It was about a month that Anko was separated from her team. She was not happy. After all this was her first team and she lost them just because of a selfish old woman.

'I wonder how the boys are progressing. When I think back, Ino was the one that needed most training, and shino was so much related to family jutsus. Naruto on the other hand was a well developed one. God knows what is he doing in the forest. I hope kin didn't left him alone. She was the only person remained for Naruto. If she leave him, …, I don't want to think about situation. Must speak with Kurenai as soon as reporting is finished.'

After minutes she was in the room in front of drunk Tsunade.

"hello Anko, I assume that the mission was success?"

"hai Hokage sama, no problem or evidence that we had hand in assassination left."

"good job. Go and rest for 2 days and come for next mission after that."

"Hokage sama can I ask a question?"

"go on"

"well I was wondering about what happened to my gennin team. You know, they were my only gennin team at all."

"hmm, their new sensei is Gekko Hayate. You can ask him about Shino and Ino. And the brat is living in forest as I had reports from anbu. I didn't see him in month. Hope that he is dead by now."

"Hokage sama there is something disturbing me. I'm sure that your sensei was yondaime sama?"

"yah. What about him now?"

"do you know anything about Naruto's heritage?"

"yah. I thought he didn't tell you."

"well I'm the only one he spoke about it beside Jiraiya sama. Do you think your sensei will be glad of your behavior against his only son?"

"ANKO. I don't want to hear anything more about it. Now, I have lots of things to deal with and if you have nothing more to say you can go."

"can I at least continue training Naruto? Or any other of my old gennin team?"

"as for Naruto, I restricted any shinobi to visit him. This contains you too. For your other students you must speak with Hayate, if he agree you can train them."

"and why is Naruto isolated? Do you honestly think this will be good for the village? What if Naruto lose his mind and turn against the village? Do you think there is anyone who can stop him? Even Orochimaru had no chance"

"IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. NOW DISMISSED"

Anko was angry and without showing any more respect she left the room leaving the old lady to her thoughts around the possible ways to stop a demon.

She didn't know where to go. So she just walked around the town. Her feet lead her to her favorite place, the Dango shop. When she entered the shop she saw her best friend, Kurenai. The only person she had trusted beside the blonde boy.

"hi kure-chan"

"hey Anko, didn't hear from you about a month. I heard about your team, I'm so sorry. And what is this rumor about Naruto restricted in the forest of death? Did he do anything wrong?"

"nothing besides that winning a spar with Hokage sama before she come to the village."

"wow. Did she go this far? Is she afraid of his power? Well I didn't like the idea. You know, Hiashi sama asked me to arrange a meeting with the boy about an arranged marriage between him and one of her daughters but, Hokage sama refused even his demand to see the boy in the forest."

"I think she wants to find a way to kill gaki silently. She is hoping that making him weak with living in the forest."

"knowing Naruto, he will see this as a challenge. And I don't think that anyone in this village has enough power to kill the boy. Come to think of it, even Orochimaru was dead by his hands."

"yah. Let me tell you a secret, I can't stop thinking about the boy for this past month."

"NANI?"

"don't get me wrong. Even I don't know what happened to myself."

"are you saying that you have feelings for him? For kami, he is 5 years younger than you Anko."

"so what? I didn't say that I'm in love with him. I'm just concerned about his well being"

"is that all?"

"kure-chan! What else can it be? I mean he was near me when I needed support and he helped me in my worst days of life. Now it's my turn."

"hmmm, how will you do it then? With Hokage's orders, there is no chance that you can visit him."

"and what if she don't know?"

"come on, she has anbu patrolling the forest borders 24 hour 7 days."

"you know my normal training place?"

"forest of death"

"exactly. And I think that most of anbu know this. Then if I enter the forest from exact opposite direction from where he camps?"

"no one will be suspicious?"

"exactly."

"be careful Anko. You are playing with fire."

"I know."

As they were speaking later on about kurenai's team, a certain shinobi came in the shop and Anko knew who he was from his coughs.

"well if it isn't Hayate."

"hey Anko. I heard about your mission. How was that?"

"lots of fun"

"sadistic as always ha?"

"and how is my gennin?"

"well, Ino is progressing, and I think she will start learning under Tsunade sama as medical konoichi soon. And Shino,…, well, he has some problems with himself. I don't know exactly what are them but, I think they must be serious. And he don't tell me about it so that I can help him. Seems that he lost something important in himself and he is looking to find it."

"hehe, actually I was going to ask you if you give me permission to continue training those two in their off time. I won't interrupt anything you do with them. You know I just don't want to lose my gennin."

"they were the only gennin you had Anko. I can understand you. Did you speak with Hokage sama?"

"yes and she said that if you agree she don't have problem."

"good news so, Naruto will have visits every now and then?"

"no."

"but you told that Hokage sama agreed with you help and train your gennin."

"except for Naruto."

"that's not good. Sometimes I wonder if she can see forward when he lose his mind."

"I think no, she don't want to face the reality." Kurenai spoke for the first time after Hayate came in. she had a perfect plan but she needed Hayate to cooperate.

"and no one can do anything for poor gaki." Added Anko.

"too bad."

"well I have a plan to help him but I need your help Hayate san."

"go on."

Shino was depressed. He couldn't forget his harsh behavior with Naruto before the chunnin exams. He was illogical and he was harsh.

'and that damn old lady restricted him to be visited by anyone. What is going on? What had he done this time? Even if he had done some pranks he shouldn't be restricted like this. And for kami, why that damn forest? Still I can't forget that damn creatures there.'

"hey Shino kun."

"Ino."

"glad to find you. Hayate sensei wants to see me and you. He told us that this must be kept secret and no other one should know about this."

Shino just nodded, well knowing who was the person that Hayate had in mind. He didn't trust their new team mate as his sensei didn't.

Without saying anything more both of they jumped to roofs heading to the place Hayate asked Ino to visit him.

After some minutes they were in front of the training area 44. There was Hayate waiting for them.

"hello. Glad that you made your presence in time. I have a special training for you too. As you both know, Sai is so much advanced than both of you. So, I thought about some special training for you two to balance the team's power. Now we'll have a survival training. Something like the second part of chunnin exams. The only deference is that you won't have enemies except the creatures of the forest."

'what the hell. Please not there. I hate insects.' Thought Ino.

'hmm, there is something more about this training. I wonder if we are going to see Naruto and he is using this as a cover.'

"sensei, can't you choose any better place?"

"you have any problem Ino?"

"well, this place is just so creepy."

"and that makes this place better for survival training. Now go and pack for one week and be here in one hour. Don't tell anyone. You must learn to keep secrets from now one."

"hai."

And with both of the gennin gone Hayate waited there thinking about the plan Kurenai told him.

In the same time Kurenai had a meeting with her gennin students telling same thing to them. They were not happy at all. They didn't want to go back to the place but after a little killing intent they were on their way to pack for the training time.

'now I just need to speak with Hana. After all if she come with us there will be no suspicion about training these brats. And I can tell that she came to train Sakura about herbal medicine'

And with that thought she left the place knowing that convincing Hana would not be that hard. Hana wanted to speak with Naruto after Orochimaru's fight but she couldn't do it due to Hokage's orders about the boy and Kurenai was sure that Hana would not let this chance go.
