready to shoot down the heroes in a matter of seconds.

"You were saying?" Said Pepperocini with a smug look on his face. "Looks like the odds have stacked up in our favor now. Now there is five of you, and around fifty to seventy-five of me and Brad here. I'd surrender if we were you guys right now."

"This is so not good." Frankie said. "Any ideas?"

"here, I got an idea." Donnie quietly said to his comrades. "Stay close to me." He raised his hand and created a large ice barrier with spikes around it like a large, frozen cactus. The barrier was quickly bombarded with bullets from the henchmen and Donnie was trying so hard to keep the shield going as long as possible so he and his friends wouldn't be hit by any incoming bullets.

"Keep them coming boys!" Said Pepperocini. "The shield can't be going forever!"

"Only a matter of time!" Brad exclaimed

Leni pulled out large vines from underground and used them to swipe a large group of the henchmen away like flies, and the rest of the henchmen who didn't get hit got scared and ran for cover from the moving vines.

"Get back here, you cowards!" Said Brad. "You have guns!"

"If we want something done right," said Pepperocini while cracking his knuckles, "we gotta do it ourselves." He pulled out two beretta handguns from behind him and tried shooting the ice barrier into oblivion. Alas, he was too focused on that to try and pay attention to what clever trick Frankie was doing.

The water hero turned into his liquid form and quietly snuck out of the barrier to try and neutralize the remaining armed henchmen by splashing into them as a large tidal wave, knocking them radically off-course.

At last, it was just the two main villains themselves against the five heroes. "Good thinking, Waterboy." Said Donnie

"Thanks." Frankie got back in his normal form. "Thought it was a perfect moment to give them the element of surprise."

Leni got into a battle pose against the two remaining bad guys and had a serious look on her face. Luckily, that was when seven police cars came by to help the heroes stop the carnage. "I suggest you both give up." Said Leni.

"Never!" Said both Pepperocini and Brad in unison.

"Drop your seasons and surrender! Now!" Said one of the officers. "This is your only warning!"

But it looked like the men were going to go down without a fight. "You have five seconds to comply!" Another officer said. "Five... four..."

Despite the law enforcement counting down the time left for the easy way, both the Don and former CEO wouldn't give in. Only a pair of fools wouldn't surrender to a large number of police officers.

"three..." the officer kept on counting. "Two..." but before he could get all the way down to one, a large monster began attacking the line of officers and there was the sound of more gunfire in the atmosphere.

If was almost like a part of Royal Woods became a small battle field or a war zone. It was revealed to be Vic, who somehow was hiding in ambush like a monitor lizard in the grass. Four officers were already tackled and beaten by Vic.

A dozen more officers began open firing on Pepperocini, who began firing his dual pistols at the distracted police.

The Don was quicker and smarter than everyone thought, for he was fighting like something out of James Bond or the Matrix. In fact, he managed to shoot at four officers.

Luckily, Leni used her unusual moments of quick thinking and used one of her plant vines she summoned from the ground to mobilize Vic and ensnare him in it like an anaconda, and the beast was trying so hard to break out of it.

Lincoln managed to subdue Pepperocini and Brad with a few laser shots, and it immobilized them like taser darts.

It looked like another fight had won for the heroes, but something was very off. Vic began chuckling to himself. "What's so funny?" Asked Leni. "What are you laughing about?"

"You morons are more gullible than we thought." Vic sneered.

"what are you talking about?" Lincoln looked confused.

"We knew that you would all try to take us all down at the same time." Vic continued talking. "All according to plan.

"You better start talking sense, you stupid lizard freak!"

"Doctor Tangle is already attacking the Mayors' office as we speak."

Now the heroes were all becoming alarmed and confused about what was going on. "What is she doing at the office?" Chaz demanded an answer

"Simple, so that she can have the perfect moment to strike against Mayor Davis and kick her out of office... literally." Vic smiled even wider.

"So this was all a distraction so Doctor Tangle can take over the city!" Leni realized with her hands on her cheeks.

"You're not as dumb as you look, Leni. I commend you for that." Vic said. Angry, the plant hero used her vines to throw Vic to the ground hard like a yo-yo

"Come on guys, we gotta get to Mayor Davis and save her!" Lincoln said. Doing just that, all five of the heroes hurriedly went to the mayor's office to try and out a stop to Tangle and her plans. The building looked empty and there were a bunch of wounded or injured security guards scattered across the pavement.

Things did not look good. If all these guards were subdued, even Leni knew that something awful was about to happen. She and her comrades rushed to the main office and there was Davis, with tape over her mouth, bound by rope and on her knees. Doctor Tangle was right behind her and a couple of her tendrils were gripping on machetes. "One more step and she dies!" Said Tangle

"Let her go!" Said Leni

"Fat chance!" Tangle said. "One false move and I will cut her head off."

"you wouldn't." Chaz said

"Try me!"

"What do you want from us?" Asked Lincoln.

"To do whatever me and my new friends want. To rule this city and do as we please."

"You're outnumbered." Said Frankie

"oh no. I have been working with Pepperocini for a decent while. And I have gathered all your foes together for a common cause. To stand up to you all! It's over, Leni. You have lost and we have won."
